If you want your prescription the same day it’s written get it on paper. Walgreens in Debary on Highbanks takes 24 hours to fill if the doctor sends it electronically. Maybe they don’t have the personnel I don’t know. This system does not work if you’re sick and need your medicine. I learned the hard way. GET a paper script

For whatever reason(s) Walgreens in Debary on Highbanks now takes a day and sometimes more to. get your prescriptions. My wife saw the doctor on a Fri. morning (9:45) and her prescription wasn't ready until Saturday. I saw the doctor on a Tue. at 1pm and again my prescription is still not ready at 10am the next day. Very poor customer service all of a sudden. My advice to those of you who are thinking of using Walgreens in Debary is bring the handwritten copy of your presctiption to the pharmacy THAT DAY if you want your prescription that day.

The girl at the Register was extremely helpful. I believe her name was Layla, she was very friendly. I have been coming to this location for a long time and she an amazing friendly face. I needed help with photos and she was very kind and patient.

I don't want to take for granted the phenomenal customer service I get here so I had to write a review. Everyone is so pleasant! The Photo Department here is by far the best Walgreens I have dealt with. It's not just one person...it's everyone there. I have been printing photo greeting cards for years and they will double check the order to make sure it looks good, needs cropping, etc. Love, love, love this location!!

Worst store I've been in.It's approximately 10:00 o'clock a.m and store worker Nichole idk manager or what was very rude. She was polite at first followed by badgering me. I don't appreciate this treatment.

Pharmacy department is excellent and staff overall is great . One complaint is the card to get discounts. Stresses me out when I forget because you have to beg employees to get card discount and they usually say no. Get rid of the card please!!! I hate the card and is my primary reason to NOT go here.

Probably the best Walgreens I have ever gone to! This location just seems to have a layout that offers a bigger selection with more quality. Especially the toy section. I'm a fan of the cosmetic section as well. The pharmacy is fast and efficient.

I don't know what it is about this pharmacy at this location but, the customer service could use some work. The pharmacy is so impersonal. After 3 years of going to this Walgreens you would think they would know me on a first name basis. I used a Walgreens in Philadelphia and after my first visit the lady that worked the checkout and drop off knew my name after the very first time she waited on me and I guess that's why I stuck with Walgreens. It's sad that I can't say the same for this store. My other complaint is they are very slow at filling prescriptions. Again, the longest I ever had to wait for a prescription to be filled at another Walgreens was 20 minutes!

Everyone at this Walgreens pharmacy is amazing very helpful understanding and compassionate my daughter has seizures and has brain cancer and they worked with me every single day to try to get her medication through share of cost medicade they worked hard and out of their way to to help me. They have even caught medications they were not supposed to be mixed for my daughter so they had called the doctor to have it changed. Just amazing God bless you all

Been going here pretty much since they opened. Love all the people in the pharmacy and the great job they do. There may be a few that disagree but my experience with them is great. May have a couple bad days but that goes for anything. Big kudos to the pharmacy manager as well. Keep up the great work.

Worst pharmacy ever! Rude as can be! They don't even have a covid test appointment right! My daughter and I had to wait in the parking lot for 45 mins because they forgot about out appointment! Worst! Choose another location for real.

Walgreens always lets you know in multiple ways that your prescription is ready to be picked up. There might be a problem with the app however when you try to cancel the prescription for some reason the store is not notified of that cancellation.

My husband filled a prescription on 10/11/18 and was not working well. He called his pcp for a diffrent prescription on 10/25/2018. We picked up new prescription. In December Walgreens text that his prescription is ready for refill . I go pick it up In December. It was the wrong medicine. They had refill the first prescription from 10/11/2018. We didnt realize it was wrong prescription because he doesnt take it everyday. I still had new bottle from wrong prescription not used and did not look at it. Today I get a text again refill ready. I get there young man states we do not have a refill. I told him you guys text me a prescription is ready its the same phone number look.Now this is twice in December and January that I get a text that medicine is ready I get there and its not I have proof on my phone. He said come back in 20 minutes. I decided to pick it up because its good to be ahead of your refills. I get home and look at the name of December prescription and realized wrong prescription filled twice.I called store you guys refilled wrong prescription twice.The names were similar I called them right away to inform them of mistake. I stated I will bring back the bottle with bag still stapled they said no cannot give me ten dollar refund. I stated its 10 dollar copay for other prescriptiom can you exchange you made mistake. She would not admit they made mistake. It's my fault I didn't check prescription. I will never go there again. Luckily I caught mistake they didnt . I wonder how many other prescriptions they screwed up.

Whenever my husband and I come to the store, an employee named Luis Rodriguez has always been so helpful and knowledgeable! He has always had an answer for any questions we may have. With an employee like that, we love coming to this store.

The absolute WORST pharmacy department!! They are horribly disorganized, consistent LOOOOONG wait times when using drive thru, employees need to have some kind of urgency when on shift. Very frustrating!!!

8 min wait time on the phone in addition to the pick up, then back on hold without hearing why your calling. Then when they do answer, they wait while you say, 'hello,' 20 times before answering.. I guess hoping you hang up?

Customer service is terrible! I was trying to get in touch with the cosmetic department and I was on hold for nearly 15 minutes! Absolutely horrible service. I might as well had made the drive up to the store.
