We were looking for dessert while it was raining and my wife found this place doing Google searches and man did she come across a gem! I was very excited to see that there is Froyo here! The place was very clean with an abundance of flavors and toppings. Miss Crystal that manages the place is a rockstar! She was very friendly and informative about the shop and things to do while staying in Destin. As a traveler, I love being able to interact with shop owners to find out what the locals do and Miss Crystal went above and beyond! I got the tart and raspberry swirl and it was amazing. One cool thing I noticed here is that their chocolate syrup is in a warmer which is a nice twist being able to make yourself an actual hot fudge Sunday. My dad doesn't usually get excited about dessert places but he enjoyed being here allot. If you want some amazing froyo while in Destin, 850 Froyo is where you need to go. We are definitely planning another stop while we are in town!

We ate at a restaurant next door. Members from our party went to smoke by their cars. The manager or owner came out screaming at them about no smoking. The sign is very faded. She was not polite in any way, just started yelling at them. If you zoom in on the photo you can see how faded the sign is. Husband went back to apologize and upon seeing him, she locked the door, pulled out her phone and started yelling, “don’t ever come back on this property!” As a veteran, my husband was disappointed in the treatment especially because it has a “veteran owned” sign on there as well. We have no problem being told not to do something, but there is a polite and a wrong way to do something especially when your signage is not up to date.

Mother of two boys 5 and 17 years old, this is our favorite ice cream spot! Who would have ever knew frozen yogurt was so good! They also offer amazing verity fresh sweet condiments. As of now the Raspberry yogurt has me grabbing my keys to head up there now after posting this reviewHope to see ya there !

Love the shop stop in a couple times a week. Crystal is so sweet and nice polite. Ready to assist you with anything you need. Always has a smile on her face. Very clean shop. But last night I stopped by for my favorite treat and when I entered the shop. There were people being rude and disrespectful, and being loud. Crystal still with a smile on her face was calm and very professional asking them to leave. Never raised her voice or got angry. After a few minutes of the rude people having to say last opinion of Ms Crystal and the place they left. With a smile on her place she made sure everyone was OK. And continue to be her sweet friendly always smiling person. I will always come back, because of Ms Crystal.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the froyo was awesome. I loved the fact that they had so many things to choose from including some amazing dairy free options. The staff was so friendly and kind. My girls and I stopped in on Tuesday this week for some frozen yogurt and this place was amazing! Crystal was awesome! She let us try several flavors since all 3 of us were undecided as to what we wanted, and she was super great to us. We enjoyed chatting with her while we sat and ate and left extremely happy. Under new ownership. Walked in at 935pm and the sign on the door says closes at 10pm. Was immediately greeted by the owner who doesn’t say hello but says “we’re closing.” The staff was already putting away half of the toppings. I made a comment to my friend about the lack of toppings and the owner starts yelling at us with her finger waiving in the air. I am 5 months pregnant and set my cup down and we walked out while the owner followed us to door yelling at us. Most disrespectful encounter I’ve ever experienced. Save your peace and go across the street to Hershey’s Ice Cream for better treats and nicer staff. Adding a note that the lady who claimed to be the owner was Crystal

850 FROYO is a hidden gem in Destin, Florida. The atmosphere is very relaxed. The area cleanliness is up to my strict standards as I am very picky about that when I am getting food from an establishment. The cashier at my visit was very friendly and helpful. The frozen yogurt that I chose was delightful! I plan to be a repeat customer when I am in Destin… 🍧

Workers were rude, yogurt was ok at best, and I came at 9:00 and was waiting outside 30min before they opened the door because the worker was on a “bathroom break.” For reference the store closes at 10:00pm. Would not recommend coming here, waste of time for mediocre yogurt and awful service. Plus the tables and floor were dirty and unsanitary!

I was visiting my Marine brother who’s stationed in Destin. We were craving something sweet and 850Froyo was on the way to his apartment. The place looked very clean and inviting on the outside.Once we came in the place was even better. The owner named “Mike” was there. Really good guy but he had a weak hand shake. But none the less, very cordial and professional.I went for the cookies and cream froyo with cookie dough as a topping and it definitely hit the spot. Will be coming back once I visit my brother again.Thanks again Mike! Gotta work on that handshake though!

Flavor options and taste of froyo itself was great! My disappointment was the toppings. Half of them were out, the area was very dirty and the hot fudge & caramel pumps didn’t even work. The employee didn’t show any energy the entire time we were there, looked like he didn’t like his job. The checkout area was also dirty. Price was a bit on the high side, but no too bad. We went at 3:30pm on a Saturday so maybe it’s just an off time. Still should be clean though.
