My dog Bennie is normally scared to death to go to the groomer and we tried several in Destin/Santa Rosa Beach. This has been the only place he is not trying to run the other direction. We go to Tiffany and have only had great experiences!

Deb was excellent in helping us. Find the raw food we were looking for for our 14 year old black lab, as well as some allergy shampoo, and ear flush, as well as ointment. Very grateful for her help. Thought the store had exceptional products, and REAL food to give your dogs. They care about pets. You could tell by what they care and the resources they have. They also care about people. They were wonderful to me and my daughter. Bless them.

Abby in the grooming salon is amazing. I have a Doberman that is not fond of having her toenails trimmed and Abby is the only person she will let do it. Abby is extremely patient and professional, you can tell she loves animals and her job.

Had an awesome first time in one of these stores, wish they had one in my area :( Either way the store was clean, adorable, and staff was very sweet. Only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the cat section was very very small compared to the dog section which is to be expected almost anywhere but I was really looking for a few products I can only get online and because of the limited space they didn’t carry them all at this location.

I was really disappointed with the groomer.Her attitude when calling was poor and we got into a yelling match on the phone. I eventually hung up because all she wanted to be was right. I really like the store a lot and Chris helped us with our Riley’s rehab last year, and we were very blessed by him and the owner even offering such a service for dogs. Unfortunately we will not be returning because of this very bad experience with the groomer. I hope she can get mentoring of how to handle a conversation with professionalism. Thankfully we have our initial groomer we will be returning to no matter how far the distance.Thank you for being there for us with Riley she is walking again kind of like a woman in high heels.Best to you Chris. Tom thought you were super cool guy. Maybe we will see you at a UFC function sometime or maybe I will see you at a dojo!Update:I am thankful with my talk with Debb one of the owners at Pet Supply plus. We had a nice conversation, and she assured me that she would discuss this matter with her employee. I feel that all has been resolved, and I am thankful for the transparent conversation that Debb and I had. The store has a lot to offer and we will be returning for purchases needed for our animals.Dogs ❣️11 doves ❣️Fish❣️

Abigail and Zakk are amazing! I have had nerves about getting my huskies groomed. Therefore I do it myself and as a nonprofessional I always feel like I don’t get them clean or groomed well enough. Plus one of them normally has anxiety about baths and the other one is like a hyper big puppy. I expressed all my concerns before I went in and she made me feel so relieved. Some of those questions other groomers couldn’t give me answers for as well she answered them all. My other dog was bouncing off the walls when we got there and I told zakk id come back with him a separate time cause I felt embarrassed. He said it’s no problem and took him from my hands. When I got them back, their coats had never looked better. I had done one professional grooming before this and it wasn’t even comparable. My dogs came out looking gorgeous and their coats felt so soft and healthy! Way less shedding now as well cause I did the deshed shampoo. I will happily be taking my dogs back here when they need to be groomed.

Store manager pulled sales tags off the items we were attempting to purchase then said they were not on sale. Then proceeded to accuse us of stealing and went through our receipt. Absolutely horrible customer service. Would not recommend unless you want to be scolded by a grown man like you are a toddler.

PS+ Destin has a nice variety of food, treats, supplies, etc. for all types of pets, and the personnel are friendly and helpful, but this review is specifically to give extra praise to the groomers.Jamie usually takes care of my pup (almost 8 yr old Staffy Pibble mix) and always does a fantastic job with him. He loves his "spa day", I love the detailed care he gets, how great he looks, how good he smells, the quality of service overall, and of course the joy he exhibits every visit.Abi, Dawn and Tiffany are usually up front crafting their art on everything from Shih Tzus and Pomeranians to Labradors and Golden Doodles. They're all always friendly, informative, and patiently helpful answering my questions (and I ask plenty).It's obvious they truly love animals and enjoy their work, and they're great about letting you know if they see anything to keep an eye on or something which may warrant having your pet checked by a vet.In summary, they are the only groomer I take my own pup to, and the only one I recommend to family and friends, so if you're picky like me, make an appointment and see for yourself how satisfied you and your pet will both be.

We absolutely love Pet Supplies Plus. While our old girls can't use them I LOVE THE SELF WASHING STATION AND THE AQUA CENTER! It is so cool to have those opportunities here for pup pups and more. The selection of food, treats and other awesome things for your fuzzy loved ones are great. If you need ANYTHING at all, EVERYONE is super happy to help. I love the positive vibes everyone gives and they truly do just adore pets of all types!

We love PSP. We use the dog was station in the winter for our Giant Schnauzer. Great deal if you get the punch card. Staff is helpful and friendly. We also buy all of her food here.

I am so grateful for the groomers at PSP. We have taken our Great Pyrenees to several grooming appointments with Tiffany. She is friendly, patient, and kind. I also like that she's willing to talk about the challenges of grooming big fluffy dogs. Honesty is important!

Visited for the self service dog wash. I had all 3 of our young kids and our golden retriever and the staff were helpful and kind! The man at the checkout even helped our oldest child purchase a dog brush while I was mid dog wash. Super thankful and will be back!

Y'all that was an awesome recommendation! Pet Supplies Plus was amazing. They didn't even bat an eyelash when I walked in with my fluffy white husky. Chris was helpful and welcoming and genuinely seemed happy to be there and care about the customers and pets. The lady in the grooming salon came out to meet Grace too! The self washing station was a breeze and Chris insisted I leave the mess to him (I literally look like a white husky myself right now.... you can imagine the hairy mess we left in the store 🤦🏽‍♀️). We will definitely go there again!

The franchise owner at this location is a great person and very helpful. Her attitude is contagious and you can tell as her employees all seem happy while at work. To be honest, the prices are better than Pet Smart also. We will continue to visit and buy from them

This store is very well stocked with an assortment of pet supplies. The service is amazing with very helpful people who provide expert advice without being pushy. They also have a self service bathing area that we will definitely be using.

I'm so glad this store is in Destin. I've bought pet food and supplies here for months. The staff is always helpful and courteous.I utilized their grooming salon services for the first time today. My dog is from a rescue, has some prior trauma and I knew he would not be an easy groom. I stopped in to chat with the salon staff about him prior to making an appointment and they agreed to try and groom him.His appointment was today. They were patient with him and he looks great. Thank you!

I give Michael and the store a 5 star. Michael went out of his way to provide great service. I needed to return some dog food because I purchased the wrong protein. After exchanging the food (different Manager), I left and realized I did not get the $20.00 off for the coupons. I called the store and left a message and never received a call back from the manager that was working that day. I was from out of town and could not get back to have my receipt adjusted. $20.00 is a a lot of money these days. Because the store is privately owned, Pet Supplies Plus could not help me. ):
