I bring my kids here to interact with all the different types of birds and to watch how the pros take care of the baby birds. I got my second cockatiel from here and I board with them when I go out of town. Highly recommend!

BEST BIRD STORE IN FLORIDA!!Huge selection of birds for sale and bird care products. The man that helped me was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. The place is amazingly clean and the birds are well taken care of. I will go back when I am ready to purchase my next bird for sure. Also, they offer bird boarding and grooming.

No words can express the gratitude for this place. I have adopted 4 birds from them! They are really nice people! And my birds have all been free of diseases when I took them to vet.They are quick to answer messages, and very patient when I’m there checking out all the birds over and over again. 😂If anybody is looking for a forever friend…look no further!!! Seriously…it’ll be the best decision you make. Oh and the amount of TOYS and perches they have and lots of food, carriers! Cages!! All my cages are bought through them also!If you want to know what the gender of the bird you’re getting is, they can help you with that too! ❤️ There is so much I can say, but I’ll keep it relatively short.The positive energy in this place is 100% THERE.Go spend some time there, and find yourself a little best friend!

Cannot say enough about Brenda’s Birds❤️ This review is overdue as we got our African gray at Brenda’s Birds months ago. Although my husband has had birds before, I am a first time bird owner. We weren’t sure if I wanted a baby or a mature bird and Brenda spent literally hours with us. She had me interact with all different types of birds, all different ages, and all different personalities. After thoroughly going through everything with me, we got Brigette, our 10 year old African gray. She has a vocabulary and quite the personality! She is the perfect match to our family. This would not have been possible without the time and effort of Brenda and her fabulous staff! If you are thinking about adding a feathered friend to your family, or if you need supplies for your feathered friends, Brenda’s is the place to go

This is 2nd time buying birds from Brenda’s birds and I can’t gloat about how much of a gem this place is. The employees are all so knowledgeable and so nice and go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you need. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers and their birds!I’m from Michigan and would gladly travel all the way down to Florida just to get my next bird from them. No debate best selection of birds, toys, and cages out of any bird store I’ve ever been to. Thank you billy, Robert, and all the rest of the awesome staff I’ve dealt with over the years!

First time conure owner! We purchased a turquoise pineapple green cheek conure in August, roughly 4 months old. We are completely in love with this bird! Super friendly, sweet goofy funny and healthy! Highly recommend Brenda’s Birds to anyone!!!

Brendas Birds is awesome! They took such great care of my macaw blue this past long weekend. I was very worried because he normally hates everyone and they said he was well behaved and even great when they groomed him. Makes me very happy I can trust them to take care of him! Will definitely be boarding him here from now on we’re all my trips.

I absolutely love Brenda's Birds! I have purchased 3 cockatiels from them over the past 15 months. All 3 birds were super friendly and healthy. Robert is always really nice and helpful - a delight to see and work with every time I go there. The birds at the shop all seem to be happy and well taken care of. Brenda's Birds is one of the best bird supply stores in South Florida. They have all kinds of toys, healthy foods, supplies, cages, etc. The staff is knowledgeable, so if you're a new bird parent, or you want to become a new bird parent, they'll be able to help (and at the least point you in the right direction).

This place is so cool and there are SO many birds. I really like this place and have come here multiple times now just to see the birds. You can pet the and hold them if you are allowed, because sometimes they can't be picked up because they ate or other reasons. The parrots are especially friendly, because they are hand-raised.

Horrible place. Brought my canary to board and when I left they asked me to come back in because they said the bird was dying. The bird actually went into shock which happens when you transport a canary to another place. They demanded to take my bird home even though he started to come back to himself. I brought he to another bird pace and was totally fine and is singing. I don't recommend this place. They were very nasty.

The place is clean. Stuff is nice, as well as birds. They have a lot of supplies for birds, which makes me very happy, and my pets love toys from this store, although prices sometimes may not be that cheap.

My wife and I recently purchased our green cheek conure from them and we could not be happier. Our little guy is so sweet and playful. Rob, Billy, Alex, Brenda and the rest of the staff were all very knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend purchasing your new feathered friend from them.

We live in Northern California and had been looking locally for a Hahn’s Macaw for a long time without any luck. My wife did some searching online and found Brenda’s Birds. We read the reviews and began monitoring their postings until a Hahn’s Macaw was available. We were nervous about having the bird shipped cross country but the friendly staff guided us through the process. Our bird arrived safe and healthy. She’s everything we had hoped for and more. It’s obvious the staff at Brenda’s Birds spend time socializing and hand taming their birds. We are very happy customers and would definitely buy again from this store.

If you need or want birds this is the place to go. Billy and his team are awesome, very attentive and professional. I traveled from Indiana to this store so I could choose and pick the birds I liked. They were so helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I got what I needed. I bought about 25 birds and this is been a few months back, I still have all my baby birds which means they sell healthy birds.Whenever I need more birds I will not hesitate to drive to this store.A job well done to Brendas Birds store in FL.

It is currently 5:30, says they are open until 6. I called ahead to have help with my bird and said we were on our way. A gentleman outside said the guy working had just left. Very very poor service. I hope this isn’t a representation of the business.

Brendas Bird s You Did It! Our boy is here! I came to this website and ordered a male cockatiel at very fair price. He was flown across the state and arrived to us within a few short hours as an excited and healthy bird. The bird was obviously well cared for as he was shipped with plenty of bird seed, oranges, and millet. As soon as we removed him from his crate we inspected him for any sign of abuse which he had showed none what so ever, this is a relief when ordereing an animal from an unfamiliar pet store. Yet in fact he's very sociable, curious, and shows no sign of aggression. He sits in his cage very content singing his bird songs all day. A very vibrant beautiful boy. Thank you so much for our new baby Brendas Birds. Your trustworthiness and your reliability is very appreciated. Willing to go that extra mile. With some unbeatable customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful. This is one place I would recommend doing service with to anyone.

Wow what an Experience!!! We have been to several places to purchase a bird. We had our recent bird pass away and it was part of our family and getting another bird was a very difficult move for us. Brenda's Birds was the best place we have been to! Everyone there was so patient with us and answered all our questions. Robert, Billy and Kira were amazing!!! I brought my kids there as well because this was a family decision to find the right bird and the staff was amazing with our kids! Thank you to everyone that helped us at Brenda's Birds! We're huge fans of this bird store! My family and I have been regulars for over a decade. We bought a pair of Cockatiels here in 2012, and they're still part of our family. The staff is friendly and really knows their stuff. The birds are healthy, well-cared-for, and very friendly. Plus, they have a wide range of cages, bird feed, toys, and supplies to choose from.

Breeding MillMany of the birds are crammed with birds who are in over-crowded cages. It is sad....This is not a humane way to care for birds. Pls read several reviews expressing the same concerns. I do hope they start to take more concern, like they claim to.

Very unhappy, my daughter bought a canary for my 76 birthday. On a Saturday and it was dead by the following Saturday! I have had birds all my long life. Their policy ,take it to a vet within 48 hours to be able to return.find a vet on the weekend? My daughter is saving for her wedding and wasted over $200.00 on a sick bird! Don't buy there unless you have a vet lined up.and add that charge to the price of the bird.

I found Brenda’s birds online and they had amazing reviews even from some who had their birds shipped. I live in Texas so they texted me photos of what was available and shipped the birds when they were ready. Both birds arrived happy and healthy.

If you are seeking an exotic bird this is the place to shop. Brenda & Billy are both committed to raising, training, and placing these majestic birds with welcoming families. From a customer service perspective, Brenda's Birds exceeded our expectations and went out of the way to make our Blue & Gold Macaw purchase, preparation, and placement a success. Billy was super informative and collaborative during the entire process. We did our due diligence before we selected our goto bird shop. Finally, if you are looking for an exotic bird on the internet you will more than likely run into several scams along the way. Save yourself the trouble, just call Brenda's Birds on day one!
