The male cashier extremely helpful and nice. The manager not so much, I can't imagine him even being a manager rude to employees and can't even subtract $2 properly. He definitely needs a attitude adjustment and some training on how to respect his employees. As a former manager I know this is not the way you treat your employees.

This place should probably increase their wages so they can hire some people. I've been here a couple times looking for an item that the website claims is in stock, but when I actually go to the store, it isn't there. The shelves are empty and there are carts of stuff waiting to be stocked everywhere. It would be a nice convenience store if they could keep things stocked, but you're better off going to a store down the street where the shelves actually have products on them. It literally looks like they are going out of business.

Great staff and the sales are amazingThe people work way too hard for just a small team and deserve all the praise for just how good their store is to other dollar general stores are pluses nicest people I’ve ever encountered. Chad is the best example of how good employee service is to them. He is truly a blessing

Just tried going to this location and got shoo'd away before I could get out of my car. The 2 guys were standing literally at the entrance staring at their watch. 5 minutes til 9pm. But online it says open til 10 and all the others in area stay open til 10? Maybe try hiring people who actually want to work??

I am care giver for elderly lady and we were in there this morning with 2 items in buggy when she got in distress, she insisted we pay for items,and we paid and I needed to get her to car quickly and pushed buggy out of way and just started out of store. Now keep in mind I told the male cashier we needed to hurry that she was in distress well he could NOT HAVE BEEN ANY RUDER to us. He was mumbling under his breathe and when I finally ask what he was saying he said real loudly that we shouldn't leave buggy on floor, not his place to put it up while slamming it into other buggies. This huge unshaven and smelly man does not need to work with public. He needs hel A mental evaluation or something.

I shopped at this dollar general on vacation today and got a 12 pack of twisted tea that was moldy as all get out I had to wash in and sanitize it. I think I should be refunded my $20 for this

It was very busy with lines at both cashiers. Good parking. Handicap accessible. Stockers were trying to stock shelves with lots of boxes in isles. Cashier's were friendly and nice. Only bad thing is the construction.

I needed some type of rope to tie down our canopy on the beach and I found some at this Dollar General Store. The lady behind the counter was very helpful in helping me locate the rope in the store. Very friendly staff and good selection of products.

Went to purchase a few office materials that afternoon and was able to find everything I needed. The cashier was very welcoming and friendly. We exchange comments about the weather that day because it was hot. I always enjoy my shopping experience at Dollar General in Destin Florida.

The unfriendly, rude and extremely unprofessional register attended was horrible. He is the large RBF man that litterally made no apologies when he rudely announced that my method of payment was decilned a personnal ck due to my debt card being stolen. although i have not written a ck in litterally years my phone number had changed causing so error. However i inturn i had the cash to pay for my items. He turned around and refused to speak to me when i called him out on his unprofessional behavior. Not only did i comtact store manager but the corporate office. Neither of them to contact me back. Although that store by far is the best orginized and clean. It maybe due to lower sales less business due to the caliber of sales associates obviously hate his job and customers. I will never spend my money at that location ever again. The Satna Rosa crazy store has a great sales staff that commonly go to the back and retrive Clorox wipes when i have asked with an excellent attitude. The shelves are often bare due to the amount of business. But ill spend my money there every month

Experience was AWFUL! Went in there to get necessities and the man working there was so rude! He got mad at me for asking where to check out and then claimed I “snatched” the receipt from him. Truly acted like the business was unappreciated!

This is a large store that is well kept. Lots of stock and many things you'll need from the beach. This location has the nicest staff at any store I've ever been to!

Been shopping at this location for about 5 yrs now. Ran in this night to grab a pack of cigs and the manager asked me for my i.d. which is not a problem however i am 55 yrs young and have been buying cigarettes there for several yrs and not once have been asked for my i.d. by her or anyone else. I handed her my i.d. and she says its expired. Im aware of that but it clearly has my name, my picture, my d.o.b. etc on it and can clearly be used to identify me. She felt differently about it and would not sell them to me. Policy is policy and i understand that as well. We too are business owners so i do get it but kinda late in the game to justnow be getting around to doing it just because she was having a bad day. Needless to say i will not be going back in that store. Also the selection there isint up to par. They carry nothing in the way of gardening and outdoor things and they sure are not the friendlest bunch. Ive been to all the stores in the area and they are by far the least helpful and unfriendly. You have an assistant manger that yells at other female employees that work there in front of customers and vendors and nothing is changing or getting fixed and the problem continues to happen this is because of the lack of leadership helping and teaching this employee what it is to be a leader and the female employee he yelled at is an assistant manager as well and the wife of a veteran

Usually clean and not crowded, with low prices and things you'll not find elsewhere. Some items lack quality, but most are good deals and often name brands. I go there before I go to Walmart.

Website said they were open until 10pm tonight. We drove 20 min to get there and got there at 8:20pm and there was a sign on the door that said they closed at 8pm tonight. So irritating!!!!!
