Great and very nice and clean store but the 1 star because they have bad customer service ,standing at the express line to check out and front of me a lady with 30 items ,she load her stuff on the belt and then the waited and when it was my turn the lady cashier Yolanda start talking in Spanish and told her what which I don't understand and she point at my cart like it's more than 10 items and I reply to her what about this lady she had over 20 items then another cashier came and open another cash register let me throw ,excuse me puplix management's you you to have neee to teach ur employees how to be fair doesn't matter what the customer look like that's a big business and you guys could do better ,I was soo happy to come and shop till the last minute missed up my mode

I rather come to this publix than the one closer to my house. I like the selection better in comparison. Also I feel like this one has the nicest people working. Today Kristian was my cashier and he was Amazing to everyone in the line! Nice, helpful, efficient.

The problem I have with this place is the prices are outrageous in some cases. Like a bag of chips can be $2.99 one day and in a few days drop to $1.49. This happens to many items at this chain. Best to shop around unless you just do not care about saving.

Just left and the men’s bathroom was out of order so when I went into the women’s there was a man in there. Then after shopping, decided to cash in my scratch off and was refused because I left my ID in the car. I didn’t even bother to come back with it because…I’m 30 lol and I waited in line for almost 15 minutes…and nobody else was asked to show ID. I don’t like to pull the race card but it was very odd.

Need more registers open in the morning, or have all multiple gift card purchases done at the customer service counter instead of the cashier, if the number of open ones is limited.

It’s a nice store but looking a little bit older. The washrooms were clean, the shelves were well stocked, and all employees I interacted with were very nice. However, the floors and shelves and coolers look older. Overall, the store requires a bit of an upgrade and renovation.

Nice and clean. very organized . Pricey and the BOGOs are becoming but 2 get 1 free. I used to buy everything from here but now I go to the other grocery stores near buy for certain items. Example will be the fruit. Way to expensive to buy at Publix

Love coming to our local publix but I wish they do something about the deli area. The service for subs and hot meals is extremely slow. The employees are hit or miss, they will find busy work to avoid the customers from time to time. I usually stay away from the negative feedback but this has been happening frequently. Everything else in the store Is perfect. Great overall place to come get your local food.

Great place for filling your cart with a week's supply of groceries, or for grabbing just a few items. Very pleasant experience, huge aisles and friendly staff and fresh food. This location has a pharmacy and sushi deli, it is a hub for Instacart, a shopping service that deliver your items to yourself home. You will have to register online

Horrible shopping experience. There was a loud and obnoxious customer behind me and management did absolutely nothing to diffuse the incident and they were simply observing from about 20 feet away and staring into space.

This is my regular Publix, and I really enjoy shopping here even though I'll need to get a second job to pay for what I buy. I've been shopping here since it opened next to the Doral Equestrian Stables, which are now long gone. I wish it wasn't so damn pricey compared to other stores. It's an older location so it's a bit smallish compared to the new ones but they have everything I need.

Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Meets the standard of expectation of Publix. Enjoy shopping here. Love the hot bar and salad bar. Great for lunch.

Love this Publix! It’s very clean and the staff is courteous, especially Oneida, Renier and Mabel who work at the little cafeteria. I have only one question, how come you sell bagels there, but don’t offer cream cheese? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Today, 1/30 I was in this Publix and bought empanadas and roast pork, what a disgusting food. the empanadas taste just salted, and the pork had the texture of a fois grass with no flavor at all. I spent almost $10, to throw it in the garbage, is my first and last, what a disgusting food, never, ever again.

Honestly, the service from the customer service staff and cashiers is good, but the produce and meat department are seriously in dire need of a renewal. The produce department almost always has trash on the floor, and there is always expired or nearly expired produce that needs to be trashed. The quality of products is distasteful to say the least. With the amount of bad or low quality product count in the produce and meat department, I’m seriously thinking why people go to this Publix to buy things from those departments at all. I ended up going to another store because if I’m paying a lot of money compared to other stores, I would think AT LEAST the quality is good. I’m not paying $18 for ground beef only to have it near expired and rotting. Please do better.
