They have terrible customer service. We made an appointment to our dog’s grooming at 8 in the morning. She has a terrible attitude. When I asked how long its gonna take she told me 2 or 3 hours depends on your dogs behave. And she mention she will start now. When I went to pick up my dog ​​at 11 o'clock, she had not even started shaving yet. She only washed and dried my dog ​​for 3 hours, other than that, she kept him in the cage. After telling me that you can come to pick up your dog he is ready at 12 o'clock, she hung up the phone on me. I won't comment on her grooming, you can see the pictures and decide for yourself.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tania to groom my dog Loki, and I must say that she was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, she was incredibly professional and attentive to all of our needs. Tania was extremely patient with Loki, who can sometimes be a bit skittish, and she took the time to make sure he felt comfortable throughout the entire grooming process.Not only was Tania wonderful with Loki, but she was also a great communicator. She listened carefully to my requests and provided expert advice on the best grooming options for my dog's breed and coat type. Tania clearly has a wealth of experience and knowledge when it comes to dog grooming, and it definitely showed in the finished product.Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service Tania provided. If I could give a negative star I would. I am not referring to the store the store employees are very helpful. I am referring to the groomer cyndian she is very rude and lacks customer service. I had an appointment with my 2 golden retrievers ( my monthly appointment ) and because she claims I was late she took 2 dogs in. But we were there at 10:05 and waited right outside the glass door from the groomers for over 30 minutes because they had another customer inside with a very small dog. But my question is at what time did they give my appointment away because I was there at 10:05 ?? Not only my 2 goldens were turned away but she was rude and spoke down to us. This kind of customer service is unacceptable

We train our Australian Shepherd here, and we have seen amazing results! Juan is a great trainer, he is very patient, and caring with dogs, he loves what he does. We really recommend him! If you need a trainer, for sure talk to Juan!

Took my mini goldendoodle to see Cosette for grooming and she looks beautiful! Cosette was so sweet, took her time, and listened to what both my husband and I wanted. Also, Rosa at the cashier desk was so sweet with me and my son as well. Thank you so much! <3

Always friendly and helpful staff.My 3 stars is because they have a 1 year old conure there, who has been in a cage ALONE, for 5 months. Priced at $799.99, at this point, the price needs to be reduced so someone can give it a living home. Also, it was shivering from being so cold when I was there. I have a video of it. Please have a heart, reduce the price and put it on sale as you do with other pets. 5 months alone in a cage is unfair!

I had to give three stars to the store just because one girl working in the checkout, with her horrible and angry attitude, made the store look terrible, and the customer felt the same. You don’t want to return to see and deal with this kind of experience anymore. I think her name is Sheila, Taysha ( I am not sure); she is blonde, short, and looks like she doesn’t like “ some customers” at all. I did not even talk; she just looked at me with hate, she was angry at me! and when I finished paying and saying thank you, she did not respond. This is a perfect example of bad customer service where the customer didn’t do anything to deserve this type of treatment other than spend their money on something. Sad.

One of the bigger stores. Very neat. Good parking in front of store. Next to International mall. No wild bird seeds. Just parakeets. Discus fish are $59.

Worst grooming service ever. They told me nail trim is included on the service. When I went to pick up my dog I asked if they trimmed the nails they just said they couldn’t do it because my frenchie tried to bite her.So if I don’t ask they will never inform me about it? So now I’m not sure if they did the bath job or not.I thought this was a profesional grooming service but I found out they just don’t care about customers and dogs. Johana was the person who was in charge of doing the job.I called the store manager and he just said he was going to speak with them about it.Total lack of customer service.What a Boomer! And on top of that they made get inside the place with cages where they place dogs while owners pick them up. My dog was scared as hell and shaking like I’ve never seen him like that before and didn’t want to come out of the cage even when I was calling him so my wife has to get inside and hold him to take him out. Now I don’t Trust Petco Grooming service. Be careful averyone.

Was first grooming of my 7 months old basset hound. Cyndiann A was the person who took care of my baby. If you really want someone who loves and enjoy taking care of your pet baby, look no further. We don't always find the right person for our loved pets, but I got lucky at this petco. BTW, that's petco of Doral. I live 13 miles up north, but was worth the drive

This is a great Petco location! I bring my dogs to Cindy for grooming once a month, and she takes such good care of them! The staff are very helpful when I'm looking for new treats or toys for my dogs. This location also offers the option to buy online and pick up in store.
