The staff members were friendly, outgoing, and eager to assist, adding to the positive shopping experience.In summary, my visit to Walmart in Destin, Florida, was exceptional. The store's stylish ambiance, wide aisles, and attentive staff created a welcoming environment that made the shopping experience enjoyable and convenient. It was a Walmart experience unlike any other, and I left with a positive impression of this particular location.

Yesterday’s oil change turned into a nightmare. An inexperienced technician spent three hours on my car, struggled with the oil change, and failed to install the oil filter properly. Now, my engine and electronics are covered in oil. The entire experience was horrendous, and I’m unsure about the next steps. Starting the car this morning revealed a loud engine noise, a stark contrast to how it sounded before. My driveway is now filled with dripping oil, and upon checking, it seems the oil wasn’t replaced or the old oil wasn’t removed. I tried contacting the store, but no one is available to talk. I can’t drive the car safely in this condition. This situation is unfair, and I need assistance.

Auto guys are nice, but they told me it would be an hour and 3 HOURS later it was finally done. They told me an hour and that as soon as one car is pulled out I’d be first in. They waited until all 3 cars were pulled out and then they pulled someone else’s car in before mine. Then later pulled mine in and this was after 2 hours. Then I waited another hour for a simple tire rotation which usually takes 20-30 minutes. And it wasn’t lack of employees because there were a bunch of the guys standing around and walking in and out.

My husband and I were checking out our items and an associate, an Asian lady, came over and started checking our bags to see if we purposely skipped anything! I don’t mind showing my receipt at the door, but when they go through your bags at the checkout stand that is ridiculous! I was very insulted!

They have a lot of souvenirs, which is great. The shelves were pretty full too.Bathrooms are too small for a normal size human being.But what really made this store not so great, the associates.I work at Walmart so I get you are sick of people. But like I said, I work for Walmart as well, it's our job to be nice to customers but not to look at them like they are gonna steal the ENTIRE time.There are signs not to sleep overnight but we did along with others. No one was bothered.

This Walmart is hands down the best Walmart I've ever been to. The options on products was amazing. Even the employees were friendly and helpful not what I'm used to in my hometown in South Carolina. They even have airbrush t-shirts

Great location with plenty of inventory. Large sections for beer and wine, as well as a section for cocktail mixers. The clothing sections for men’s, women’s, and kids all had plenty of “Destin” clothing as well as a large selection of swimsuits and beach attire. Electronics section was well stocked as well, so if your looking for entertainment for those rainy days when you can’t go to the beach the options here are plentiful. Baby section was well stocked as well so if you need more diapers or formula this is the place to go. Store was kept clean and tidy and the employees were friendly.

Wasn't very clean, and the checkers were very very slow. Fine for grabbing a few things but not the best. Produce wasn't fantastic either.

Really nice gift shop area. Airbrush station is a nice size. Clean location with pretty clean restrooms. As always Walmart is a one stop shop for your clothing, food and entertainment desires. Right off the Main Street this location is convenient.

Great customer service, because it is in a wealthy neighborhood? Why not be special and have great customer service at not so wealthy neighborhoods? Or better yet same customer service at all Walmarts? Dollar's should not have a color, regardless of neighborhoods racial makeup money is the same color. So Walmart treat all your customers the same regardless of their address.

This is probably the best Walmart I have been to. This being a tourist destination I was expecting a different condition for this Walmart. However I was pleasantly surprised. It is big and nice and clean. They have a very big collection for beach stuff like boogie boards, beach toys, sunscreen etc. You can even have your pictures printed on T-shirts and mugs. They have self checkout lanes as well as the ones with attendants. I even found employees at this Walmart to ask questions off. The access was a bit inconvenient due to the ongoing road construction but the Walmart itself is very nice.

This will sound like a commercial for them but they have huge selection at great prices especially as it compares to the more regional grocery stores. It’s worth any extra driving you may have to do if you’re a tourist here.

They cannot even answer the phones. Tried multiple departments and the store operator 3 times. It just rings and rings. What is the point of having a phone system with choices and departments that are paid for if nobody is going to answer.

Terrible. I ordered 5 items. One I had to pick up . The 4 are apparently being delivered to my home. I did not intend to split the order. Wasting my time.

This Walmart is busy in the Summer because it is Peak season in Destin. When ever friends visit Destin we suggest going to Walmart for souvenirs first. They also have lots of beach items. It has a good selection of plants and are well taken care off. This Walmart has a gasoline station and I have seen some RV dry dock there.

Got tires at the new and improved automotive center in Destin Walmart. Very pleased with the product however the mechanics can't do a much better job of not spreading grease all over the interior of the automobiles they work on and definitely a much better job of cleaning up the grease instead of just walking away and leaving it for the customer. I do believe this is an ongoing problem that management needs to address ASAP!

I’m always worried about Walmart visits when in vacation destination areas, but we had a pleasant experience. The place was not too crowded and we did arrive around 6 in the afternoon. There were tons of food options and so many options when it came to alcohol, which was high on our “to buy” list. We found everything we needed and headed for the self checkout.
