Finally - the east Deerfield Beach location has a manager that can do justice to the words " pet supermarket ".We had a completely different experience in the East pompano location and agreed to never shop there again on Saturday.Thankfully , Sam understood our dilemma and rectified the mistake(s)Sunday morning . The cat and dog food purchases are higher end items , and looking to stock up , she got the problem solved in 5 mins . * phew * .....from frustration to customer satisfaction. From a "no" to : " yes I can help " . Hoping corporate recognizes her dedication .~The End ~

10 stars for the Store Manager!Went with my family to put have the kids a hamster .Not having any pet “Experience “He helped us from beginning to end answered all questions and explain EVERYTHING with great detail for us!Couldn’t ask for anything more !Thank you To this store Manager wish I didn’t loose the receipt for his name !Thanks again

This is a great location!!! The staff is great! I foster kittens for Good Karma Pet Rescue, we had an adoption event there, and we brought many cats, kittens, puppies and dogs. The staff was amazing the people were amazing and we look forward to more events in the future!

Clean and organized store. Friendly and helpful staff. I was greeted and asked if I needed help, which I did! The young lady at check out was so friendly and personable I could hv chatted w her all day. Other customers appeared satisfied and happy upon leaving too! Great parking right at the store front and a Vitamin Shoppe right next door which is where I buy some of my dogs supplements. Love that one stop shop!

They're always extremely nice and seem very knowledgeable. In general, the prices are slightly higher than some of the online competitors, but they do offer loyalty discounts/cash back rewards. When I need something same day, this shop is my quick and easy go to.

Just ok, the fish didn't look so good... a lot of them were sick.. they have the stuff in the store to treat the diseases so it's sad.. the cashier said they get checked on by a vet 1x a week but doesn't look like it. The nails were long on the ferrets the betas we covered in a mucus film.. I just bought some decorations for my fish tank and left...kinda sad

I actually prefer this store over the one on Sunrise. Staff is very helpful. Young female employee who was very knowledgeable helped me with my fish needs.

Only good thing about this store is the store manager Trevor. The employees are disappointed in themselves that their lives have succomed to making only minimum wage working at a retail pet store and therefore they take their anger and disappointment out on the customers. What a joke. I will only be shopping there when Trevor is there from now on. He is awesome!

I love this store. The staff always acknowledges me when I come in. Yesterday they had a man training dogs. He was fabulous to watch. The dogs were listening. He was great. They always have kittens up for adoption. So cute, I wish I can take them all.

I been coming here for some time for awhile. When i walk in, there the staff are always welcoming me with cheerful attitude there staff always answering all my questions for my pet needs. The only think i was concerned about was the collars weren't my taste our pets are like our family but other then that applause on the staff June 20, 2021 wish had gotten 2 of staff name was very helpful. Thank you for helping with my pit bull needs.

I always love coming to this location! Everyone is so sweet and helpful and you can tell they take really good care of the animals there. The reason I’m writing a review however is because the cashier benni (sorry if I butchered the spelling) is a sweetheart and made me coming there one of the most positive experiences I’ve ever had.

Hi my names Catie - I just recently started going to this pet super market as I was interested in getting fish. I didn’t know where to begin - what tank to get, or what fish could go in that tank how to set it up, or anything! But this nice young woman who is the assistant store manager Jayme was super helpful and picked out everything I needed from the tank to the conditioner, plants, gravel, and she even helped me get the sponge bob theme going in the tank! Gave me pretty detailed instructions on how to set the tank up also helped me pick out all the items I needed to clean the tank. She instructed me to set up the tank and let the conditioner and other solution filter through for a couple days. Then when I came back in a few days later to actually get the fish she helped me again get a glow fish and an algey eating fish. Gave me more instructions on how to float the fish before just throwing them in the tank! Over all a great experience and now I go back there frequently for dog food and other items. It is a bit far from my house but worth the drive to receive the customer service I received there!

Couldn’t use the bathroom because an employee was taking their sweet time in there and wouldn’t come out even after told by other employees that there was a customer waiting to use the restroom. And apparently it happens a lot because they seemed to know exactly who it was in the bathroom. Literally wasted my time waiting for nothing.

Large store with a wide selection. They have a vet and offer different pet packages. They didn't have what I needed but they'll probably have what you need. Very friendly and helpful staff that are willing to go the extra mile for you.Socially distanced, mask required.No complimentary sanitizer. I didn't buy anything since they didn't have what I needed but the store was clean.

This store is great and I love most of the staff. I met who I believe was the owner the other day and she was very helpful. I like the products they carry and while most of it is MSRP prices, frequently I go to the counter to find I have a free $5 on my account.. and they still do buy 10 bags, get 1 free, which Petco discontinued and was my main reason that kept me loyal there. Cats for rescue at this location as well.

The store itself was fine. This girl Alex was disrespectful and rude to me! She questioned me about the tropical fish.. but then wanted to test me to see if I was telling the truth!!!! I'm 65! I've had fish my entire life!! The manager stepped in to help me. She was fantastic!!! This girl Alex should never ever interact with the public!!!! If not for your awesome manager...I would have never stepped inside your store again!!!!Please rectify this Alex problem! Thank you! Judith Plis

This location was amazing! Ashley helped me and was incredible. The store had a wide variety of products and tons of supplies in stock. All associates were super friendly but Ashley was especially helpful. I highly recommend this place.

I adore coming to this Pet Supermarket location. The funny thing is, is that I live CLOSER to another location in Boca Raton, but I choose to go out of my way by a few miles to get here. Margarita is so nice every time I go in. She comes over and my Trudie picks up on something about her that is so so nice, but it is only fitting because animals pick up on feelings, and Trudie simply adores her. One of the main reasons I prefer this store in particular is that when you ask to locate something there is no hemming and hawing and "Ummming" or asking another employee where something is, the person that you are asking, they know right off the top. Very efficient. In addition to Margarita being friendly and nice, the entire staff is as well, I've never run into a sales associate who has not been nice there. This store is very well stocked and I always find what I need right away. They never tell me that they are out of something or its not in stock, I never have to go back or go to a different store. Worth the gas money spent to go those extra miles. I will always go to this store. (oh and when it is an extra big order, the store associate is never hesitant to bring it to your car and help you load the merchandise into your vehicle. ) Always pleased here....never a problem....Five Smileys :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)
