Bad Customer service, I had a problem with the co-payment for blood pressure medicine, my insurance called them in the afternoon to resolve the problem, then my insurance called me to tell me that it was already resolved, I called the pharmacy again to make sure everything was well, and to tell them that I would go in two hours, Surprise!!! The pharmacy didn't solve anything, and they didn't want to refill my medicine. The lady's response was “come by tomorrow morning… “Wow!!!! and while I? I'm dying??? Nobody help me… Bad Service!!

Since 2021, this is a review based pn 20+ interactions. First, this pharmacy almost never answers the phone in less than 10 minutes. Second, they change prescription refill amounts with no notice. Third, almost always super shortstaffed for their customer base and operational capacity. Fourth, of the 2 drive through lanes, only one works 95%+ of times. Overall, terrible customer service experience.

I come to pick up my prescription every month here and no matter how packed it is, the customer service is always amazing. The lady that helps me most of the time is Zulema and she’s always very quick and conscious of my time and most importantly very polite. I look forward to go back next month!

So after waiting 30 min on the line finally get to the window (it was some blonde girl) give my name she tells me to step aside that she's working on it and proceeds to help 2 other customers then went to prep like 4 other bottles comes back ask me for my name because she was gone for so long she forgot and after waiting about another 15 to 20 min she grabs the bottle that was prepped right next to me in a basket within 1 min I was out the door. Worst experience a full hour to pick up meds. Either they are extremely slow (seen it with my own eyes) or they need more staff if they are going to move at that speed.

Waited in line over an hour at the drive through pharmacy while those ahead of me were allowed to place their prescriptions at the window and wait for them, causing all other customers to wait. I didn’t even get a simple apology from the pharmacist once I eventually got to the window. Absolutely ridiculous experience. Will never return.

I changed from CVS to this Walgreens in Doral. Their service is excellent. I am grateful for the pharmacy staff which always go out of their way to provide the best service on the phone and in person. The entire store is always clean and everyone seems to love their job because they show it to their customers. Thank you!

I was scheduled for a COVID19 Test today at 10:40 am. From the moment I arrived I was assisted by your Pharmacy employee named Alejandro. He was rude and abusively loud. He refused to answer my queries and kept yelling that there is a line and that I have to wait. I had been in line for quite some time, but in his bullying attitude, he refused to acknowlege my questions and surprised other customers who were waiting for service. Some left rather than have to speak to him. Alejandro gives a very poor impression of Walgreens. Walgreens pays him to assist customers, not to abuse them. He needs to be reminded that he is being paid to work in your customer service area and that there are standards a company like Walgreens upholds. His supervisor Giselle said and did nothing, encouraging this boorish behavior. This reflects poorly on Walgreen's supervision and sets a standard of abusive rudeness which for Walgreens should be considered unacceptable.

Arrived at the drive-through at 5:37 am, I found myself the sole customer. Despite noticing the pharmacist briefly glance my way, he continued working, seemingly hoping I'd vanish. After a perplexing 10-minute wait, I pressed the call button. When I inquired about the delay, the pharmacist's response left me baffled: 'I didn't see you, and you always cause problems.' It appears the drive-through sensor might be faulty, as my observation of the pharmacist glancing my way upon arrival was apparently false. After the exchange, he carelessly tossed my credit card, ID, receipt, and medication into the drawer. When I requested a bag, his response was equally dismissive, as he haphazardly threw everything into it, making it clear that even basic requests were met with disdain. It's disheartening when the customer is deemed the problem.

Actually, the store itself is good. The pharmacy has good people, but the wait times are abysmal. Service is brutally slow. Prescriptions are lost in a black hole. They tell you something is on back order, and it never comes in, and they just cancel it, and don't even bother to tell you. There's a reason this Walgreens has one of the lowest ratings I've ever seen of any pharmacy, even compared to other Walgreens. I once complained to corporate, who (no shock) didn't reply either. THEY DON'T CARE.11-17 Update. I waited in the line 30 minutes to get my prescription. There were 3 people working. One of them was stuck with a difficult customer. One of them was incapable of operating her register and kept interrupting the third person to come show her what to do. of course, she was the person I had to go see. She got my prescription and managed to ring it out successfully even though I said wait, "I want to buy these 3 items." She couldn't understand that. So she closed the transaction, and I made no effort to leave. I said I want to buy this. She went looking for somebody to help her. Nobody who works there wanted to help her. I think they were fed up with her. After another 10 minutes. I yelled something a little bit vulgar, which was unprofessional of me. I left the stuff on the counter and walked out. There were over 20 people in line when I left at a little after 4:30. I invite management to go look at the video and see. they can watch the whole thing, so they can't say anything here is untrue. This is the worst Walgreens in the universe. don't go here ever. They don't care about their customers.

They never pick up the phone. No one to ask questions about a medicine or anything. You have to refill using their app. 2 stars because they have most meds in stock.

How is this Walgreens pharmacy still open?! Made an appointment for Covid and flu testing only to be told they don’t have staff for those today and if I can go to a different Walgreens. Meanwhile they’re still taking appointments for testing online. The workers don’t speak any English and are always clueless about what to do. Medications are constantly “missing”. Needs to get shut down.

2 stars only because the staff and pharmacists (for the most part) are excellent.The lines are ridiculous here. No matter the time of the day 4-6 cars at all times at the drive through, 8pm on a weekday and only 1 pharmacist is working. Fire the managers.

The absolute worst pharmacy. Went to the pharmacy with prescriptions for a baby with RSV, they said the medication would be ready in 2 hours. I go the next day and they say there is nothing in the system, I show them the prescription and they say it’s an over the counter medication (with a terrible attitude) as if they weren’t the ones making the mistake. I check and they don’t have it. Oh and if you schedule a vaccine there just be careful, either they don’t have it or there’s no one to do it. Do better!!!

If I could give 0 starts I would. Last night after an emergency room visit we came to this pharmacy as it’s open 24 hours. We had 3 prescriptions as my moms finger had an infection and was cut open at the hospital. She needed a strong pain medication and 2 antibiotics to start asap.We were told they could not do anything till the next day or wait 3 hours. It was 11:30 PM. I explained to the person she couldn’t wait as she was in a excruciating pain. After we said we would not leave and we’re going to wait the 3 hours. He said I am going to fill the pain med and you come back in the morning for the antibiotics. We agreed as the pain Ned was the most important at the time. This morning I came to pick up the antibiotics. The line was huge and after I got to the counter at almost 11 am I am told only one of the antibiotics is ready to leave and they will text me when the other one was ready. I told the lady I left the RX’s the previous night and I was told they would be ready t early am that is why I didn’t wait 3 hours. She kept repeating to leave. I refused and so she said to wait at least 20 min to see if they can get it done. As I am writing this message I am waiting to see if they fill that 2nd medication. Totally unacceptable! Worst pharmacy I have EVER been to or dealt with.

I always go to this Walgreen because I live here in Doral and they have always treated me and my family very well.Today I had to look for a medicine and the man who treated me on the 9 o'clock shift is rude and he does not know how to treat the public, a terrible attitude and made us wait without any tact. I kindly went to tell the manager to take care of the situation and she was EVEN MORE rude and sarcastic..... I told her that it was not her claim that she did not have to talk to me like that but she continued to treat me like someone who has no experience, values and less treat customers.I work with public and I can't understand this..I really hope some one do something.

If I could give the Pharmacy zero stars I would. Do not use them!! I understand why their reviews are so poor and have less than 2 stars.I asked my doctor to send the prescription to this location because it is open 24 hours a day. They had trouble getting through to the pharmacy 2 days ago. They now have my prescription and it won't be ready for 5 days according to the automated system which I need today or to have it transferred to a pharmacy that can fill it.I have called at 1 a.m. (called multiple times and on hold for over 12 minutes)... and now at 9 a.m. They answer at the pharmacy and you can hear them in the background talking. They hung up on me the 1st time. Then they put me on hold for 15 minutes and never answered. I called customer service and the main store and the Pharmacist still won't answer. Customer service told me to go in person because they say my prescription is not in the system. Customer service and the store are not on the same page either.

The customer service here is more than absurd. The employees in the pharmacy area are rude, they lack customer service and respect for SICK paying customers. If you want to get your prescription as a sickly patient, just go to CVS around the corner instead. At least at CVS you’re less at risk of skipping a day or two’s worth of medication….

The service is horrible, there is no management here, there is only one person serving in the pharmacy and 20 people waiting in line to be served. This is not only today, it is routine.Walgreens, you have to do something about the management of this store.

The pharmacy is not fast. Definitely waited for 30-45 minutes in the drive through line just to drop off a prescription after work. I know it’s peak time, but they were taking 5-10 minutes per vehicle. And when I went to pick up a different prescription on another day, they hadn’t even filled it yet. They said it would take two hours so I came back after four. I waited at the window for ten minutes while they filled it. It seemed like one or two people out of the four I could see in the window weren’t even doing anything.

dealing with the pharmacy is stressful… the hold times are long, i frequently get disconnected while waiting, and there seems to be a lack of communication, just to name a few concerns. They seem understaffed and need more training and support from corporate. I ended up transferring to a different company and have had a much easier process
