Wish we had this chain at home. Clean, well-organized, but mostly love the incredible deli section! Made to order sandwiches were fantastic! Great salads and desserts. Noticed the fresh fish area said they will steam any purchase for you while you shop!

Fantastic service at this location. As this was our first time at this store, we were unsure where certain products were located. We spoke with a young man stocking shelves, and he brought us to where we would find item afew isles over. I think his name was Cameron. We have been back 2 other times, and the same thing happened. Employee brought us over to the item we were looking for. I applaud 👏 the store owners on employee training for exceptional customer service. All employees we have interacted with treated us as customers that matter.

Be sure to check out the beach items located outside the store and the souvenir items inside.

We are visiting the city and the service at this Publix was very bad, the staff was super rude and had a bad attitude, the one who served us at the Bakery was not at all pleasant, blonde with glasses and the cashiers doubted that we had paid when we got there, something we ordered online from catering, I really felt upset, since in my city Orlando Fl, the service is very good and respectful

My wife and I found ourselves in Destin yesterday for a doctor's appointment. Shopping at Publix while on Christmas vacation with my family. The store was clean and well stocked with some of every thing. They had several different kinds of side items to go with your Christmas meal. Creamed spinach, mac and cheese, corn soufflé and corn bread dressing just to name a few. They have an automated pineapple corer, all kinds of cakes, pastries, and cookies. I ordered a meat platter for our Christmas Eve dinner, it was ready at the correct time and was exactly what we needed. The customer service was on point and friendly. I recommend the Publix at Paradise Key.

Stopped over on our way to our Airbnb condo. Publix is always a good place to get eats while on vacay! I could not believe it when I heard someone say, they don't have any eggs! Well, she was not lying! Not one egg in the whole place!!! I guess people are preparing for the eclipse on Monday 🤷🏽

Publix is one of my favorite grocery stores. This one is conveniently located near the exit from the MidBay Bridge. Tourists often stop here on their way to a rented condo or shortly after arriving to stock up on groceries for the week.The result can be a large crowd particularly on Saturdays. There are times when some of the shelves look like locusts have been through buying a lot of stuff. Not to worry—no locusts will be appearing—just another large horde of tourists descending on Destin for a vacation.I usually go to this store early on a Sunday morning. The shelves are often fully stocked, there is not a big crowd and I can get the groceries I am seeking quickly and easily and without a long wait at a checkout counter. Using the Publix app to pay makes the experience even faster. The computer program also tracks the junk food I like to buy when I use the app and I will see ads in the near future telling me of which of my frequent purchases are now on sale so I can stock up and save some money—always a good feeling and creates a loyalty to the store from a satisfied customer.The store is well lit, the selection of produce and meat is outstanding and the products are always fresh.Publix stores are well managed and well stocked and laid out with the customer in mind. This one is no exception.

While the store itself was a typical Publix, checkout was an absolute disaster. I don't know if this is typical for this store but it was almost comical. It looked like a badly staffed Walmart on Christmas eve, lines backed up, cashiers didn't seem to have a clue, no self checkout. Then causing a panic because only cash could be used when actually card readers would only run as credit which to me shouldn't have caused an issue. Just a mess. Maybe hire a better manager because in all the Publix stores I've ever been to, I've never seen anything like this and can only imagine how it gets during travel season. Also FL doesn't do half priced on BOGO like other states but if this lady thought I was going to hold up the line to get another one...😂

Really dig the bogo sales at Publix each week. It helps to keep my pantry stocked with non perishables AND themeat counter with cut lamb chops no other AND it’s the only place in town that I know of that has frozen Skyline Chili and Bob Evan’s sausage rolls (not premade patties)

We did our wedding cake order from here and they did such a great job! From start to finish the catering team was great. I do have to say floral was not that great and I ended up going with someone else, but the cake and sweets were amazing and were all gone by the end of the night! Thank you to Ronda, Janis, and Susan! I wish I can upload the picture of my cake, but google isn't allowing it today.

Missing treadplates at every entrance exit and ATM in wrong location is supposed to be at the left side of entrance not in the middle of two exit entrance doors due to venting system and unrelated natural gas mixed in reclaimed water started a fire on Mall side two rings same parallel as digging in ese creek or using Cox Cable wires to send electricity through them in one place stop leaving UNTold scars outside question human err verses human heresy vs human Pepsi verses hummus not edible .....

Publix is the best place to shop for variety, quality and service.I started shopping Publix as a teenager in Ft Lauderdale in the 70's and they have remained consistent as the premier supermarket.

Don't waste your time ordering from the Deli online. It's the off season and they still didn't have my order ready at the pickup time and I showed up 15 minutes late on purpose! And to top it off there was no one inline at the deli counter when I arrived.

We bought groceries for our hotel room in Destin at Publix, today. Everything we purchased tasted fresh and good. The workers were friendly. The store is very clean, including the restrooms. The parking lot is clean, free, and well-lit.
