Can I just take a minute to acknowledge an associate at this location, Eric. So helpful & so friendly. It’s so refreshing to have someone that is not just robotically going about their day. The employees at Pet Supermarket (both Deerfield & Boca have excellent staff) literally hear you and help you go from there. Eric was so friendly and wanted to help -that I actually took his suggestion w/a CBD treat. I’m super picky about what I give my doggo and he def made me comfortable enough to try the CBD & I’m happy I did bc that night was a T-storm and it saved the night ! Now, I trust his opinion and I would definitely love to get more suggestions form him in the future. Thank you Eric !

Assistant manager helps me find flea shampoo, then I ask about a flea collar. It's a $70 collar, so I say no thanks and the guy gives me some lip like "guess I'll see you hear next week" hold these 2 stars you freaking bum.

Just went to Pet Supermarket today to bathe my Labrador. Not happy at all. Price of a regular bath, is gone up by o 14.99 , that is almost 5 percent, higher. That is ridiculous!. Pet Suoermarket, will be getting less of my business, from now on.

I visited this new Pet Supermarket Yesterday and today for their grand opening. It's a nice clean store that meets the Pet Supermarket standards you'd expect. The staff's friendly and knowledgeable -- I had an algae issue in my 50 gallon fish tank (yellowish water). The employee asked me a few questions and handed me a bottle of API Algaefix. I used the product and my tank was looking super clean in under 3 hours!! In addition to recommending the Alagefix, he gave me additional tips to maintain the fish tank.

So I go to buy feeder goldfish but before I went, I called to see if there were any available. I spoke to a person and they said they got them in and they would put the fish in so give them about an hour so that they can get acclimated to the water. I went into the store 1hr 40 minutes later and they just told me they just put the bag in. They told me to wait 30 minutes for the fish to get acclimated to the temperature of the tank. I drove 20 minutes to get to this place just to be told that I cannot buy any because they just put the bag in about 10 minutes ago. Lost my business……..

I had the pleasure of shopping with the Store Manager, Ashley, a couple weeks ago. She was outstanding! Ashley is very knowledgeable and friendly. I adopted kittens for the first time and she made the experience absolutely wonderful. She was also very kind to my children. I appreciate her patience and assistance!

I went to get dog food for my small dog per usual here at this specific location . I guess there is a new store manager Name Christian With Tattos . He Was Very Rude , Has A very Slick Mouth As A Man . Disrespected Me & My Mom . “ Saying We Do Not Get Respect ,Respect Is Earned & We Do Not Deserve Royal Treatment” I Can See Because He Didn’t Even Greet Us when we Walked In . He just stared at us . Im Not Sure What Kind Of Day He Was Having But Customer Service Is Lacked !! ive Never Experienced Such Poor Service At This Location And I Dont Think I Will Be Going Back . I Have The Full Recording As Well & I Will Be Contacting Corporate because this is unacceptable. I didn’t even purchase my items I was so disgusted .

this is my goto place for my pets, i own fishtanks as well as a dog, they have decent stock of fish and supplies, the best thing here is the dog wash station, they provide shampoo, towels for giving your dog a wash!

A huge shout-out and mega thank you to Brittany at the Deerfield Beach store. I desperately needed help with a crate purchase for my mother’s cat who has major behavioral issues. Brittany was so patient and kind; she truly helped me above and beyond. I’ve had cats my whole life, but I’ve never had anything like what I’m experiencing. I think mom’s cat is as sad as I am with mom's Dementia. In one shopping trip, I purchased the crate and all the items I needed for the inside. It’s day two and I’m finally able to sit down and write this review. I’m so happy with Pet Supermarket for being there in my hour of need, and I’m so grateful to Brittany for her wonderful knowledge and incredible kindness. Pet Supermarket is very lucky to have Brittany in their employ. Thank you so much!

I used the self service pet wash. A 70 pound Siberian Husky is always a challenge to bathe. We both ended up soaking wet because I didn’t see the water resistant apron that I was supposed to use. If you have the patience for self serve then I would recommend it. Affordable and convenient

Just adopted a dog and needed a lot of basics… fitting for harness, new leash etc. This store was awesome. Ashley helped me with everything, showed me how to put on the harness and even came to the car with me and hooked up the car restraint for me. I walked in thinking I would have to figure it out alone and was delighted that I didn’t. Ashley is awesome and I will be back for certain!

This is my favorite local pet store to go to! Their fish selection is incredible for such a small store and the staff is incredibly friendly. Mara is AMAZING and has helped me countless times with purchasing fish. Not only is she very knowledgeable but she has also custom ordered fish I was searching for! I would highly recommend this store to any freshwater fish keepers :)

This is my second time posting a review on this location. I just love how the team is well knowledge especially on aquarium life. When I go I love to run into the short lady with the short cut and normally where glasses. She's always willing to help and answers any questions you have the best of her ability. The whole team just makes me feel at home and have a lot of patience. Best location by for in my opinion

Carolina should not provide unsolicited advice that was not asked for in regards to the care with my cats. To be told vets are not nutritionist and questioned on ensuring my cats hydration and care, it came off as pretentious instead of being helpful. Don't give advice unless you're asked. She came off rude and judgmental versus helpful. I'll be ordering my food online going forward.

Kimberly in this store is amazing. She is super helpful and such a beautiful soul. You can tell she loves working there. This store also has one of the better aquarium sections compared to other chain pet stores. This location is pretty great at keeping their tanks clean and beautiful.

Emily is the best and hardest worker. She assisted me in choosing the right food for my pets and recommended a secure harness for my dogs. They very strong so i needed a little something that’s heavier duty. :D

This store is great, every employee has been super helpful and friendly with any of the questions I asked and the dog wash is fantastic. Kimberly is wonderful! She was very helpful with the dog wash and helping me calm my dog down as he’s not too fond of baths.
