I have been taking my dog, Charlie, to be groomed at Woof Gang for over 2 years. I find the staff to be accommodating, friendly, and reasonable in pricing. Erin has been Charlie's groomer since we started and she is wonderful! She is very responsive to any specific requests and most importantly very kind, skilled, and attuned to my 15 1/2 years old baby's particular issues and needs. I highly recommend Erin and Woof Gang's grooming service.

I want to start by saying, what an amazing staff! Staff is super friendly and very welcoming. I had the opportunity to meet the owner and She is definitely a people's person. Super friendly, very respectful and knowledgeable about the business. During my visit I noticed how passionate are all the groomers and you can tell how much they love what they do. Thank Adriana for taking care of my baby. You are amazing! She looks gorgeous! 🙌🏾🙏🏾

First time coming here (used to go to the Lake Mary location). I felt very comfortable after meeting the friendly faces at the shop. My dog Apollo was groomed by Adrianna (she’s so awesome, she has great energy!) and she did exactly what I asked! I will definitely be going back!

They’re wonderful people working there very kind and thoughtful to the animals . Kaylee is Reese Cup groomer and she is great . Very concerned about him and treats him very kindly.

Our groomer, Adriana, is the best!. She has refined skills and you can see it in the perfectioned cuts and styling that our Milo gets. Not a hair out of place. Adriana is good with our Milo and our Milo adores her. We won't go anywhere else.

Always a great experience, I take my two babies monthly for their groom and they always come out looking fabulous, the staff is always helpful and friendly, and the best part of the bakery where they have so many treats even for birthdays! would definitely recommend

If you are looking for a dog groomer, Woof Gang and Adrianna are wonderful. They do a great job on our poodle mix and they provide excellent customer service. If you have any requests or “fixes “ after your groom, they will accommodate. What more can you ask for!

I absolutely LOVE the new renovation! And not to mention the variety of treats and dog food to choose from! Also the groomers, front desk and new owner Cynthia are sooo nice! They make you feel welcome right when you walk in!

Magie did such a great job with Gunner ❤️ Everyone there was just amazing with him as well! Love the atmosphere and love how much care they gave my Gunner! Highly recommend!!!!

I heard about the new owners who have taken over the Woofgang in Deland, so we had to check it out. Definitely didn’t disappoint. My puppy, Mochi, and I were welcomed with love the moment we stepped in. He even had an impromptu play date w the store’s Mascot Frenchie, all while their knowledgeable and caring staff helped me pick the most appropriate food for him. Mochi and I had fun shopping. 🤩

My experiences have all been very good. Brandi does such a great job with my mini-schnauzer!Brandi is no longer there. Maggie is our groomer now, and she is just great! She really does such a good job.

I explained to the groomer Maggie that i only wanted a trim and that i wanted everything the way it is just shorter on my cocker spaniel. When I came back to pick him up she had completely shaved his body, legs and paws. And when i told the girl in the front she talked to her boss and the best they did for me is give me $10 off and give a free upgrade for next time I come. I will never come back here again I never should’ve paid the $65 for it. I’ll go to Petco next time.

I been going here for years never had problem with either dog yesterday I went after 4 hours it usually takes 2-3 I call and ask if everything is okay lady at front said my dog is aggressive.. I told her " teddy is never aggressive he's been there before without problems most be in pain stop what your doing if you can't and only do Shelby " then I ask what he was doing and don't do it unless you can complete job she refuses to talk to groomer and owner wasn't there I was told .. she promised me 15 mins and teddy would be done hour and 15 mins later I call back still not done and she can't tell me what's going on .. I told her I'm ber concerned for my dog she got rude ... finally I show up to find out my dog wasn't finished because they couldn't get ear hair the whole reason why I brought my dog and they took 6 hours for 20 pound dog and charged full price plus tip because I dont know if the groomers know how I felt only front desk lady .. im very interested on how the owner handles this situation.. I can tell you on these reviews I just looked at Everytime person has problem they blame customer instead of customer is always right .After couple hours passed since I reviewed owner called very respectful and informed me that the messages that were excuses were from past owner ; I was mistaken, and the problem at hand was just a new employee not doing her job correctly . I was promised by owner ( I believe her ) that she will review the situation and talk to front desk lady and she was very apologetic and wanted to correct the problem .. I was happy that the groomer didn't try to do something on my dog that could hurt it self and believe if she was told not to even try she would have stopped right when she saw Teddy getting very upset but she wasn't able to talk or get info due to lack of knowledge from the miscommunication from front desk ... I would bring my dogs back because I feel the rest of the staff handled the situation correctly thank you for reaching out after review to better the experience of your future customers

My pup Ali loves going to woofgang! He gets so excited every time i mention we are going to get a bath, Kaylee always does an amazing job and all the groomers and workers and the owner are always so nice and welcoming!We also get all of our food and treats from woofgang, i love all of the healthy and natural options!

Very pleased with the service. Staff was very helpful and polite. They were patient with all of our questions, the front desk was knowledgeable about their products. They exceeded all expectations. Our groomer was Erin and she was amazing with our dog. Highly recommend this place.

We absolutely love this place. We’ve had all three of dogs groomed there and they came out great. We now buy their health dog food there. Cynthia (owner) and Kinley were great and I apologize to three groomers for not knowing their names, but did an excellent job with our three fury kids

Shout out to Kinley..she was incredibly polite and professional on the phone when we called for an appointment.As well as the way Kinley greeted us when we arrived. You could feel her smiling. A true asset to your business. As well as the attendants in the back. Stella says thanks for doing her nails. She is ready for Easter. We have been coming here for years and will continue.

Debating on whether or not, I should go back…. The staff was very friendly and nice. I had no problems there. My dogs seem to be groomed very nicely, both of them actually. However, when I picked up my large standard poodle they told me that he started shaking his head.. it only got worse from there, over the next day or so. Shaking his head crying in pain, took him to the vet and ended up with $400 worth of vet bills 😢 so I’m not sure how they’re cleaning the ears or what’s going on….Has anyone else had this experience? I haven’t had this happen with any other grooming places..

We have a finicky and nervous kind of pup. He is a sweetheart 💕 but he gets really anxious with new people. Brandy did an amazing job and was very tentative to our concerns. Pics speak louder than words! Not only did she do a great job, but treated my pup with care. Absolutely would recommend.

New management and new look!! It’s like a French bakery but for dogs. Yum 😋Their grooming service is amazing too ☺️Cynthia, the new owner, definitely has her “wits” together and has made a huge difference in the management, fulfillment and organization of this store. My dog doesn’t like to have his paws handled very much but with Adriana, the dog whisperer (I call her that 😅) he’s in and out in no time. He absolutely loves her. This place is worth every penny. It’s clean, safe and trustworthy. ❤️
