Lazy worried about stocking then taking care of customers . I was in line lady finished with person in front of me walked up she walks away. I said hello can you ring me up her words you have to wait till I’m finished I didn’t see you. Then there’s a lady on the other register that was setting over there while there was a line does not call me over anything I left my stuff there and left I can go anywhere for a drink I can go any were for gas every gas station has rewards even the places have self check out

This store bites butt and has rats in the boiled peanut maker. The employees shamed me for putting the rats in there. In my defense, it was long overdue. The gas also leaks. I filled my whole Styrofoam cooler with gas from this crud wagon, and it leaked out by the time it was ready to start my epic 4th of July Pyro show. Plenty of parking. Bathrooms stunk.

Litterally the slowest and most inconvenient convenient store I have ever been to. The individuals working in this location don't seem to care that many people who enter might be in a hurry to get someplace. There can be 3 people working and it still takes more than 10 minutes to check out even if there are only a few customers waiting. I have been in there several times when only one person is managing a register with more support needed. It would be nice if someone were to appreciate a sense of urgency to get in and get back out.

I spoke with an employee named Chrissy today who went above and beyond for me over the phone. I hope that her supervisor sees this review. I won’t go in detail on here, but I will tell you that it’s hard to find people who work in the public industry like her. Give that girl a raise!

I came to 7/11 tonight and I got the chance to meet the sweetest women named penny. She was so kind and definitely made my experience one of a kind. She deserves the best. Every other worker there has a lot of attitude and doesn’t care about the customers at all but she genuinely cares. If she was the only person working there I would go every single day just to say hi and see how’s she’s going.

I seen an employee take a customers wallet yesterday evening that was left on the counter and he just kind of watched the customer look for it from behind the counter. To me situation and cashier looked a little shady so when I left the store I told the guy.."I think the cashier swiped your cash" as I was getting into my truck. I sure hope he was able to hear me and get back his wallet or I hope the employee did the right thing and returned the man his wallet. This was sometime between 4:30- 5pm.

Don't go here early in the morning, before 6am. There are 2 employees but only one works the register while the other moves plastic containers outside and mops, all while 15 men are in line trying to get to work. Since this store is right off of I-4 it gets busy. Management should train that customers come before side work, all the other stuff can get done before the crowd

Really rude the cashier made me wait 15 20 minutes because she said she just had to finish making grabngo food, then when actually attempted to help since she yelled at me to see my id and yelled at me saying they dont take 100 dollar bills when i only had two 5's and 1 dollar! I had to call for her to even come out and i could here her back there but when i said something total silence like she was ignoring me! Made me so mad, other customers were so annoyed they just walkedd out without getting rung up, i tried to be nice. The over night ladys name started with and i believe she was so UNPROFESSIONAL! WORST 7/11 TO EVER GO TOO!CALLED TO SPEAK TO MANAGEMENT AND THEY DONT EVEN LET ME SPEAK TO THEM
