I bought a puppy from them on December/2023. We payed $2700.00 for a Puppy which was supposed to come with pedigree papers. They said the papers will take a bit longer and they’ll contact me to send them. I believe and trust that we will get the papers which never happened. My husband and I tried many time to find any response, they never call us back. After months we still haven’t received any response. We paid that amount only because of the papers. Because if you want to get a puppy without papers you can get one without papers cheaper.If you are thinking on buying a puppy with pedigree papers to go there.I got different excuses but never a call back.They ask for your contact information for nothing.The person on charge never faced us at all. Very shameful!The guy who did the sale Carlos never contacted me after me sending him messages. The first time my husband called they said he wasn’t working there anymore! What a SCAM!!! They don’t care after the have your money on their pockets!!!

I went to get a puppy and tbh I found the perfect mini doodle , everything was fine the day I got it but after 5 days of having my dog got sick and they offered 14 days of guaranteed if anything happens to call and that they will help and when I called ,they are super unprofessional, nobody knows nothing, nobody could tell me what to do , nothing to do with the first day, I ended up taking my pup to a vet and paying by my own , they told me she had a virus called Kennel cough . So be careful what they offer u and what u believe at the time u choose a dog from here. Horrible costumer service!!!! Nothing it is guaranteed n puppies r in bad conditions there thats why they get sick .

Hi Erik,I have a small problem with a puppy I purchased from your shop. I bought what was supposed to be a toy silky Yorkie. However she is not, I bought her in Nov and the young lady Joanne assured me that the puppy was toy and wouldnt grow more then 5 lbs, she is now weighing 8 pounds and the vet said she still could grow. I called to speak to someone at the store and have gotten the run around. Someone on your team answered my call while speaking to someone else and I heard her say “the man of the Yorkie is calling again about the estafa del perro and I am not going to answer it” I’m sorry but that is definitely not customer service or someone that you should have working in your business. The line is currently still open and I have been on it for 25 mins. I don’t understand why a manager cannot call us and she rather talk through text! But based on the reviews on here I see that there is no professionalism.

THE OWNER DOES NOT PAY FOR THE PUPPIES HE SELLS!!! This place is a scam to everyone. If I could give 0 stars I would. RIPOFF ARTIST. Pretends to be very nice and then gets puppies and disappears as well as his employees speak no English conveniently. Police have already been notified and a fraud case is in progressResponse to owner who doesn’t communicate unless it’s on here:You have never provided any documentation of any sick dogs delivered to you. How dare you say the things you said. You have been in this business. You know documents need to be provided and communication needs to happen if there’s an issue with a puppy. Do your customers just not pay for their “sick dogs” and get away with it without any communication? You communicated about one “sick” dog and never provided any paperwork or documents to us. You also still ordered more puppies with the promise of payment more than once. What’s the issue here that you can’t communicate?

Please make sure you know that these dogs are not coming from Florida when they are shipped to clients home. My dog was sent from ecuador to my home in Oregon. I swear when I got the dog it was full of mosquito bites and flies. Please buy from a local breeder.

Disgustingly overpriced! They mark ups on these puppies are insane. I bought an English bulldog and I knew I was getting tipped off but his cute face I couldn't resist. Do not finance here 125% interest rates. I think that might be even illegal in the state of Florida. There are puppies online for 100s of dollars not 1000s place don't make the same mistake I did

Bought my beautiful dachshund from here in feb 2023. Besides having beautiful dogs, I do not recommend this place what’s so ever. Unprofessional, inconsistent, clueless, careless staff. Insurance should have been activated the day of purchase and looks like it was not. Due to that the first visit to the vet was out of pocket, when staff said insurance would have covered it if needed. I probably called world famous puppies 10 times to follow up on insurance. All i got was cluelessness. Finally got it set up months after. I asked for a reimbursement from them to cover my dogs first visit in which i had to purchase medications, and once again clueless & careless. Been 3 months and nothing…. Don’t recommend this place. Don’t buy from people who do not know what they are doing and who do not care for anything besides the initial sale.

Update!It’s been a month and still no puppy. They not even answering my calls anymore. Last I heard my dog is on a bus. I have no idea where it’s at or when I’m getting it. At this point, it’s best to get an attorney and file a complaint with the attorney general office since they want to avoid me and keep playing with us about this puppy.Great selection of small puppies. Great customer service until after you pay for the dog. If you are out of state, you might as well forget about it. They claim they ship but flights are canceled due to “weather” it’s warm but ok. Then there is a ground transport that apparently isn’t running. No one calls you, follow up, or anything. They just keep telling you to call back. These puppies are expensive to waste $4,000+ on. They will just ghost you keep giving you the run around about delivery.

My sister bought a puppy from them and it died 2 days later because of respiratory issues WHICH THE VET SAID COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED IF THEY HAD DONE SOMETHING BEFORE. The vet also said that it's impossible for them to not have noticed it as they claim, given the severity of the case. They say that they are not responsible for it, and that their puppies are NEVER sick... well just check the reviews.Secondly, what's with reviews being deleted??? Are they truly taking the time to report them and get them deleted? WELL IT'S JUST BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY ARE ALL TRUE!!!!!!!!

I really wish I had better things to say because we really love our puppy we got from this store. While I’m typically not a person that would buy from a puppy store, they had a 2 month old yorkie that we fell in love with. During our first interaction, I noticed a small red ring on the puppies belly, I brought this to the attention of the man helping us and told him I have a background in healthcare and this looks like ringworm. Even though anyone not in healthcare can identify what ringworm looks like (which this clearly was). He responded that it was a black fly bite. I had never heard of that before so I researched it- and to my surprise they looked very similar. The puppy seemed happy and healthy so we decided to take her home anyway for $3200. I took her to my vet and they ran cultures on her. Not to my surprise, it came back as ring worm. They found another spot on her ear that needed to be treated as well as the belly. The following week, we noticed our puppy had developed a stuffy nose and a harsh seal like cough so we took her back to the vet and she was diagnosed with kennel cough. This cough was not easy to treat and took two rounds of antibiotics over the period of 28 days. She also transferred the cough to our 11 year old yorkie, and then got the cough again because it can be passed back and forth between dogs in a vicious never ending cycle. So more antibiotics for her.This store does have some kind of insurance (I believe for around an extra $1,000) that if there is any health issues they will refund the money and give you a new dog. I should have paid it solely for the refund. But I would not be returning the dog. But unfortunately I didn’t do that as the man we bought her from reassured us that she would be in good health.Fast forward, our puppy is finally off antibiotics, still on an anti fungal cream for her ring worm that is very difficult to treat, but otherwise healthy.The only reason I would recommend purchasing a puppy from this place, is to save it. For the price of the puppies at this store, the dogs should be taken care of WAY better.

If you want to buy a sick dog and left stranded with the fake warranty this company offers, go ahead and waste your money.These guys are just scammers, they are selling sick dogs left and right.--"Hi Jean-Paul, I’m sorry you feel this way.The warranty and health insurance that we offer are not fake. How is your puppy doing today? "Regarding your question, the dog died two weeks after it was received due to "congenital reasons". It was sick from day one and your recommended vet insisted the puppy was fine.

They don't disclose the price of their dogs, so you are forced to make a trip to the store to hear about their outrageous prices. Most puppy places are up front about pricing and even post it online or willing to discuss over the phone. I reached out to this place inquiring about a specific dog and they refused to talk price. Why waste everyone's time by forcing people to come in to discuss pricing?

Although I love my little puppy NOW! I am not happy with the staff or this store that only cares about showing off that ugly pikachu dog and make $$$$. The puppy we bought is a male maltipoo cute as a button for $4500 , we did not take him to their recommended vet as I didn’t trust they would say the truth about the puppy given they work together with the store. I took him to our local vet and the puppy had a Sever infection, anemic and also a hernia I was never told about!!!! That vet visit was $500 😱 I was also told by staff that puppy had all his shots which turned out he only had his first ones done. Another $200. I was also never told how much I would be paying for the puppy monthly which I just received the loan information today and it’s $680 a month!!! 3 days after taking puppy home I called the store and no one speaks English and the one that answered wasn’t very helpful . I decided to send a message to the big “CEO” guy Erik Torres and he never responded! These people are scammers they only care about money, the puppies are all stuck inside 6-7 cages (3-4) in each one that’s an abuse . They don’t care what family is the puppy going to as long as you pay for it. Thank god I saved this puppy and got him out of there! Hopefully they close your place for good!

On December 25th, 2022 we purchased (2) Yorkies, male and female, from Worlds Famous Puppies located at 7870 NW 52nd Street, Doral, FL 33166 for the total amount of $7,500.00 USD. After continuous follow ups we finally received the pups by way of American Airlines cargo airway bill # 001-726885830 on Wednesday December 28th, 2022. The microchip for one of the pups is erroneously listed on the bill of sale and the other erroneously listed on the warranty document.They provided us with an AKC Welcome letter signed by "Mark Dunn" noting we were to expect a text/call from AKC within 3 days or for us to contact AKC within 7 days if we had not heard from you, Completion Steps & Initial 30day of Pet Insurance Coverage. We called AKC and were informed that the puppies' registration #s were required to proceed. We have attempted to obtain said registration numbers numerous times (10+) with no success. We spoke to numerous personnel (Juan, Pedro, Camilo & others) with promises to have Eddie (the person who assisted with the sale) call us back or for us to call back but have not been successful. Each time you call they leave you on hold, say they do not speak English or that they are working from home, and I should call back so someone in the office can answer.Currently we are unable to complete the registration and/or activate the pet insurance to assist with B’klyn’s (male pup) hospitalization due to pneumonia.We contacted Third Party Puppy and confirmed the puppies were never registered by the merchant.Pup was received on 12/28, seen by a vet by 12/30 diagnosed with Kennel Cough and again seen on 01/10/2023 and diagnosed with pneumonia.
