Liars, they denied a refill (already prescribed) prescription because the person in charge "was not the same" who prescribed the medication originally, they wanted to change again for visitation and issue another prescription, even knowing that they have left a message on my phone to come and pick it up after the weekend.I really don't understand how can some serious company can partner or manage a rat hole like this vet place inside their location.

I just left the office in Deerfield Beach. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had the doctor is phenomenal and I was fortunate enough to have Nathan the tech take care of her. I walked in there crying and nervous and when I left, I felt like I made a friend forever. He explained everything he took his time. He was wonderful with my dog. He was so concerned about us he is the best, if you give any awards or any kind of compensation, he deserves whatever you can give him because he really makes you feel like you’re important and your dog is important

I came here with my baby as she was not feeling well. This place is wonderful!! Great Doctors that know what they are talking about and great staff especially Izzy, he was so calm and caring with my baby, super incredible guy. I will be making this my home Vet for my precious baby.

This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had at any vet clinic in my life. To start, I waited in an exam room for over an hour before anyone came in to speak with me. They then proceeded to take my dog into a back room to 'examine' her without me present which made me uncomfortable. I could hear other dogs barking and crying in the back which I knew stressed out my already stressed out dog. After keeping her in the back for over 20 minutes, the assistant came back with an $800 estimate for a bunch of work which I received NO EXPLANATION of why the vet wanted to do these things. Being that I felt so uncomfortable I ended up leaving in tears, received NO apology from anyone, and still paid the $65 exam fee with no treatment for my dog. I never even spoke to a vet. Please if you love your pet, take them anywhere but here. I will be filing a complaint with the state veterinary board regarding my experience. wish I could give 0 stars.

Dr.K and the staff are great. My dogs are always happy to see them and they have a great time when they're there even though it's the vet. I think the prices are reasonable for the service.

I took my cat in because he threw up a few times over the past couple days. Cats have sensitive stomachs. He wasn’t acting any different, still eating and drinking. But I figured I’d get him checked out because I have a plan through Petco. Vet tech was nice. Girl at the front desk was nice.Dr K was more concerned with why don’t I speak Spanish with a Spanish last name than why I was actually there.They take him away to a room without me, which I didn’t like and that’s never happened to me with any other vets before, tell me he has an ear infection, which actually can be the cause of the lite vommiting.Refuse to give me meds for his ear infection because I didn’t agree to $900 worth of charges. I said I was happy to do blood work and see what came up, than I could decide if I wanted to move forward with Xrays. They refused. Said the Dr is very strict. So basically it was all or nothing. Wouldn’t even give me meds for his DIAGNOSED ear infection. I’ve had animals my whole life. Never heard of such ignorant policies. Never had someone refuse my animal the antibiotic he actually needs because I didn’t spend $900. Now tomorrow I’m taking him to Justin Bartlett animal hospital in West Palm where the blood work is half the price anyway. Complete waste of time and horrible experience.

Everyone here was super helpful especially Matthew. We brought in our kitten and they got to him right away. Matthew helped answer many of our questions, he went above and beyond. The experience was enlightening knowing we were listened and got everything we need from many good people here. 10/10 recommend

THE EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING.Kerry was such a great help, amazing attitude. I automatically knew this was going to be my permanent vet for my new baby Mylah. Isis was amazing she was great and I loved her energy. She was able to answer all of my questions. The Doctor also was amazing

I have been here ever since I got my kitten nala when she was only a few weeks old. Every single time since then I have always had an amazing experience. You can tell that the staff here really does love animals and is also very knowledgeable on everything. I really appreciate the care that is put into place here so definitely a great place for your kitten or pup.

I brought my dog, Apollo, here for his annual check up and we had Nathan assist us. Nathan was very nice and asked me exactly what I wanted to for Apollo and didn’t add any pressure for dog anything specific. Would definitely recommend this vet for annual checkups.

Not one to usually leave reviews, but Dr. Kishon, the vet at this facility, was fantastic. Our Siberian husky was in a very critical health situation and needed attention. He was quick to diagnose her issues, and her surgery went smoothly. She healed quickly and is a very happy little lady today. The vet techs are very knowledgeable and friendly. We have three dogs and have never waited more than ten minutes past our appointment time. As a side note, we knew it would be a surgical matter prior to going into the office, as she was in, as I stated, a critical situation. The staff, on a holiday weekend, attended to her immediately. I highly recommend this location.

Doctor Kishon and his team were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and caring with Louie.He had been bit by a dog and needed immediate care. They advised me on how to proceed at home, explained all meds. Now we are on the recovery road for Louie to get better soon. Thank you!!!!

Horrible service! Was 5 minutes early to scheduled appointment. Ended up waiting over half an hour to see the doctor!! Front desk lady didn't seem to care as she was eating food at the desk and didn't apologize for inconvenience . Doctor didn't even apologize. Place was unclean, filled with hair and stains everywhere. Overpriced for low quality care.

I recently took in a stray cat (who I’ve since named Salem) and decided to bring him here in order to get some insight about what to do for him in terms of vaccinations. The staff was very kind and explained everything in great detail. They even took off a vaccination that was deemed unnecessary since Salem is a strictly indoor cat. It’s nice to know that they care more about your pet’s safety rather than making money off of someone who isn’t very knowledgeable.

I took my Yorkie there today for her vaccines and I really love it and will bring all my other dogs there. The staff was so friendly and not in a rush to answer questions. The place is also very clean and the location makes it perfect because it’s inside Petco!

This team is so awesome!! My poor baby cracked her dew claw while running and I was so worried about her. Kerry at the front squeezed me in for an appointment the same day! My baby was nervous rightfully so and Isis took such great care with her!! The doctoral staff got my girl fixed up nicely and Isis once again worked with me to supply my baby's needs while accommodating my wallet as much as possible. Took just about an hour to get in and out, my baby is good as new, and I know it was money well spent! Any location that can take good care of not only my baby girl but me too has to be a winner!
