If I could give 0 stars I would. Definitely not happy with service or price. Groomer told me she couldn’t clean certain parts of the dog face (her job) because it was too hard. Plus my dog still had stuff attached to his fur. I figured it was rushed and laziness. Then charged me full price ( a price I had no idea about, wasn’t discussed ). Totally different price from the last quote. No breakdown, nothing. I will never be coming back or recommending.// spoke to the “manager/owner” with no remorse didn’t care that they charged me a whole different price than what’s online. My dog never got a haircut or additional services included! I spoke to the groomer about what I wanted multiple times even before walking in and still got scammed ! This franchise (like the manager told me they are) are money hungry scammers.There was no communication about additional services because I didn’t request any.If they needed the donation they could have just asked and not lie about services.

Don't get me wrong, i love this place its very clean and well taken care of however when i was asking for help, I went up to one staff member and she put her finger in my face while she sent a voice message on her phone. That was rude. While she was very nice and helpful, that one interaction was rude especially to a customer

Linton Blvd, Pet Supplies Plus in Delray have the nicest sales people. Helpful and accommodating. They rock. I can't find supplies for my parrot anywhere else.

The review below the -------- is one from about 6 months ago when I was only ecstatic, light years happier than ecstatic! Dede the groomer is a BOSS. She is so good and patient with my dogs, and she does and AMAZING job. Very very reasonably priced for this area and A+ grooming------Incredible grooming service! PetSmart next door is HORRIBLE. The staff at Pet Supplies was incredibly friendly and helpful from the second I phoned to ask about grooming services. Kasey groomed my 2 shih tzus and did a phenomenal job. They're older dogs so they're a bit skittish but when I went to pick them up; Casey and the staff had already made them best friends! Pricing was super reasonable vs. all of the other places in town. It's hard to find someone to trust with your dogs, I was immediately comfortable and will never go anywhere else to have the dogs taken care of... PS PetSmart next door had a snotty approach, they did not want to, nor did they care about handling my dogs, and, they looked for any reason up front to give me an "issue" with why they couldn't perform. I wouldn't by a single dog biscuit from that store.

This is the BEST pet store around! It is always clean and well stocked. More importantly, the staff is amazing! They are knowledgable, always ready to help, and genuinely the nicest people!! My dog and I go in for treats and bones even when we don't need them because it is always such a positive experience!!!

I love this little pet store. Its a family atmosphere and the workers are super friendly.I use their curbside service all the time and get personalized notes. They also have great coupons if you join their neighborhood club. I spend a lot of money on premium dog food and I would much rather give it to them than Chewy.and they have cat adoption in the back!

I’m not exaggerating when I say this is the BEST pet store I’ve ever been to. All of the managers and employees are fantastic and have gone above and beyond to provide amazing customer service to me. The online ordering experience is great to have items ready at the store and this has been great to save me time shopping. The managers even checked in with a phone call when I wasn’t able to stop by at my scheduled time to make sure I still wanted to keep the order. I’m a very happy customer (along with my two dogs) and would highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus to anyone in the area that’s looking for a store with high quality food and products for their pets.

My dogs eat very specific foods and PSP always has what I need. The folks in the store are so helpful and kind. This is far from the experience at all retail stores. Everyone wants to help and accommodate. And they want you back. It’s a good store and that effort by them will keep me coming back.I called ahead to verify they had the food. They did. They showed me where it was (I carried it because I cannot allow them to). Just kind and accommodating.

When I was here I was thoroughly surprised that they sold hermit crab stuff as well. They even carry the cat food I can never find in stores. It’s pretty nice.They have some construction going on in the back but that’s because they’re adding a grooming/spa area for pets

They carry my favorite dry dog food brand "Acana" as well as the entire spectrum of food and treats for my dog. Many affordable options to high end choices. The staff, under Lisa the mgr. in the Delray location, are all very helpful, knowledgeable and carry your purchase to your trunk!The new Boynton location offers free self pet grooming with towels and shampoos!

I’d give this place ZERO stars if I could. I took my dog to the Delray Beach, FL location to use their self dog washing station. I called 1 hour before showing up to confirm if they in fact had a self service dog washing station, I was told “YES”. The girl even quoted me the price options available. I get there, after driving 40 mins in traffic, only to be told they don’t have such a service. What? I literally JUST SPOKE to someone who confirmed this?! Did it just disappear?! I decided to buy a bag of cat food so my trip wasn’t a total waste and even that was over priced!! While they were apologetic, it did not make up for all the time wasted. Very disappointing! I do not live close to any Pet Supplies Plus anymore so I always make sure to do my due diligence and check before going, your employees need to do the same! They should be well aware of the services that are being provided/offered at the location they work at!

I called ahead to see if they carried raw puppy food. When I brought my 12 week old miniature schnauzer in 30 minutes later we were treated like VIP. Lisa (aka auntie) is beyond helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I left feeling like I got the best for my little guy. Not to mention the freeze dried raw treats he got to try in store that we couldn’t leave without. Excellent selection and very clean/stocked store. In a world where anything can be purchased at a click of a button we will continue to visit pet supplies plus in person! Kudos to Lisa and the whole team!!

the employees are super nice and very helpful but some one please have that front door fix and the ac is way to warm so it smells bad. The only complaint i have on the products here, is the worms, I buy worms small, med , super for my beard dragon and every time i buy worms from this store they turn black super fast unlike the other pet stores. The worms are somehow poor quality or something. Other then that this store is a good place for me to get my cat food

The customer service at this store is excellent. This is the first time I used curbside pickup and it was so easy and quick. My order was ready in about an hour and when I got to the store the employee came out immediately to put my items in the car. A few items were out of stock and Jason (I hope I remembered his name correctly) called me to inform me of the out of stock items and revised my order to include more of the in stock items. This is a chain store but it has a neighborhood feel. They great me when I come in and the manager knows my name. She ordered cat food specifically for me and called me to remind me to pick it up. The prices at the store are good and as a member I get 10% off every purchase. I regularly get coupons via email and that makes the prices even better. You cannot go wrong shopping at this store!! I shop exclusively at this store for all my pet needs.

Great establishment, very friendly staff. The only place that sells cat food of acceptable quality locally. Mostly healthy live fish as well.
