I want to show my appreciation for Alexia the store manager at the north deland florida location .I just bought a dog and she has helped us three times in one month with quality products and professional advice each time. I'm a senior and she walked me to the places in the store not just pointing the direction. If you need pet product pet supermarket is the place and Alexia is the person to see!

I've been a customer here for about a year and a half, and it's always a good experience. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. Just want to give a shout out to the employee named Lizzie who really went out of her way yesterday to help me out! I just want to make sure that her boss knows that she's a really great employee and the perfect example of what customer service should be!

usually I can find everything I want with the occasional don’t have it. Their prices are usually competitive and the help offered by the employees is usually very good. This one is very convenient to my location and the store is always clean and there’s plenty of parking.

Walk in, if not familiar with the place, just ask and ye shall receive! Everyone is sooo friendly and helpful. Big smiles and they will escort you to your destination. Love this place. They carry everything! For 🐕 dogs, 🐈 cats, 🕊️ birds, fish, even the crawling pets with scales.

Store is always clean and staff is always friendly, but it is very hard to properly time the truck incoming to get the items you need. Showing up more than two days past their restock day, and they will be out, show up too early on the restock day, and of course it’s not stocked yet. It has just become such a hassle that ordering online is the only way I can reasonably shop anymore. I just wish that they could stock more for such a busy store and did not run out by Saturday. Not a staff or store issue, entirely an issue of not enough product ordered for amount of business done

By far the worst customer service I have received from any cooperate company. Staff inside store are amazing people, customer service on the other hand is the biggest pile of trash that any company could have. Sold me non fish safe stuff for my pond and killed my stock in my pond after I asked for fish safe. Then asked them for a reimbursement of my fish and my money for the product they sold me. Gave me a run around for 4 long weeks and then when I call for a check up they say they won’t do anything. Gladly be contacting a lawyer and taking legal action.

Great staff. Our go to place for dog food. We're thinking about getting a fish tank too. As far as I can tell they have a good assortment of reptile supplies too

Deb was one of the rudest people and should not be customer facing. I arrived and stood patiently while she was releasing fish from their shipment. I was not acknowledged whatsoever. Employee left to do something (and grabbed a snack on the way) I waited until she was able to talk, her back still towards me and asked if she could help me whenever she had a moment. She was rude and I clearly inconvenienced her. I tried to ask for recommendations and carry a conversation but she was so combative it wasn’t going anywhere. No MOD at the time. On a side note, Alondra who rang me out was very pleasant.

Friendly and helpful staff. Went over adoption rules and regulations with us. I like how this place has pets for adoption that have been rescued from unsuitable homes. Our lil rescue was definitely saved from her prior home by them. We are grateful for her and look forward to showing her what a caring home truly is 🐱 Thanks again for all your help.

I stopped in yesterday to pick up a small bag of puppy food for my foster dog who is losing weight. Puppy food was recommended by our vet to try to help put weight back on her. I didn't ask for help - I knew what I wanted. But I was stopped by an associate who asked what I was there for. I told her puppy food. She said "Oh, you want Orijen". I was standing by Nutro and deciding between that and Purina Pro Plan which is what our vet recommended. I can appreciate someone trying to educate someone but she literally talked down to me because I wanted to buy something that was a little lower in cost. The rescue is paying for it and I don't like to spend donors money needlessly. Instead of appreciating this, she talked down to me and made me feel like I was giving my foster dog a low grade dog food. I can honestly say that I have no desire to ever return to this store. And I wonder what the Purina rep would say if she knew that associates were bad mouthing their food.
