I wish I could give 0 stars- avoid these lying scammers at all costs.I purchased a "CB Calabar Python" from their online site, Underground Reptiles. The baby arrived with a cold heat pack in 42⁰ weather, with a significant spinal kink in her neck that was not disclosed in the listing.When I called customer service, I spoke to a manager named Austin. I told him of the deformity, and he responded with "I know." He went on to say that during a Youtube live they had noted all CB Calabars as having kinking issues, but they knowingly did not put it in the ad. He also said that if it was that much of an issue, to ship the baby back for a refund. I explained that I live in a rural area, and the nearest shipping spot is an hour away, and I have no heat packs (again, 40⁰ weather).He continued to push me to try return the baby without the heat pack that night. I said I was not comfortable shipping this animal back (at this point, I don't trust UG to actually tell the truth about live arrival, then I'd be out an animal AND the money) and asked for a partial refund due to blatant negligence on UG's part. He told me I "still got a deal" on an animal with a birth defect, and basically told me to screw off if I didn't like his offer of refunding the $40 for shipping. I tried to explain that this animal should not be bred and should have been advertised as pet only and sold below market price for a normal animal, and I was told "What happens when it leaves here isn't my problem." The point was made to me repeatedly during this interaction that a viewer of said live stream was interested in the baby at the listed price- basically they want me to return the animal so they can sell her via an incorrect listing again, at full price.I tried to file for a refund with Paypal, and again noted that I just wanted a partial refund, because the animal was misrepresnted, but UG is insisting on receiving the snake back, which will not be happening.I spent $350 total on an animal I was lied to about, and UG even admitted that they did not properly list the snake. Avoid these people, they are nothing but a bunch of lying con artists, I attempted to be civil at first, but Austin was extremely unprofessional and uncaring, my manners quickly went out the window after he laughed at me repeatedly. Just a bunch of flesh-peddling importers. Shame on you, Underground. You certainly live up to your reputation.

So far so good!! I know they're wild caught, tad on the skinny side but I haven't had a truly obese Red Eye before. Awesome customer service and shipping was a breeze!!!! Will be doing more business with Underground Reptiles. Prices are fair 👌🏼

I had a great experience with Underground Reptiles! After placing my order they were very good at keeping me updated on the status of my order. The package arrived right at the specified day and time frame and in good condition. I was able to open it up and inspect the contents immediately. I had ordered a juvenile GBB tarantula and 3 pink dragon millipedes. At first I was a bit worried because the weather ended up being a little bit colder than the original forecast had predicted. While inspecting the animals none of them were moving very much because of the cooler temperature but after warming them up a bit they were just fine and ended up being very active.It's been over a week now and they are all eating and doing great!

Absolutely love them! They arrived alive and ate as soon as I got them in their new homes. I'm over the moon with my purchase thank you so much. I do wish i could choose female or male, like on the other site. But I cant complain the prices are amazing and the frogs were healthy and friendly.

This is my second purchase from Underground and it has been an amazing experience. My first order was six years ago and I bought my Sulcata Tortoise Crusoe from them and he is now a big boy at 35 pounds. This time I bought my Arizona Blonde Tarantula and I prayed so hard for a female. It is definitely a female. She arrived healthy and beautiful. Her name is Luna. I tried to let Imperial reptiles know that the Savanah monitor I got was under weight and had a curved spine like 2 hours after I got it. I put the Savanah in a very clean tank right when I got it and they asked for pictures so I took pictures to show them the sick lizard that was way under weight and had a curved spine. They responded by telling me I didn't have him in a proper enclosure. I had only had him for 2 hours and his enclosure did not have bedding in it because I did not want him to get sick. He had an under the tank heating pad and a uvb, uva light along with water and food. I finally got him to eat. I have had reptiles all my life and assure you he was comfortable. They did not treat me like a customer and were curt and rude in their message with shows anybody they were being defensive and not honest. Maybe you can do something I don't know but it was upsetting and I an going to get on media and share my story if nothing is done. Thank you, Kerry R Francis

I ordered a turtle and was contacted quickly that they were out of stock. I asked about similar types and they were super helpful. The one I ended up choosing was slightly cheaper than the original so they offered a few different options and ultimately ended up including some food and treats that made up the difference in cost. My turtle arrived super quickly, and he was healthy, happy, and adorable. He was really active and alert as soon as I took him out. I wasn't sure what the packaging would be like for a shipped turtle but he was inside a plastic container in a box with styrofoam and lots of padding. It seemed really safe and secure and like he wouldn't have been jostled around. He was shipped around 6pm and arrived at 9am the following day. I honestly could not be happier, and I will use them in the future and highly recommend them. I'm located in CT if that helps anyone who is wondering how shipping went from their location (Florida) to a further state.

We are so pleased with our baby yellow bellied sliders 3-pack! Initially there was an issue with UPS and when I called to report the delay, Underground Reptiles was already on it. They even made special arrangements for our package to be delivered on Saturday so they didn't have to be shipped back to the store and reshipped on Monday. Our turtles arrived healthy and active. They are absolutely adorable! I have already recommended Underground Reptiles to friends and family. They were easy to work with and we got exactly what we paid for. Thank you Underground Reptiles!

Received 3 of the Pink Dragon millipedes and one was D.O.A. They were well packed and arrived quickly but things happen sometimes. I really appreciate the help I received from Underground Reptiles. I called them about 2 African egg eating snakes and they answered my questions and even sent me a picture. The snakes arrived as scheduled and are exactly what I requested. We have had them for 3 days and they both have already eaten a quail egg and seem healthy. My kids absolutely love holding them. I needed a predator animal for my child’s school project. (No, does not include killing the animal at all. In fact total opposite) If course I am told of this need last minute. We are in Wisconsin and weather is about in the 40s so all normal spiders, and things are not around anymore.I decided on a unique animal, A centipede and ordered the day before it was needed. It came the next day, as they said it would.I can not express how beautiful and large this creature is. He is so perfect like I hand picked it myself. I ordered a baby Savannah Monitor. He arrived the next morning. He is doing great. Eating very well. Easy to handle. He was a little sluggish the first couple of hours. After warming up he was back to normal . The next day it ate 19 calcium dusted crickets!! Now he eats around 10 every other day. I would definitely by another reptile from them again.Here is an update picture of it. He/she is shedding again so the color is a little dull. But a beautiful little one.

UPS REALLY messed up my experience but this company did alp they could to rectify that. It ultimately ended with me able to get my 12 original turtles delivered alive. One passed the next day but I still have 11 happy, healthy turtles.

I ordered a crocodile skink and a set of adult poison dart frogs, when it was apparent the local temperatures would be too hot for them to be delivered the service team called me and set a different time. They were all delivered today arrived the packing was super in their safety. They all looked healthy and all are great!

I stumbled across this interesting little spot that carries reptiles and reptile supplies while shopping for a pet turtle/tortoise. Their price is comparable to PetSmart...actually slightly cheaper and their staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They had snakes, spiders, turtles, turtles/tortoise and other exotic reptiles.

They sold me a sick or dying reptile. I received her around 12:55 pm yesterday but didn't think much because i read they sleep alot as babies but lil guy never woke up or opened it's eyes. It basically been like this since I took her out of the container. I requested a replacement, mainly because i really want to give this company a chance but my hopes aren't very high. I like to be honest, so if you don't call UGR within 2 hours it seems like they won't do anything to replace it n when you call the store you just get sent straight to voicemail. Very shady if you ask me. With that being said I'd like a replacement or a refund. RIP Ashley. I didn't even have you a whole day before you died from a respiratory infection not did i intended to pay $222 for a defective pet because well. She's clearly no longer of this earth.Update: My red foot got replaced. Took a few days but Ashley II is doing just fine and thriving. NGL i was extremely disheartened and upset but I'm happy with my new family member. Personally tho, I'm still of a mind to just hit your local expo if you're out of state because in my opinion it's a 50/50 whether your pet will make it through transport just based on my experience but if it doesn't they'll replace it or provide a refund.

Avoid this store!! Had order placed for baby turtles, they mailed me sick ones. As soon as I receive them, I took multiple photos. Total of 5, 3 of them seem not healthy. One baby stinkpot turtle had pimples, obviously has virus infection, and second has fungi infection the back the shell. Emailed them to ask for explanation, no one reach out to me for explanation, they only refund me for 1 baby turtle which don’t make sense. They never admit their live turtles were sick before mailing them out.Avoid this store! they don’t check their live animals whatever healthy or not, they just mail them to you for money ! Scam !

I ordered a Yellow Niger Uromastyx adult Male. He was shipped out on Tuesday night 9-20-22 and I picked him up 1st thing at the UPS Terminal at 9:30AM Wednesday morning, He traveled over 2000 miles in the night. "Yoda" was very well packaged and taken care of. He is absolutely adorable, healthy and eating already, very, very tame. Underground Reptile is amazing!Thanks Guys... Tony G. ;-)
