My Casanova was 28lbs now 22 yeah!! He had issues keeping things clean. So we've been for a Spa day and pawdicure. Kitties need a groom now and then! Thanks Sasha he looks dapper!

This store really needs to take better care of their betta fish. A lot of the water was dirty, and there was deceased fish in several cups. These are living animals and deserve a higher standard of care.

This place canceled my grooming appointment, again, hours before my appointment. Same reason, someone didn’t show up for work, and my dog gets bumped, again. This has happened several times. Whomever is managing the grooming should be able to adjust if someone doesn’t show up to work, and make sure you don’t bump the same person multiple times. Now I understand why this place has a schedule with so many open appointments. If you dog needs grooming, do not rely on this place to actually keep the appointment.

They always have my dog’s food and my fish tank filters in stock and the dark haired gentleman with glasses is very knowledgeable about the fish!

My pup passed away after having a procedure done at this petsmart. Within 24 hours. I’m not blaming them as things happen BUT they didn’t even call or email after.I’m sure they know as the emergency vet said they forward records to them. They also know since they called me the morning after the procedure and I told them we rushed him to the emergency vet just a couple hours after picking my pup up from them.We’re not just heartbroken that we lost Fury after such a simple procedure but it feels like such a slap in the face to have been taking him to Banfield for all these years and we couldn’t even get a “sorry for your loss”.

Kindness goes a long way. The staff is over worked and under paid just like most jobs nowadays. They are exceptional people and work hard to satisfy customer needs and pets they have in stores. Highly recommend to any local or tourist visiting the area. Treat people how you want to be treated and it goes a long way.

I like the fact that there's another store in town for pet supply needs. However, there are few things that needs to be pointed out.A. Condition of their fish tanks are nowhere near to be acceptable. We visit this store often enough to know that it's always the same. There're dead fish inside several tanks. Water quality must be bad enough that fish colors aren't normal. I love fish and been around aquariums all my life, so I know the difference between a healthy fish and not so healthy one.B. Not every staff member is knowledgeable enough to provide needed recommendations. Additionally, staff members are not always available when you need their assistance.If they can address these issues it would only increase their reputation.

Worst grooming place ever. I drive 40 min one way, with tolls, to come here because of Banfield. I had scheduled a grooming appointment followed by vet visit. The day before they called to tell me I had to reschedule due to a worker calling out. They rescheduled for the following day. I show up and they tell me they won’t groom my dog because he had vaccines the day before. So now I’m out time, money, and my dog still isn’t groomed.

Took my Baby in to be groomed. She is a Great Pyronese and it had been a LONG time since she had gone in. Sasha was her groomer and if I could give her 10 or 20 stars, I would!! She is Amazing!! Patient, took such good care of my girl and I have Never seen her look so BEAUTIFUL!! 😍 I will definately be back and will request Sasha!! She is my new hero! Thanks, PetSmart and Sasha for an Amazing experience!!!

If you take your fur baby to the vet at petsmart in destin or they call you to bring them in find out first what time they are gonna do the service on them my puppy was gonna have surgery last Sunday they call and said they need to change it till this Saturday I had to bring him at 730 in the morning last Sunday was 930 but they didn’t do it until 12.30 pm if your gonna wait that long then tell the people.. I drove from Panama City fl to destin at 730 for them to take him in at 12.30 they will tell you a lie find out before you bring your fur baby here

I have been going here since the day they opened. Their management, customer service, managers and response to complaints is pathetic. I agree with the previous comment that the managers could care less about customer service anymore. Buy what you can online and only go there if you absolutely need something immediately. I have 6 cats, 2 dogs, 2 birds, 75 gallon fish tank and 6 Carrigan hermit crabs but I wouldn't trust anyone in there to advice me on anything as this is no longer the days of the community out loving store it used to be. They will harassing you to no end for donations. For what. They just really don't care.

Absolutely love their selection of freshwater aquarium fish, and you can't beat their prices! Can't wait to get my 55 gallon aquarium up and running, will definitely be making a trip back to buy all my fish!

Nice and clean store, and great customer service. Went there for some live mealworms but they were all dead, which was a disappointment. The superworms are good though. Would go there again.

Grooming Review- This was really a frustrating experience. After making appointments and planning around them even for our holiday traveling, we were cancelled on by the salon, the day of our appointment, TWICE in a row. We had to take the next available appointments which were weeks out. When we finally got in, we requested a trim, and clean up for our pup, not shaved. We paid way too much for an "add on" to include doing her nails, which is always included with other groomers. When we picked her up, I was shocked at how short her fur was cut, all over her body, down to basically nothing. We specifically asked for her tail and ears to be left long and they cut them anyway. To make it worse, the cut is not even and looks unprofessional. We paid almost $100 to have our cute pup look like we gave her a home haircut. She's a light colored, small breed dog that tends to get tear stains under her eyes and not only did these not get washed, they look worse then when we took her in. Definitely not planning to return but it's very disheartening to have our puppy not have any of her cute fur and have to wait to let her coat grow back in because we can't do anything about it. On top of it, her face still looks dirtier then before, even with the upgraded deep clean/conditioning package. What an expensive, frustrating, disappointment!

My partner and I visited yesterday for some pet supplies and the purpose of this review is to praise the employee who was cleaning and resetting the pet cages on display. The animals looked so happy and well taken care of. Everything was beautiful and sanitary and anyone could tell that the employee doing that work cared a lot about the job and the animals. I didn’t get their name and I don’t want to misgender them but i want everyone to know how amazing they are and how much they care about those animals.

Never have luck with grooming but it’s the only place to get in easy. Today the girls working were great and super friendly and finally cut my girls nails and trimmed the pads of her feet. But paid extra for the holiday package and she doesn’t even smell like she got a bath and no bandana (which isn’t a big deal) but still part of the package. The worst part is the guy at the register was so slow and could tell he did not care.

Allow me to introduce the Queen of “NOT MY JOB”, Casey or 333 whichever you see first. If you do see her, I recommend avoiding her. Especially if you have an issue or concerns. Hopefully PerSmart will put her back away from customers since she clearly has no business working with the general public.

The aquarium manager was very knowledgeable and highly helpful. The young lady that checked us out was extraordinarily engaging. All in all, a lovely experience. Look forward to visiting PetSmart again in the near future!
