Our dog went in there happy and not bleeding. He came out with the worst haircut and was bleeding. Never again, this place has gone down hill badly. They have a female gm and she doesn't care about customers, all she does is stick up for her employees. You bring your dog to the back of the store and they see you standing there, they just keep talking to each other and make you wait and wait. When they finally do come out they have no manners or social skills, moving like snails and answering their cell phones before helping customers. Never again.

Nice dog washing station plenty of parking outside as it is part of a strip mall set up. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The store is laid out nicely and is always in order and clean.. Prices like all other pet supply chains are a little high, however the overall shopping experience is nice.. I was a little disappointed that they do not have a full spectrum dewormer for cats or dogs available..

There was an ad up for buy 1 get 1 free so I picked up the food And a ton of other things. I get home realized the charged me 36$ for the food and it is definitely not the food I would of went with it was just on sale but the manager refused to honor the discount price even though it was up and put in the wrong place. I will be contacting the bbb tonight.

Brought my large gussied shepard in for bath and grooming came home couldn't put weight on his back left leg for a few weeks. Don't know what happened nothing broken but wondered what went on without me there. Didn't go back

My pups are mix breeds different hair types different sizes and there was no choice for them to get better price for groomingalso I asked for simple bathing nail trim and saw online 1 price and was charged almost 3 times thatI just came back to edit as I believe my dog possibly got bacterial ear infections after the visit as they did an ear wash after I had stated not to they infact did many things I asked notI asked to clip not grind the dog nails they told me they used the grinder I asked them to not blow dry as my senior dogs had never that service and both dogs don't like the sound of a vacuum so I knew it would be traumatic.the day we had the appointment it was warm.

Frustrated. I bought my girlfriend a couple fish from this place & within 48 hours the fish had little white dots all over them. Come to find out they have parasites. We have been trying our best to fix the issue but this should NOT be the case when bringing home fish. It has ended up costing us a lot more money to fix the issue when there shouldn’t have been this issue in the first place. I don’t know if this place just isn’t cleaning out the water ? I’m not sure but DONT BUY FISH HERE. & please make sure wherever you do get fish actually inspect them and ask the pet store LOTS of questions on how they care for their fish before bringing ANY of them home. It has been quite a frustrating situation I personally never wish I bought those fish from here in the first place. It makes me sad because I love petsmart. But I felt as if I could leave a review and save someone else from having to go through this, I definitely will

I had a very bad experience with one of the managers there. I purchased a Fish Tank and some fish. She thought I was putting the fish in the new tank. I told her I wasn't and she's still proceeded to tell me. I cannot put these fish in that tank and if I don't like their policy. I can go elsewhere and take my business somewhere else. And it's very upsetting because we've been going there ever since they opened.

I love everyone in this store the ladies are so nice and welcome I adore to go to the salon since I'm getting inside they called my dog by her name. The salon is amazing and I know that my baby is not easy to take care but they do a really good job. Thanks for your love.

Came here not expecting the employees to know much about animals or the product (because they are only a cashier!!) but they were actually very helpful and recommended me a couple of things that my dogs and cat now love!! Very friendly environment!! Love this store!

I hate to give the store too bad of a rating because it really wasn't the store's fault it was one employee. I had placed an online order and I didn't want to have to drive 45 minutes back to pick it up so I asked if my order was ready and he said how long has it been I said 30 minutes he said well there's no way it is ready yet didn't even say well let me go check for you or anything. And he just left it at that and then another young lady immediately came up and asked me my name and my order number and checked it and it actually had come through. The cashier that did not want to help was named Jeff. unfortunately I did not see the name of the young lady But employees is what makes the business so if you have a bad cashier they are reflecting upon your business

Nice pet store people are always friendly staff as courteous and stores maintained as wash areas for your dogs.. Prices are a little high however especially on dog food and treats....

My dog is very timid and nervous when he visits anywhere whether it’s the vets or grooming. Jenny established a wonderful relationship with night and he was very comfortable with her. With a bath, nails and teeth done this was the first time that one person was able to get his nails done by herself. We are very happy with how Jenny treats him and look forward to continuing to use her exclusively for all his grooming needs.

Manager is very unprofessional. I observed a employee going to break outside. The manager told him I wish you would just quit smoking. He did it in front of customers at the register. What a employee does on their break shouldn't concern him. I found his conduct unprofessional and totally unnecessary

We always use this pet smart for our reptiles feeding needs , we went to get some ghost shrimp for our axolotls and they were out of a lot of the feeder fish and shrimp which was disappointing but we still love this location.

Got our two Great Pyrenees groomed. We know they are large so it will take some time. They said it would be about 3 hours due to their size. 6 and 1/2 hours later our dogs were done.They did a good job. The dogs smell great and look good but 6 1/2 hours is unacceptable when we were told 3 hours. We live an hour away so we could simple go home and come back when they called with no idea how much longer it was going to take. Everyone else’s dogs came and went on time accept ours. Dropped off at 12:30 and were the last dogs to leave at 7pm.
