This Sam's club location is nice. Good place for lunch. Not just the hot Pizza or hot dog combos. But the sushi, salad and seafood ceviche. The optometrist area is nice and friendly. Clea store. Do a price comparison in each Sam's location. š¤·š½āāļø

This location is prejudice and racist if you're not Hispanic. I had pans there were on sale for 20 dollars, even took a picture. Did not show up on scan and go, so I do self checkout still doesn't show. I asked an associate she said a Manger will fix it. The manager Zonia told me the picture is right go in a regular line. I told her the lines are long, she said oh well. So I waited 20 minutes in line with my whole cart 200 dollars already paid for to be told by another associate the picture is wrong. Mind you the Manger Zonia open another like to adjust a Hispanic man item. So after waiting in 20 minutes for nothing. I just left. Save your self time and headache just go to COSTCO.COSTCO believes in customer service

I placed an order for my company but I didn't add my name to the order like many other times and I go and I get the order without any problems, today the unhelpful employee besides lacking of customer service skills, calls to someone and was told that she can cancel the order and I can get the items from her and rebuy them.Maybe so SAM'S CLUB doesn't have to pay another employee to restock those items back. Great Service out this store in Miami, every month and every year service gets worse.Then when I'm driving out I see the so helpful employee talking to another associate on the side of the building, both looking very busy :-(

People that works here are Great, employees love working here LEON is one of the best supervisor great attention. But higher management his name Hector is the worst one, unprofessional, he provide me his supervisor phone number when I call for additional help Hector answer the phone call acting like was him. In Customer service the girls love to help with everything, but they don't have access to entire system.

Naomi was the rudest cashier I've ever encountered at a store. She said we accused her of throwing out our receipts when I asked her if she had given it to me. Will never be shopping here again. Taking my buisness to costco

Worst experience ever! The greeter couldn't be bothered with my question. I came back due to a purchase I made and had to return because it expired 1/28/21....I purchased it on 4/8/21. They obviously dropped the ball on pulling expired items. I'm waiting in line, and 8 other people are in line for customer service, and ONLY 1 person is working. I would say I've waited 20 minutes already, and 2 people are still in front of me. Horrible Sam's Club, if they had another one, I would go there, but I think I will cancel and go to COSTCO.

This specific Sam's Club is the absolute worst with service. Do not order anything from this club as they will not deliver to you even if they state otherwise.Extremely unprofessional when I called to follow up on an order. Nothing will probably happen but I'll just go back to Costco now since there is one only a few minutes away.

Unequivocally THE BEST Sam's Club we've been to in the last 20 years. I ordered online a computer and came to pick it up. I was not able to purchase the extended warranty online since my order was pickup and was advised online to purchase the extended warranty at the store. I compared prices at Costco, Office Depot, Amazon and the best deal for the HP All in One I was looking for was at Sam's Club. Dany, the Store Manager helped us incredibly through the process. Dany was truly EXCEPTIONAL with Customer Service, super friendly, extremely professional and went BEYOND the call of duty to serve and make sure I was fully satisfied with my purchases. I haven't come across this level of excellence with Customer Service in years. He treated his job as if he owned the store. You just do not get this level of attention, friendliness and courtesies in today's world. Dany made all the difference to us by redefining the shopping experience at Sam's Club today. He is an uncompromising asset to the organization. Thanks to Dany's great service I bought a SECOND computer then went back and spent another $100 on food that I wasn't planning on. I hope Sam's Club recognizes Dany for his value and uniqueness.Thank you Dany for helping us today and making all the difference with our purchases.

Customer service needs to be retrained. I tried for two days to get in contact with a manager. Still never spoke with one. You pay for a membership and receive zero customer service. I was put on hold with no answer. Put on hold and hung up on, then eventually they just stop answering all together. After 10 minutes of being on hold each time I called the Sam's Club general number. They said they would contact me with an update but surprise, the out of country customer service Sam's Club uses did nothing. Sam's Club doesn't care about it's members anymore. When my membership runs out next month, that will be it for me. Might as well mention they have too many Spanish only speaking employees and not enough halfway decent English speaking employees. I don't speak much Spanish and it is hard to communicate with even the opticians. I was walking back out to get a cart after seeing the eye Dr there. I had the samples in my hand the Dr gave me. I told the employee I was going to grab a cart which was no where near the door. She didn't speak enough English to understand me so she aggressively says in Spanish I can't walk out and I have to go the other way. She didn't have a clue what I had initially said to her. I was treated like I was trying to walk out with product because she couldn't understand me. It really is sad. Sam's club Please save your generic apologetic response. You've been sending it to paid members on here for months AND CLEARLY DON'T CARE ENOUGH TO ACTUALLY FIX THE ISSUE. Save it.

This Samās club is horrible. No customer service skills whatsoever. I called to place an order for a cake and no one bothered to answer. I tried calling for a whole day. The phone just rings and rings. The next day when I was off i went in to place an order. No one can help you if you donāt speak Spanish. I will not be renewing my membership.

The gas station here in Doral every single morning is a big trouble, few pumps close, gas presion slow and the line long. If you dont have enough gasoline, please close this station.

Great place to save a dollar, but you just need some storage because most items come with packages that contain more than one of the items. It's really worth the membership, you make it back and a very short period of time.

The App is a must. No lines AT ALL if you shop using the app, to pay on your phone and walk out! The fruit is great here. There not a wide organic selection, but I'm OK with that....Organic milk and eggs are my go-to here. Lots of decent snack options and prices are fair. Happy shopping here.

Good wholesale, nice location. But the cashiers give you hard time in the line (thatās why I choose to use the app instead of going through the cashiers) and the worst is the line to buy food (hot dogs and pizza). Every time is full of people and always short of staff to take care of costumers. I spent no less than 20 minutes in the line to pay and extra 5-10 to pick up.

Dear Lord, people hire some cashiers. What the hell is wrong with you guys? Today's visit was all in all a disaster.I went to the restroom and saw the pharmacist finishing up his business and leave without washing his hands. When I was done, after I washed my hands, I marched over to the pharmacy because I was going to tell him off, Because, that's just nasty! However, he washed his hands in the pharmacy before I could get his attention. You may say all as well with that. It's not; he touched door handles and other things on his way to the sink to wash his hands. So now everyone who works in the pharmacy and touches that door handle Is touching his private part germs.Then we went to get the hot dog combo. There were 2 people working. one was the cashier in one was handling the food. There were 8 people in front of us. How long should that take? If your answer was 30 minutes with their limited menu, you'd be correct; that's completely unacceptable. And I want to be clear: This is not the fault of the employees. The cashier was practicing good hygiene. And every time she went from handling the money to handling the food, she put on a new pair of gloves. Absolute kudos for that, but it's a very slow procedure. Just as we ordered our food, two more workers showed up.So anyway, I was very disgranted with today's visit. I need to be fair and point out. I'm not a member and I went with my friend who is a member.But I think I will continue to shop at BJ's Wholesale and not Sam's. It was just too upsetting.

Awesome deals, friendly staff but I'm giving this establishment two stars because there's no reason for a chain as big as Sam's Club to only hire one person to run the food court. The poor girl was visibly overworked, the line was slow because she was the only one prepping, making and serving the orders. Very disappointing to see Sam's neglect their own employees like this. The caliber of any business is reflected by how supported workers are and by the looks of it, it's lacking.

Very unprofessional. I placed an order for pick up at 5 pm the day before I schedule the pick upā¦the only time available was 7-8pm pick up and once I got there the order was still saying it was āin progressā. I went inside after waiting 30 minutes trying to get in contact with customer service without luck. I spoke with the manger and they told me āthere was nothing they could doā yet there was still time before the store closed. I tried putting in a complaint to try and have the order prioritize for tomorrow morning with corporate and they said they couldnāt guarantee and offered me a $5 gift card for the inconvenienceā¦.They canāt even confirm if my order will be ready for pick tomorrow. Youāre better off going to the Walmart next door.
