Super friendly staff and helpful. I wanted something that I did see on the shelf and the employee was very quick to ask what I needed and then went to the back and got it. The self check out lady was so pleasant that I thought this must be a dream as no one is this helpful.

Mistakenly grabbed a tea with sweetener in it and asked a store manager to return the refrigerated item to the shelf while I wS in line. The manager, Tyler, was super Friendly and actually ran back to the shelf and grabbed the correct item for me. It was very nice to receive this type of service!. He left me and went directly to help some other folks too. Great job sir!

People are nice, though that may be a FL thing compared to the rude New Yorkers where I'm from. Neat, clean, organized. Checkout is always fast. Returns are quick and hassle free. And nice assortment for this area: plenty of stuff for sports, for outdoor activity, for the beach. Even has the gas station outside. Thumbs up!

Everything was pretty good. Most of the store was clean. The bathrooms needed attention but it's a big store. My husband and I got some deli food but when we went to the self checkout line Angel fondled our food without gloves and after scratching her head and face! That is disgusting!

The persons ( it was a guy ave a girl) at self checkout were very helpful when I messed up the scale. I dropped the pen from the pen pad into it.. oopsz then I couldn’t get my gift cards to scan and the gentleman took the time to bring me to his register and figure it out.

Ashley and Reid are amazing Pharmacists who always go above and beyond to ensure that I and my husband always have our medicines even if they have to make phone calls or whatever they need to in order to get our meds. The pharmacy staff is absolutely exemplary and pleasant to interact with. Dallas, Keyanba, Terry, Violet, and Sharron are amazing and there are no words to describe any of these ladies. Great Job!!

Inside the store was very organized with little to no mess. It wasn’t super busy so it was a very fast in and out sort of day! The parking lot is a disaster. Potholes and garbage thrown about. There was even a banana peel right in the middle of the parking lot. I really recommend someone go outside and clean it up!

Shoutout to the worker, Debbie, (I’m so sorry if the name is wrong!) who found my wallet in the parking lot! I came in this afternoon and asked at the service desk if anyone had found it and she had. Honestly she’s a lifesaver and the sweetest lady. Just wanted to shout her out because shes amazing!

Tire center is terrible! I waited an hour and a half past my appointment time and my vehicle hadn't even been started yet. I got my tires and went to NTB (highly recommend). Never again walmart. 😒

They start WAY too early with their every 5 minute warning about closing time, interrupting ones train of thought, looking at lists, apps etc with absolutely NO employeas available to help find items or reach items, especially after completely resetting EVERYTHING within 1 week, have to ask other customers to reach items for me, even if I wasn't disabled, I'm not THAT short, 5 ft 5 inches, but if items I want to look at or need aren't WAY above my head, they are not restocked and so far back on shelf unreachable to me. Takes 5 times as long in that area as necessary, preventing me from getting to other areas of store I need to, including housewares, automotive, shoes and FOOD!

Clean store with good prices. This particular supercenter seems to lack a lot of things offered in other locations. It's still the best place to get groceries clothing and even gasoline.

Walmarts on Manhattan Blvd is not going anywhere; always full but it needs more service attention with the carts. Please keep cleaning towels for wiping germs from the arms of the cart. Greeters are always there, nice and familiar. Need someone to check the shelves for missing items in freezer and dairy sections. Self service can be long, but it moves.

This walmart used to be one of my go to places for coke coffee. I'm so saddened still to this day of its discontinuation. No matter. This walmart still has its good products and parts still as well. The international food section is one me and my family hit up a lot. They have coconut candy, ramune soda at a lower price than the local Asian markets, Shin black noodle soup. Lots of great options. The staff here are friendly and liek to try to help. Their attentiveness to people and how they are feeling is also a big plus. If they see a customer getting frustrated with bags falling or needing help filling their cart from the self check out, they never have any issues stepping up to help. Surprisingly enough I don't recall seeing any food or drinks left on the isles here like in many other walmarts. Cudos to you guys. My biggest suggestion is to make the cart pick up at the entrance a tad bigger to fit more carts to pick from. If it don't fit many they will have less there for people on busy days which will mean a potential wait for carts as they are used up too fast from their small cart pick spot. The more they are used the more they need gathered from the lot. Bigger space means less times going out but fewer times that may take a slight bit longer per session but will b worth it to save time in the long run.

Lost all respect for this small town Walmart on 1/7/24 approx. 12:00pm when upon entering the store in the grocery section there were at least a 100 young men madly picking bags of vegetables from tables that were obviously strategically placed until nearly every item was removed in a matter of minutes. Insanity, greed and disrespect likely not seen in 1930's America purposefully meant to instill fear and confusion without doubt. Fair warning to the young mothers and wives in town or travelling through looking for a few items for Sunday dinner. Saddened and if possible would leave less than one star.

I went to take back some SEALED, brand new, PlayStation 5 games I received for Christmas. The lady at the service desk was friendly and fine, but had to go ask a manager if it ok to return PlayStation 5 games without a receipt. The manager couldn’t even bother to walk over to the service desk to discuss a solution, she just told the service desk lady, no, and walked away. I called 1 800 Walmart to ask a manager to call me regarding this issue. Jeremiah, a manager called and left a voicemail, stating the same exact thing the service desk lady said. So beware, if you get ANYTHING for Christmas from Walmart, from now on, you’d better keep your receipt, because management there is useless.

Todays Walmart have forgotten every thing Sam told them. Customer service in Walmart is virtually nonexistent, asking a worker a simple question makes it feel like you are bothering them. The longest and slowest line in the store is Customer Service, folks who work there act like they have been banished to the wastelands and that customers are all stupid. Prices at Walmart are very comparable to Target and other stores like them. Everything is made in china and falls apart. All together I dread going into their stores, and only go there as a last resort!

This was a great Super Walmart Store it was huge and had everything you needed. It was a quick check out and the staff were great. Plus they have a gas station with great prices on gas. So this is the place to go in De Funiak Spring if you need something. One stop shopping!

Customer service is appalling. Took half hour to deal with simple exchange. Required input from two service reps, and finally resolved by manager. Rep walked away in a huff because she was put out over giving an exchange. Renee said that the manager made her look stupid in front of me. If their goal is to satisfy customers, this was a fail.

The tech did a very good job. The shop could use some optimization for time management though. The balancing weights were located away from the balancing machine, which meant every time he had to add a weight, he had to walk to the other side of the bay. All in all the work got done and not a single step was skipped.
