butchered my dog’s tail hair. cut off inches of his beautiful hair without asking me. I always give extremely specific instructions and the groomer decided to make their own decisions and absolutely botched his coat. never take your dogs here. i’m devastated.

Superstars!! Classic Dogs Miami Grooming are fantastic. Every point from scheduling, confirmations, reminders and punctuality. All the groomer skills have been impressive of course! As a poodle mix owner I cannot rave enough about their work. My dog happily greets the loving groomer and he is just as happy when he is returned. You can tell they truly love what they do day to day. 🤩

They did a great job grooming my golden retriever! They cleaned up her fur nicely and trimmed her coat without ruining her undercoat. Highly recommend. Plan on using then regularly now

Not happy at all. They give me a price in the phone. They ask me for weight (all information of the dog). After the dog was done with the gromming they over charge me saying the dog was bigger. I told all the info of the dog so thats not an escuse. Beside that they arrived 35 min late. .Be serious and dont try to take advantage of people.

The customer service of this business is terrible! The don’t manage well their schedule, and they kept me waiting for more than 2 hours just because “they spent more time with the prior appointment”. After arguing with them about their unprofessional service, they offered a discount “in my next appointment” but not in the mobile service that is what I’m paying for. They never respond timely and they are always late or cancel at the very last minute.The customer service is terrible and the grooming is bad and expensive, so do not waste your time and money in this business, there are many others out there.

Les cuento: Me había ido muy mal en otros grooming, (incluso siendo de renombre) me di cuenta que siempre que llevaba a Max lo atendía alguien distinto, la persona que lo antendia tenía unas larguísimas que nunca entendí cómo lo agarraba, Max regresaba con algún raspado e incluso una vez me pasó que estuvo hospitalizado todo el día siguiente…. Así que soy una mamá demasiado rigurosa con su hijo perruno, tanto que intenté un tiempo haciéndole yo misma el grooming pero no, no nací para eso, Zapatero a su zapato. Hasta que un día gracias a Dios nos recomendaron a Andreina y la verdad nunca mas tuvimos que preocuparnos por el look del chiqui. Aunque el le teme al baño (literal se esconde) siempre termina moviéndole la colita a la Titi André, Max nunca me ha regresado con ningún rajuno, Andre es un amor de persona, me encanta su trato, lo cariñosa que es y su grado de responsabilidad, se ve que ama su trabajo. Me acuerdo un día me dijo: Max no se quiere cortar las uñas, que hago? Y la verdad eso me encanta, que no lo obliguen a nada, de hecho hoy en día se las lima como si nada. Hace poco probamos con Miguel por cuestión de tiempo y la verdad que es otro ser maravilloso, sophi es increíble la madurez y lo inteligente que es, es un amor también, con decirles que llegue tarde a la última cita y con todo me aceptaron con una sonrisa. La verdad 100% recomendados a todos los que tienen yorkies tea cup. Ahorita con Bella (es la nueva integrante de la familia) no dude ni un segundo en que su 1er grooming fuera con ustedes. De verdad me viese encantado conocerlos desde un principio. Ya tenemos un año haciendo grooming con ellos.
