They have terrible customer service. We made an appointment to our dog’s grooming at 8 in the morning. She has a terrible attitude. When I asked how long its gonna take she told me 2 or 3 hours depends on your dogs behave. And she mention she will start now. When I went to pick up my dog ​​at 11 o'clock, she had not even started shaving yet. She only washed and dried my dog ​​for 3 hours, other than that, she kept him in the cage. After telling me that you can come to pick up your dog he is ready at 12 o'clock, she hung up the phone on me. I won't comment on her grooming, you can see the pictures and decide for yourself.

I recently took my pup Loki to Petco to get his hair cut and bathed, and I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Berman! From the moment we walked in, Berman made us feel welcome and comfortable. He listened attentively as I explained the haircut I wanted for Loki, and he took the time to ask questions and make sure he understood exactly what I was looking for.Throughout the grooming process, Berman was kind and patient with Loki, who can be a bit nervous around strangers. Berman's gentle demeanor helped put Loki at ease, and by the end of the appointment, I could tell that Loki had really bonded with him.When Berman was finished with the haircut, I was thrilled with the result. Loki looked absolutely adorable, and his coat was silky-smooth and clean from the bath. Berman even took the time to show me some tips for keeping Loki's coat looking great in between grooming appointments.Overall, I would highly recommend Berman at Petco for anyone looking for a caring, professional groomer. Berman's expertise, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor really made a difference, and I will definitely be coming back to Petco for future grooming appointments. Today my wife dropped our Dog Lola for a scheduled 2pm appointment. The Groomer <<Genevieve A >> said that it “will be a long time.” At no time did the groomer <<Genevieve >> indicate that it would be 6.5 hrs before she began the grooming. Our dog was left in a cage for over 6 hours and when my wife showed up at 7:15pm « Genevieve » said that she wasn’t ready and never said that Lola had not even been started on. Take note Petco closes at 9pm. Lola was dropped off at 2PM for an appointment and was not started on until 8’30pm!! When questioned if the dog had urinated in 6.5 hrs , <<Genevieve >> answered that the dog had urinated in her cage.My wife spoke with the store manager at 8:30pm to voice her concerns. When confronted « Genevieve » had an attitude to and gave an excuse that her management overbooked to many appointments.Genevieve was instructed at the time of drop off of the contact phone number. Then at 8:48pm <<Genevieve >> called me because she couldn’t find my wife’s phone number. When I questioned her about this unacceptable time frame, <<Genevieve >> hung up the phone on me.NOTE THAT LOLA WAS DROPPED OFF AT 2PM AND HAD NOT BEGUN BEING GROOMED UNTIL 8:30PM AS WITNESSED BY MY WIFE. AT APPROXIMATELY 8:48PM , LOLAS GROOMING WAS COMPLETE. TOTAL OF 18 MINUTES RUSH JOB.This rush job was the worst! <<Genevieve >> was instructed by my wife not to shorten the length of Lola’s ears. <<Genevieve >> chopped off Lola’s ears to an inappropriate short length. Lola’s entire cut including tail is uneven. Looks like a HATCHET JOB that took 18 MINUTES.« Genevieve A. » shouldn’t be grooming any animals ever. SHE WAS UNTHOUGHTFUL AND LACKED THE COMMON SENSE TO NOTIFY THE DOG OWNER OF AN EXTENDED DELAY. SHE WAS UNAPOLOGETIC. SHE IS AN UNSKILLED GROOMER.Lolas has been going to Petco Doral for over 2 yrs and this has never happened. Be sure that every dog owner in Doral and Instagram will hear about this.

I come to this store regularly for all my pets needs. Today, I was blessed with having ROSE at the register!! She went out of her way to check my petco app for coupons or discounts I could use towards my purchase. She saved me a few bucks!! Petco is lucky to have ROSE!! It's a pretty average setup, has all of the basic needs and necessities covered. One thing I will say is that they are using sand as bedding for the reptiles with is a really big hazard to the animals since it can cause an impaction.

So store hours after the storm were cut short. Here is the picture of the front door and no signs for "hurricane hours". Avoid this petco locationAll I wanted to do was exchange broken fish tanks that would be an even exchange. They wouldn't help me at all.I've seen four people walk up and not understand why they are closed.

I took my puppy to this petco for grooming. And although I wasn’t please with the appointment process that one of the groomers follows; she did I great job cutting my baby’s hair. She care out of there so cute with a little bow on her head. Although I will not be returning to petco because it’s to far for me, I would it recommend it to others.

Their grooming staff needs URGENT customer service training.I always come here for walk-in services but last month I came and the answer was “let me see if I can accept your dog because he’s to heavy for me to put him on top of the table”…A couple days ago (another lady with a very bad attitude) told me I needed an appointment for nail trimming, even tho it shows in their signs as a WALK-IN SERVICE.Please, train your staff accordingly. I love this store but this situations are very uncomfortable.

They have a large selection of..well..everything! Even reptile stuff. Not a huge selection on specialty stuff nor any exotic items but for everyday pet care needs this is the place and it's location is perfect. Friendly staff too and never crowded.

Price match? I was over charged on kitten milk $24.99 twice and online it said 13.99 (11.00 plus tax difference on each) I bought two. I went back to the store and they said no returns or exchange call customer service for refund of difference. What happen To their price match? Customer Service? Looks like it’s a rip off to The people during this pandemic and price gouging! This happened on 4/17/2020 today is 4/26/2020 And still no phone call from them and much less an email of response! What a disgrace after 2 hours with them on the phone. I will shop at PET SUPERMARKET instead.

The store manager was amazing! I went to get a 40 gallon tank for my turtles, I ended up getting the tank, the mesh top, 40 gallon filter and two boxes of refill and a cat bed! That's how wonderful she was!

I gave this location 3 stars because of how dirty the shelves were(spider webs). My daughter spotted dog poop around the fish tanks and urine on the floor. Even though some reviewers say that the employees were rude luckily, we had a nice cashier.

In all honesty, I was quite disappointed in the quality and variety of pets available, and in the quality and variety of the available items the last two times I have been here. I suppose it is fine for very basic pet care needs, but they have not modified their prices to reflect the level of mediocrity of their store, hence 3 stars. It is sad, because I remember PetCo a decade+ ago when they were one of the best. Alas, how the mighty have fallen.
