I came here a couple weeks ago to purchase a new harness and leash and some snacks for my baby. I got a cute space harness and a black leash that goes around the body which has definitely made walking my dog easier. Marley, my 6 month Mini Golden Doodle finally got his first full cutt (face and body) this weekend. I was very nervous due to having his face trimmed (only) by Petsmart and a Mobile Grooming service before and feeling he was botched and left looking weird. I can happily say that I am so happy with the results of Marley’s haircut. He looks so cute, he’s so soft and he smells amazing. I can’t stop looking at him because he looks so darn cute. I will definitely be coming back to continue to groom my puppy here. They also put your dogs name at the front of the store in a chalk board which I thought was cute. :)

I don't recommend it they took for ever to bring out my dog the girl that groomed him starting pacing back and forth holding her head she didn't know how to tell me she cut my dogs ear and she was nervous said is not that bad but he is crying and shaking. this place sucks I don't recommend it at all. stay away I paid 70 dollars for my 4 pound Chihuahua and my dog has chunk of his ear missing and all they can say is it happens. My dog is a baby he behaves amazing so there's no excuse why this would have happened.

Best pet shop in Doral. They are knowledgeable and some of the best people you will ever meet. Dana was super helpful in explaining the selection of food, treats, and toys. I definitely will rate this place 5 stars. Thank You also for being so nice with our fury babies.

I’ve taken my 35# shy rescue pittie mix to 3 different places to get her nails trimmed and every place gave up after a few minutes or simply couldn’t get her to stay still. Courtney from Woof Gang was able to get all of my dogs nails trimmed within 5 minutes! This is the only place I’ll be taking my dog from now on, thank you so much Courtney! 💞

This is such a cute treat shop for dogs! I stopped by to spoil my dobie here and we came out with a couple of bags filled with homemade, yummy looking, organic treats. You can tell they were made with love by how beautifully decorated they were. They also have a large selection of protein based treats including lamb, which is my dog’s favorite. All kinds of toys: plush, squeaky, bouncy, which are great for gifting as well as collars, leashes, harnesses, etc. I can’t speak for their grooming services, but their in store items are definitely 5 stars.

My advice is to avoid this place for your pet’s grooming needs. I took my puppy for her first grooming to this place. I was advised by the staff that since it was her first time, they recommended only trimming inside her paws and around the genital areas. After the grooming that same night my puppy started biting her paws desperately, to the point she would whine as she licked and bit her paws. The next morning I checked to see what was happening and all her paws and genital areas were very red. I took my puppy to the vet the following day as symptoms did not improve and it turned out she had a skin infection. I’m not sure what are the sanitation protocols at this place but it sure is too much of a coincidence for this events to be unrelated. I will never come back to this place and I recommend you avoid the headache and discomfort for your pet as well.

I owe this place my life. I had a horrible experience at a mobile grooming station and brought my dog here to be groomed by a professional. I won’t go anywhere else. They treated my dog like an angel!

My sister and I have been taking our dogs here for sometime now. While we have never had any issues with the groomers, the staff is unorganized and rude at times. I have tried to call multiple times to make an appt for my dog and no one picks up the phone. I’ve been left on hold for nearly eight minutes, and I’ve left my dog to get groomed only for them to call and ask me if I’m bringing my dog in to get groomed. It seems to me that they’re not keeping track of things. Additionally, I’ve also gotten some attitude from the staff there.

Took my puppy to get first wash. Her hair was trimmed put not much difference from the way I left her. Took her to the vet and it turns out she had a horrible ear infection. They didn’t clean her ears so, I didn’t know of the issue. Had to get her groomed again and had to pay again $65 for a 7 pds dog but, this time she got all the works done. The correct way. fancy place in a great location beautiful store but I will not get fooled again. I will not recommend them nor will I go again. Picture below was how I received her. Not worth it.

I had a terrible experience at Woof Gang Grooming Doral this Friday 2/9/2024. I brought in my two Shih Tzu dogs for a routine grooming and requested a simple "puppy cut" with a round face. However, when my son picked them up, I was shocked to see that their hair had been cut unevenly and all choppy. Even worse, their little faces had been shaved , and the sides didn't match at all.Since I was unhappy with the results, I went back to the store to speak to someone about it and even brought one of my dogs to show them how bad it was. However, I was told that the manager, who was also the owner, was out of town and that nobody could help me. They said that maybe the manager would give me a call when she returned. Unfortunately, I am still waiting to hear back from her.My dogs have been going to the groomers since they were 3 months old, and I decided to give Woof a try for the first time. However, after this experience, I will never be going back there again.One of my dogs is 12 years old, and the other one is just 1 1/2 years old, and are usted to going to the groomers, but I am extremely disappointed with how they were treated at this store.

I took my 2 dogs for grooming for the first time in this place, they first were hesitant because of the “look” on one of them thinking my dog would eat them…is a black chow mix small/medium sized…2 hours later I received the call that they were ready, picked them up and everything seemed normal, paid almost $300 for grooming!When we got home all seemed good. Next morning, I see my black chow rubbing his ear a lot, I checked immediately and surprise!! The groomer left a chunk of cotton inside his ear!!! I immediately called to complain, please, at that moment I felt the worst because my poor dog had that cotton all night and morning!!!!!They said they talked to the groomer and apologized…then I complained about that on social media and got a call from corporate. They offered a discount for next session. Yeah right, NEVER Again going back to that or any other groomer, doing myself now.Don’t trust your pups to anyone if you feel that something is wrong from the beginning.

This was the second time I took my puppy for his bath and I couldn’t have been happier. I felt very welcome from the girls in the front to the groomers. He can be a handful but they were so patient with him and did a great job. I am definitely going to take him there again.

I absolutely love this place, they are so nice to me and my dog. You can tell they take really good care of your pet and he always come out looking so cute and being so clean, one time after my dog had surgery I couldn’t brush him for a while because I was scared of hurting him and he got a bunch of knots. When I brought him in they said they couldn’t promise anything with getting rid of the knots but they managed to get them all out and he looked so dang cute. Also they have a lot of great snacks and other supplements as well as toys and some collars. This is my go to place to groom my dog, and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an awesome groomer.

Adorable boutique dog store with a great selection of products. Picked up an adorable dog toy while on vacation for my little fluffy best friends at home!
