My daughter and I had the best time today at the Deland Cat Cafe. It's so nice to see the cats have a relaxing environment where their personalities can shine through. There is plenty of seating for cat cuddles and petting. It's a wonderful place whether you are looking for a family member or wanting to support a local business and a very worthy cause. Don't forget to visit the kitten room for some rambunctious shenanigans that will have you laughing. If you visit there is no way you won't leave with a smile on your face.

Wonderful place to visit if you are looking to adopt or just love spending time with cats ! :) It's so cool to get to know all the cats personalities. The kitten room is definitely a bonus and should be essential to your visit :p Definitely recommend for any cat lover if you haven't yet visited! There is also a Trilogy Cafe next door with coffee and food that is always good.

I have been to this facility multiple times. I’m so appreciative of what the owners are doing to get cats & kittens adopted in our community. It’s very disappointing to see some people give bad reviews in regards to the smell. The facility has MULTIPLE cats. They clean everyday, but please understand there are MULTIPLE cats which means MULTIPLE litter boxes. Cats are using the bathrooms all day and I have witnessed the litter boxes being cleaned mid day. If you are looking for the place to smell like roses, you’re confused. All the times I have been there the facility is clean and all furbabies well cared for. The price is more than fair considering all the work the goes into caring for these precious kitties. I can’t wait to go back!

Debbie was incredible and helped us with all of our questions even though it was quite busy. We found our perfect Sweetie here and we love her so much! We were given so many resources for vet recommendations and were even given a list of specific things she liked and didn't like which has helped us so much! We are so grateful for this business and people like Debbie who work so hard to help give cats a great home and a second chance. The building was so cozy and cute, I loved getting to love on so many sweet cats, I would definitely love to come back and hang out with all of the cats again! It's so worth the price and drive♥️

Very cute place. They treat their cats well and partner with Halifax Humane Society and several others. Staff are very nice and the people over at PAWS @ERAU love coming here every semester! Well worth the visit 10/10.

I absolutely love cats and this was probably the best time of my life! All the cats were so sweet and well kept, I wish I could’ve taken them all! I have cats and it is hard to keep everything smelling nice and fresh but the entire place was amazing and so clean! I will definitely be coming back to love on the cats again!

This is a stray cat adoption center. You can just visit with the cats and kittens for $7/person for 1 hour. They do not sell cat supplies. There is a restroom.We visited for our sons birthday experience (12 yo). As he loves kittens and cats! He loved his experience. Our daughter also came (9 yo) and she wants to work in a similar place when she grows up.The owner (?) was very nice and accommodating. We visited on Saturday morning around opening time. We were one of 4 parties.

I love this cat cafe and have been several times so far. It’s so nice to go get a coffee next door and then spend the next hour just playing with a bunch of sweet cats. My husband and I unexpectedly ended up falling in love with a lovely little orange cat last time we visited and ended up adopting her. I love that we were able to get to know her personality and play with her before making such a big decision. Now PB is a perfect addition to our family! She is social, gets along with our other two cats and dog, and is probably the bravest out of the bunch. If I ever want to adopt another in the far far future, it’ll be from here again. :)

Visited the DeLand Cat Cafe recently with my college’s cat club and it was an absolute delight! 🐾 The cozy atmosphere and adorable feline residents made it a purr-fect escape. The best part? The opportunity to connect with these charming cats and learn their unique personalities. Such a fantastic initiative! If you’re looking to adopt this is the best environment to find your forever friend!Additionally, the staff at the Cat Cafe were not only welcoming, but also incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. Their dedication added an extra layer of warmth to our visit. Highly Recommend! 😺💕

I always have such a great time at the Cat Cafe here in DeLand! the cats are such sweet babies and the place is so well kept, full of toys and color and treats and multiple spots for water and food. the bonus is next door getting coffee and lunch! these are some well loved cats💞

I spent a little over two months looking forThe perfect addition to my little household. Deland cat cafe was always so welcoming and honestly a lot cleaner than most places I went searching (does not smell like a typical cat shelter). There is a cute restaurant attached as well. I was lucky enough to get to add Ormond to my home and my corgi and him quickly became the best of friends. He is very mischievous and curious but pairs so well with my corgi. They play together and get the zoomiez together. They keep me on my toes. If you are looking to add a cat to your home, definitely go check out this cat cafe.

The Cat Cafe is amazing!! The facility is clean and so are the cats. The cats are sweet and happy and seem healthy! The cats are all ready for adoption from different local rescues. They even have a kitten room!!The owner is very knowledgeable and very nice. This ia a great place to hang out even if you dont adopt.

This place was amazing!!! The kittens were so playful and the other cats were chilling. The cats aren't bad or threatening, although might bite while you are feeding them. The owner was also VERY nice and this place deserves more!! We might come back because this place is very fun + takes out all your boredom.

This is my absolute favorite business in Deland. Where else can you go to pet and spend time with cats and kittens? The cafe itself is great, with really delicious breakfast food and coffee. I love cats more than people, and I’m so glad that a place like this exists for people to spend time with cats, and to provide a place where people can interact with and adopt them. The owner does an amazing job of running the place, and the fact that she takes care of all the cats by herself is incredible. I’m already telling all of my friends and coworkers to check this place out, and I hope to be able to do so for even more years to come. Happy one year!

I adopted my kitten from here after hanging out in the kitten room over the summer. It was a fun and pleasant experience, and adopting from them was extremely easy and transparent. The food was also really unique and delicious! My baby is almost full grown now :,)

The Deland Cat Cafe is such an amazing place. Parking is a bit limited when it’s busy. Walk ins are available, but it’s always good to make an appointment so that you don’t have a long wait to meet all the kitties! There’s a separate room for the kittens and you need to wait your turn before visiting them. There’s plenty of seating and toys to play with the cats. This is the best place to experience a cat before adopting! We got our first kitten from the Halifax Humane Society and our second cat here! The cafe is in a complete separate building so there’s no worry about the animals. I would eat and grab a coffee first then head over to the kitties! Bring your own carrier! Pick up/Take home days are Tuesdays and Thursdays !

A visit to the DeLand Cat Cafe is just what you need if you want to bring an hour of peace and tranquility to your life. The cats and kittens are so friendly and they are able to let their true personalities shine through because they are allowed to roam freely. There is comfortable seating and no shortage of cats/kittens who would like to share it with you. You might even find the next love of your life! You can order food to eat in the restaurant next door before or after you visit the cats. I have my own cats at home but I still cannot wait to visit again!

We had a wonderful time at the Deland Cat Cafe! The space itself was very cute and comfortable! The kitties were very interactive and enjoyed playing with us and getting all the pets! As a cat foster I loved that she partners with the community to provide at risk cats time to socialize and adoption opportunities! Also, as a fan of Trilogy coffee I love that you can grab a delicious drink and bring it in with you while you snuggle kitties!

I loved this place! The vibe is awesome, and getting to see and pet all the cats was amazing since I'm not allowed to have my own. I'm also looking forward to when they open the cafe part of the building, I'm sure the coffee will be great. I will definitely be coming back!Update:Just went there again today and fell in love and had my heart broken. There's a cat there named Faith and she's the sweetest cat I've ever met. I cried at the fact that I couldn't take her home with me today.Also, the Cafe part was open this time! I got the BLT, which was very good, as well as a cappuccino, which was also awesome. I definitely would like to eat there again.

I've been waiting to visit since they opened and finally got to come visit all the current cats and kittens. I love how you can eat breakfast or lunch nextdoor and then visit the cats and hang out with them. There's places to sit and lots of places for the cats to nap and climb. We have many cats and i foster as well, so having this here in town is really amazing and very well needed. Every city should have one! The cats have space and freedom as well. The owner was really nice too! Buy a t-shirt and help support the cause!

The Deland Cat Cafe is the best way to find a gently pampered cat who needs a new family. I visited them recently and gave Debbie the specific needs I was looking for in a new feline pet. She called me the next day with a cat that had just been added to her cat cafe that lined up perfectly with my request. We are now the lucky home with our new purring family member. I Love visiting the cat café. I have been several times and each time I go I get lots of love from the cats and kittens. It’s a great place to adopt a cat. You get to spend time with them to see if you are a match with them and that’s nice. Deb the owner is professional and caring and takes very good care of these cats and kittens. If you ever have questions or concerns she will answer them right away. She is amazing.

What a PAWSOME cat cafe!!! Drove over from Umatilla to spend some time with the cats & kittens. A lovely space indeed! Got a chance to chat with the owner, Debbie, who is doing really important work here for the friendly community/dumped cats of Volusia County 😺😺😺Highly recommended way to support her work & spend a relaxing hour or two of your time!

The DeLand Cat Cafe was an absolutely amazing experience! They have a variety of cats that are in need of new homes. The owner was very sweet and gave lots of info regarding the care given at the cafe and where the cats came from. The Cafe has pictures of the cats that are available on the wall when you walk in. The cats were very sweet and playful, even if you aren’t looking for one to adopt I’d encourage you to give this place a visit! I will be back!!

We have been eagerly waiting for the cat cafe to open, and it was worth the wait! It is set up so nice for not only the humans, but even nicer for the cats! The cats we met today were all friendly and most were playful and social! I got a ton of cuddles and a ton of laughs, it was basically a therapy session! I really love that you can bring the whole family and spend time with the cats openly to see exactly which one chooses you or your family! Check this place out!!!

This place was so amazing, all of the cats were so playful, and Leo was the sweetest boy ever. The kitten room was my favorite, they were falling asleep on my boyfriend, and the rest were very playful and adorable. It was difficult not to adopt one, but I'm definitely adopting next time.

We initially stopped in and had breakfast at trilogy kitchen( which was amazing!) then we saw the cat cafe and my son was pleading to go in. We weren’t sure what to expect, you pay per person (adult and children prices) but as soon as we came in we had an amazing experience, staff was friendly welcomed us in, we played with the kittens and the adult cats then as soon as we sat we each had cats coming to us, my son had winter come and snuggle with him, and then cuddle and passed out on his lap. What a heartwarming peaceful experience. These cats are precious and just what we needed. Thankful we came in, can’t wait to come back!
