Giving my dog a bath today and sliced my finger on the tile in the dog bath and the 2 employees working (should have got there names but they were working on 4/24/24 around 2ish pm) younger kids/adults and they were both awesome, my son let the one at the counter know and he yelled to the other employee in the back of the store to bring bandaids quick, and not only did she bring the whole first aid kid but helped put the bandaid on (trying to contain a husky and putting on a bandaid isn’t easy! lol). I was very impressed how they handled it and very helpful!!Oh and almost forgot, didn’t just get 2 free bandaids but also a free rubber glove!!!! 😳

Awesome experience! The staff was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We were looking for bunnies and the young lady that helped us had all the answers, directed us to the best options for supplies and anything she didn't know she asked her manager who was also extremely helpful. We decided on our bunnies and they were even kind enough to trim their nails for us before we left. Even helped us get everything to our cat and said if we had any questions or anything to feel free to call. The store has a wide variety of pet supplies, is super clean and the staff loves their job , it shows !! Definitely gained a customer for life. This is how its done. Thank you again for all the help !!

Nice store and friendly staff. I stopped here after visiting aldi. They have many supplies for my guinea pigs and the prices are fair. I highly recommend this pet store-you won't be disappointed ❤️

The staff there is super nice and helpful. I was there 3 times over the weekend and everytime I went the staff was informative, helpful, and knowledgeable. It makes shopping there so enjoyable and even though I was stressed with a sick pet at home they provided me with kind words and a thoughtful ear. I will shop here for all my pets needs in the future and encourage anyone that has pets to do the same. Prices are very good also and they have a great reward system. Marmalade says thank you!!

Went to bathe the dogs in their tub area. This is the second time I have used it. The first time I went, my pup was offered a treat after her bath. This time, they were not. Not that it is a huge deal, which is why I gave 5 stars. But the first time they said it comes with the package. Very polite staff and clean store.

Today I went into this location on the way back from a doctors appointment and I have to go out of my way to leave a 5 star review. I’ve been having such an awful time getting rid of fleas in my home and on my dogs and received some of the best customer service I’ve ever gotten. Not only did the staff offer warm welcomes, and helpful suggestions but they took the time and patience with me to go through all options with my pesky pest situation. I live in Sanford and I will DEFINITELY be going out of my way to visit this location from now on. You can really tell that these people care.

Stopped at this location yesterday for advice on what to do for fleas while I wait for flea meds to arrive in the mail. The girl at the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable! She recommended a product that would work fast and easy to dose! My fur babies and I are very happy with the results!!! YAY!!!!!! I definitely will be choosing this location as my go to store for all my pet needs!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The assistant manager, Wyatt, was incredibly unpleasant and disagreeable to speak with, both over the phone and in person. Not even to mention the girl working with him, she was just as negligent and when I pointed out ick(ich) in about 5 of their tanks, she said the water is fine and said that none of their fish are sick... Even though every tank has dead ones drifting through the bottom. Love that for them

"... but it's cheaper on Chewy."As someone who used to order on Chewy, I can tell you that price isn't the only factor I consider when caring for my pets. This location has a wide selection of good foods that are always stocked, a friendly & knowledgeable staff that make me feel cared for, and a spotless store (that's right next to a Starbucks!) Casey-Ann even wrapped my mew coasters for me! I'm never ordering online again.

I was pleasantly surprised when I went in there it was more or less than seeing the store was interested in any kind of new pet supply and a lovely town. It was very clean very open it has a spot where you can take your dogs in and watch them which I thought was just amazing I thought that was self service but you basically bring your dog anyway which is awesome! Ask for it was a little bit short on the exotic pet supplies but nonetheless they had all the basics. The customer service was some of the best I've seen in a long time, the staff was very knowledgeable and willing to help guide you and even offered recommendations.0

I've only been there once. The store has a good selection of dog related items. While I did see they had cat, bird, and other pet supplies I really didn't look at them. I was looking for dog shampoo, toys and treats and found everything I needed. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not crowded at all as I checked out quickly. I will go there again. Very clean store. They also have self service dog washing stations for dogs extra large to extra small.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I think their names were Julia and Ken, who were most accommodating when I took my dog Bailey in for a bath, which I did myself. They were so friendly and set me right up to do her bath. It was her first bath there and the bath area was clean, laid out well, and everything was furnished...Then after that, Bailey went shopping.🐕😆 😁🍖🍗

So convenient for a specific dog food vet suggested. When not available, called me next day when truck had arrived and when i came in to get it, offered to carry to my car for me because of my handicap. Very nice, professional and organized! They know their stuff!

I go to this establishment every other week to bathe my dog. The staff is always friendly the story stocked well and organised as well as clean. There is a rather wide variety of different foods for your canine or feline however I find the prices to be way out of line. The dog wash area can fit 3 dogs at 1 time And is gated. They supply the towels the shampoo and a blow dryer if you so desire. The cost is $10. However yesterday when I was there I was told they no longer supply conditioner. Overall it's a pretty good store That is conveniently located with plenty of parking And is handicap accessible.

The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, but alas the item I wanted was not available. I went in to buy a back seat hammock for my car and my dog. I wanted the type that hangs on the head rests of the front and back seat. They did not have one, and the gentleman I asked about them had a difficult time understanding what I was looking for. The competition had them, of course so I got what I needed there.On the other had, they had a s self serve dog wash that looked over the top awesome! I can think of a nasty dog that is going back there and life and smell will be better!

I like this small neighborhood store. Nice selection of dog products, fish, etc.But what made me furious was the way they treated their reptiles and birds. First the birds had a extremely SMALL cage. I was thinking of purchasing a hermit crab but I looked and The hermit crabs had NO WATER, nothing to climb on, and no hide away. I don’t expect too much from pet stores but this was atrocious. The worst part was We told the cashier about it and she said nothing and didn’t care one bit. She looked at us like we were crazy. The other lady said “there should be water in the sponge. Let me tell you, the water bowls INCLUDING THE SPONGE were bone DRY and filled with shavings from the substrate. The water wasn’t changed for at least a couple of days. Just goes to show how little the employees care for the animals.
