I just wanted to give a big shout out to the Publix Bakery Grand Boulevard for making my daughter's Sweet 16 cake. I came in on Wednesday and Terra helped me and she was very kind and she took pictures of the cake design I wanted and the color. I had asked her if she thought they could make something like this and she said absolutely and she meant it! This was one of the most beautiful cakes I have ever purchased. So Thank You!

Easy to get in and out of even though there are a lot of customers. Seemed to be very well stocked. Cashiers are friendly.

Parking & access were a little difficult to navigate due to exterior work being done. Always beautiful (and sometimes unusual) produce. Deli is also of high quality. Prices are not necessarily budget friendly.

I love this store. Great selection and extremely friendly staff. It's not perfect - they could have a much better deli salad department and cheese selection. as well as condiments like chopped garlic. It's not uncommon to be walking an aisle where a staff member is working and they volunteer to ask you if you are finding everything you want. Great service.

They have golf cart parking! Made shopping even quicker. Prices are higher than home, but was to be expected in Sandestin. Convient and fast. Never had a long line, even during the busy spring break time.

I have always loved Publix and especially their subs but I must say...today was a bit of a disappointment. I went in at almost exactly Noon on Monday 2/26...which I know is typically bad, but that is the time I was there. I was expecting to see a long line for subs. To my surprise, I was third in line so all is good. This is where the problems starts...There were no less than 7 people behind the counter plus I believe both Managers so 9 total. There was no one getting cold cuts and no one getting premade food. There were 2 people at the counter helping with subs but they both clearly looked like they were not sure what they were doing. After about 15 minutes of waiting it was our turn. My wife was ordering a turkey sub. No cut turkey...I watch the woman go over and ask the female Manager to please cut some turkey while she takes care of the counter, the manager takes out the turkey and hands it to her and I am pretty sure she says something on the order of you cut it yourself as she did not slice it for her. Then she finally get back to us with my wife's sliced turkey...at this point the line has grown substantially. I see the Male Manager come out a few times and look around but clearly is not doing anything to help matters as he just keeps disappearing into the back. After coming out 3 times, he finally pulls the lady that was trying to help us but clearly has no idea what she is doing, and replaces her with Darlene....our ray of sunshine. Darlene knows exactly how to make subs and takes care of my wife's sub. Then its me...I was Turkey as well, and there is still no Turkey cut because the other manager did not want to cut it for subs so she has to go over and slice more...she finishes up mine and I am out of here. I would say this was a total failure of the Management. It was clear that the whole department was mismanaged, the managers don't seem to step up and help when needed and just tend to look away. Was very disappointed. I really hope this is not what Publix has become because this is the second time now I have had issues with Publix deli, different location, but for a very different reason. What a shame, things are just gong down hill fast.

Yalls deli has become unbearable! I used to love coming to get food here but now yall have the worst workers, yall take forever, and to top it off even walmart produce has been better! Every time this year I have ordered a sandwhich online it's taken over a half hour extra on top of the time yall said it would be ready! Yall went from a wonderful spot to absolutely terrible and yall aren't even ashamed of it.

Always a pleasure shopping at Publix as they advertise.We have been shopping at Publix since the late 60's growing up in Ft Lauderdale. They have the best selection and variety of products available.

I went at 7 AM when they opened and everyone was very friendly. I am from out of town so I wanted a sub or a prepared food and the lady at the sub counter was very friendly and accommodating and my Italian sub was delicious. I cannot wait to try the Keylime pie, I’ve always heard how great it is, but never purchased one until today. The store was very clean and stocked well with a great selection.

This Publix is our "go to" grocery store in Miramar Beach.The store is always neat and clean. The staff works hard to keep the shelves stocked and orderly. That can be a challenge in a popular tourist area.I usually try to go to this store early in the morning. The shelves are usually fully stocked at that time. The number of people in the store is also more limited than during the more popular hours.The produce section is excellent as is the bakery. We usually buy bread here as it is fresh and we can get it cut right there.There is a good wine section and the Greenwise meat counter provides an excellent quality of beef, chicken and pork. There is an extensive selection of beef and chicken available and it is kept orderly and clean. We have occasionally ordered a special cut for an occasion and the butcher has always been very helpful and provided a quality product.There can be a wait in line during the busiest times. I am sure this Publix, as with most businesses in the area, have trouble hiring enough people, including cashiers. When there is a crush of people coming into the area, particularly on Saturday, the store can get crowded and there may be a few people in each line that is open.Overall, Publix is a great place to buy groceries. Good selection, good quality, well managed and employees are friendly and helpful.

I wish we had publix in indianapolis... There are more expensive than kroger.... But the quality of their food speaks for the price difference. The public's brand iced tea and pineapple mango lemonade. Are to die for I so wish we had them here

All the deli has for ready to go chicken is this hot honey strips everytime I go in there, I want just regular but they are always out, so I try the hot honey and it's so fukin hot my mouth is on fire, mu stomach feels like it's going to explode, these things are Diablo crazy hot. Yuck!! Make your regular strips, they are the best.

I was at the ER this morning and a Rx for pain medication as I was in severe pain it was sent to pharmacy at 6:00 am I went to pick it up at 9:40 and was told they had just received the script which was not true. Then I was told it would be an hour so I waited. This in my opinion was not handled as urgent when they knew it was.What a Customer service .
