I bought a 50 lb bag of Purina dog food from this location. When I got home, it had bugs and worms inside of the packaging. (I have a video as well but Google doesn’t support video uploads)I went back for a refund the following day. At first the manager on duty said, no refunds only exchanges are allowed.I said fine and went to grab a 30 lb bag of Royal Canin. One of the bags was taped up trying to cover a hole in the package!There were worms all over the tape used to cover the damage!!They tried re-selling a damaged product to the public!I showed the manager this but said“those holes aren’t big enough for insects to get inside…….”After saying I wasn’t comfortable risking my dog’s health I ended up getting my refund after she called the store manager.The shelves are littered with insects, DO NOT risk your pet’s health. This store is filthy yet it is a brand new location.I went to Pet Smart and it was night and day in terms of cleanliness.

Store is clean, associates are friendly and have product knowledge, I’ve used the self service dog wash at all the pet supermarkets nearby and this one by far is the cleanest, less busy, and most comfortable for both dog and owner. You can tell management is dedicated to customer experience.

I went to the opening weekend and we got a free self serve dog wash wish is normally around $10, the service was outstanding, Mel helped us in all of our needs we also got a free gift, very pleasant experience, definitely looking forward to use the self serve doggie wash in the future!!!

I went to buy food for my cats and i was really concerned for the birds safety. They were tons of parakeets piled up on a single cage with not much room to move. The conure they were selling had the tiniest cage with not much range of movements . When I told the sale associate that I own a conure myself and the bird cage was too tini for him that he can barely move or fly that is cruel the way they have him. She answered me “unfortunately there is not much they can do since there is not enough room for the birds area”. I was chocked by her answer I will never go back and support this business who is careless about the well being of their birds .

This place was affordable and the staff was very knowledgeable. I travel around a bit and don’t always have a place to wash my dog so I used the wash stations … worth it. It was cheap and the set up was perfect to do some self grooming.

Mel the manager was awesome! She provided me with great customer service and was very knowledgeable on everything my puppy needs. Tiene 2 buenas bañeras profesionales y un buen secador poe cada bañera, las toallas están limpias y con buen olor al igual que los delantales para bañar a tu mascota, puedes disfrutar de Shampoo, acondicionador y otras herramientas para limpiar a tu peludo.
