I only stopped to fill up by my RV’s LP. Driveway to enter is to tight to get a long RV into without issue so take the road just east of the store and take the back entrance so you can maneuver the parking lot easier and if your LP tank is on the drivers side you’ll be all set up for entry. Staff was great to deal with and very kind & helpful. Place was clean and well stocked inside. Check out was easy using Apple Pay 😎. This will be my go to place for LP and I plan to go back to see what else they have due to the staffs friendliness. Was not a five star only due to the stores LP tank’s location for easy access and unfortunately they look like they are land locked.

First time to chick days and was so disappointed in the handling of the chick set up. They had no order to the getting of chicks mass chaos. One girl standing in the tub full of chicks snatching them up . Those poor babies running for there life's ever time she reached down to grab them. One employee stepped in the pool and killed a baby chick. We got 10 and don't think we got all what we asked for . And if your going to sell that may chicks why in gods green earth would you not have enough box for people to carry out there new chicks. PAPER BAG IS WHAT THEY WERE PUTTING THEM IN, COME ON YOU CAN DO BETTER. And maybe do like the other store who sells baby chicks and put a fence/or pen around them so everyone can't be reaching in to grab them. That way you have more control over the situation. And the chicks wouldn't be so stressed out. AWFUL JUST AWFUL

Ace ATS-07P projex pump was never working correctly. I can't get help finding parts . Opened the pump up bolts laying in bottom of the cast iron head . Called twice no help its probably a return item I bought and got screwed...........

Pretty disappointed, drove all the way into town after asking employee over phone who told me they close at 7pm, get there at 630pm and the gates are locked and no one is answering phone. EDIT- Manager came outside gate and did apologize and gave me corrected hours. Appreciated him walking out and letting me know when I could come back.

Ace is the place! Friendly and helpful staff and a great selection in a small footprint. I love not having to navigate through 8 acres of washers and dryers to get to what I came for. I love that I'm always asked by multiple employees if they can help me with anything, instead of wandering up and down 100-yard isles stacked 10 feet high, searching 30 minutes for a $3 hinge. Prices are competitive and the overall experience is miles above that of the big box competition.

Most of the time you are greeted and welcomed to the store. Getting a sales associate to help you used to be a lot easier. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The store is well-stocked. Then the only store in the area that offers a wide variety of hardware nuts bolts washers screws exedra by the piece.

Pretty bad honestly. I am not one to review just to do it but I’m still steaming.Went in for a simple RV propane bottle refill. Young lady actually opened another register as there was a line forming.She informed me she would have someone come out and fill it for me.I went out to my truck and waited….and waited.Went back inside and reminded them and I got an apology from the lady behind the register. She called again so I went out to my truck again and waited and waited and waited.At this time I was super frustrated and went back in, the young lady emphatically apologized and sad she has called several times.She called again and an older gentleman walked up. I told him this was my third time and he immediately told me, we’re busy man!I walked back out to get my propane tank I had sat by the refill station and told him never-mind, you’re too busy. He replied, that’s not what I said. That is EXACTLY what you said.Not I’m sorry we are busy, I’m sorry you had to wait or SOMETHING other than telling me your too damn busy for my business.Since there were hardly any customer in the store after I returned the second and third time I am pretty sure he was irritated of being called off a stocking project or something.In todays employee situation I could understand if it was a younger kid. But this was not and it was pretty bad.I will never shop there, will not refer anyone so.I am sure there are other employees who work and do their job. I will share my experience with others if it comes up in conversation.

I went in looking for the most random of items(Refactory Cement) and the staff members(two men mid-40s or late 50s) quickly assisted me. Unfortunately the Rutland Refactory Cement I was looking for wasn't in stock but there was a smaller container I grabbed..... I'll definitely return for more items from this location.

Amazing customer service from the team. You know the "everything in stock is out on the floor"routine? These guys demolish it. They will run to Texas if they could, just to get that one item you've been looking for. No matter how small or big. I travel a couple extra miles passed Walmart, and Lows,etc. For this service! Went in for a key copy and other hardware needs. I got a new car and wanted the upgraded key design with the remote built into the handle. Ace refused to cut my keys. Instead they tried to sell me a $255 knock off key. I had used this Ace two years ago to cut the exact same key design that I presented to them today. It’s not that they can’t cut the key. They want to make $245 for selling a $10 knock off car key.This same knock off key is sold cut and PATS programmed to your vehicle at Lowe’s for $53.The man had the nerve to ask me if I still wanted to check out with my other items. I told him no they could keep them and I would take my business elsewhere.Not only did they lose out on $ for cutting my key, they lost a $100 sale in hardware and ALL future business. I will never return to this store.

I needed some miricle gro potting mix... i have degenerative ddd and a bulging disc and scoliosis...i asked to have someone to put in my truck for me. Well some guy walked by the register lady and said well yull have to get someone from the yard to do that! Im like my truck is parked right beside it! Right by the front door only 10 feet away!!! He still said someone from the yard will have to get it! OMG! SOOOOO...I go outside and wait....wait....nobody shows up...sooo i go ahead and and risk my bavk and pick it up myself and throw it in my truck!!!😡😡😡😡😡

Always clean. The staff is wonderful. They are very polite and knowledgeable. The prices are competitive with Lowes and other bigger stores in town but I go there because the people remember your name and treat you like family.

25 years ago the service was great and today its the same. The employees are wonderful. If they don't know something, they locate another employee that can help. They are the key in the successful shopping experience. Ace is the best place to shop.😃 My opinion: Hope they're paid well because they deserve it! Ace is the Place!I have been shopping here for at least 11 yearsThey always have a good variety of tools,supplies,feed,wood and plants ect.The staff is superb and extremely helpful and will answer all your questions.If some some reason the person you ask does not know they will do what they can to get you an answer.With outstanding customer service I give them 5 stars.

11-29-21 Prior my rating was 5 stars! Ordered something on Black friday and my order later was denied even though the store showed the item in stock. Talked to customer service and lost my reward points but ordered something else and it was denied again though the store showed it was in stock. The management at this store sucks...the associates are the best you can ask for. Last time I go to this store for something I need unless using my $5 bday card!Love shopping here! The prices are usually a little higher than the big box stores but the customer service is hands down the best you will get when it comes to help/advice. I bought a 16 thread pole for a crank and Roy took the time to bend it into place for me. Went the other day for spray paint for a grill I was refurbishing and don't remember his name but he gave me his advice and actually sold me on the lesser expensive item as he thought it was a better color fit and it worked out great. The team here is awesome!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Another great service experience. Different location cool gadgets, not so harsh prices and an In- store game of try to hide from the people trying to help you find what u need lol. I would give 5 ⭐but they to increase their. Product base or habe the online reflect actual in store inventory. I was bummed to find them out of my product and having to go to another store, one I'm not so hot on going to either. But to the staff that was on today, thank u for all the attention and smiles. It was much appreciated and needed.
