My pup, Ollie, is my whole world. So when it came time to get him groomed, I was a little nervous. From the start, Hailey was very responsive in getting Ollie in when it fit my schedule. His appointment was today, and it was a 10/10 experience! Hailey is very accommodating and made sure my pup was well taken care of. He has never looked so handsome. I wouldn't trust anyone else with grooming him after this. Thanks Hailey!

Hailey and her team were absolutely amazing! I turkey believe this is Debarys hidden gem for dog grooming. Starting off it was very easy to make an appt and owner was very responsive. When i took my babies in (3) they asked me exactly what i wanted and left me with ease that they were going to be well taken care of. The location is beautiful very clean and modern seemed very upscale to be honest. They promptly let me know when my babies were ready and never put them in a cage. I know my doggos had a good time and they looked impeccable after they honestly looked like show dogs ❤️ 10/10 service

Our pups first groom was a great experience. After 2 other groomers turned us down since they wouldn't do 30+lbs doodle, I am actually glad they did. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing! I could tell my pup Kylo had a great time at Haley's versus Petsmart because he was happy jumping when I went to go pick him up. Prices are amazing and this is the ONLY groomers that actually trimmed his nails correctly and effectively. I will absolutely be returning

We love taking our Frank Doodle to Hailey’s. They do a great job, they have great prices and they are always accommodating. We have used other groomers that were booked for weeks out but Hailey always finds a way to get Frank groomed when we need it.

Took my dog once was not happy at all but decided to give her another chance. This time was even worse. I don’t think that the owner did the grooming herself, but she should pay better attention on her employees work. I was very upset with the work she allows..

Hailey was recommended to me by one of my regular customers where I am employed at. I called her on a whim to see if she would be able to groom my heavily matted 5 month old Yorkie who had just finished his round of shots the previous week. She was able to see him the day of and he was free range and not cooped up in a kennel while waiting for his turn which I prefer. She did an amazing job considering his hair was so badly tangled, I knew in advance that he would need a complete shave pretty much. Thank you Hailey! You've gained another loyal customer.

I was a walk in today for a nail trim and I was seen right away and my pupper was handled the fastest I've ever seen! Hailey did a great job and was sweet to my dog. I really loved the waiting area and how warm and inviting it looked, and I absolutely adored the treats, toys and so much more available to shop while you wait. I took my pup in for a bath today. First, I called and expressed my concerns since I have only had my pup for about 2 months, I adopted her and they thought she was around 8 months so I do not know where she came from or how she was treated but it was apparent that she did not get the attention she deserved. She has trust issues/anxiety and a tad food aggression and I was worried about how she would be, I didn’t want her to snap/bite at anyone. Hailey made me feel at ease and was able to take her in within 45 minutes of me calling! She was done super fast too, I picked my girl up and Hailey said she did great! And she is clean and smells SO GOOD!! I will definitely be coming back! Thanks so much, Hailey!

My Bellatrix is the first dog that has ever needed professional grooming, so I was really nervous about the whole process. I told Hailey what I wanted and she did an amazing job and we've returned multiple times since with the same results. Although my dog tends to be on the anxious side, she always looks so happy when we pick her up as though she has had a great time. I would recommend Hailey to anyone!

My daughters dog, Ruca, doesn’t like to have his paws, ears or tail touched. Whenever we, or the vet, would trim his nails he would whimper and try to bite. Hailey was very knowledgeable, taking the time to answer my questions and easing my concerns. Hailey and her team were so good with him that I never heard a whimper or yelp. This is definitely the place to bring your fur baby if they are sensitive while grooming. I was also pleased to find that prices are very affordable.

Update: they reached out to me to make it right which was appreciated.The first couple times I came here they did good , my dog came out just how I wanted her but then the last 2 times in a row they cut her nail too low and she was bleeding. I understood the first time cause accidents happen but then again mmm no I’m not putting my dog through this again. And also when I picked her I didn’t realize that they cut most of her hair off even though we talked about keeping her length. Didn’t remember cause of her bleeding nail. All that for $60 no thanks not even a clean cut either…

Storm is “that” dog. He has anxiety to a number of things because he is deaf. Add in that he’s an Aussie and he’s the perfect Storm when it comes to grooming. He doesn’t like his head messed with and hates his paws messed with. Hailey has done an awesome job working with him so that he now does well with his appointments. Her patience and expertise have helped him overcome his issues and now does much better. She makes doing his nails a dream! She also groomed our old girl Snickers and always made her look beautiful. I’ve recommended her to a number of friends and everyone is always happy. Love the new facility. Great job Hailey!

Appointments do not matter here. I had a 9:00 am appointment and my dogs had not even started to get groomed until 2:30pm. Seem like she over booked and had to come up with something as to why she could not groom stating my 1 dog tried to bite her. I have had my dogs groomed at 4 different groomers and never never never did any of them say they tried to bite. The ONLY reason I tried this groomer was the convenience of location. I was then charged $110.00 for nothing … but a bath.

I made a call to Hailey’s today for my dogs. I was told to come right in, that they could accommodate me. Both my dogs had a wonderful grooming experience. My doxie is 18 years old, and I was worried about having him groomed since he's blind and deaf and normally very skittish in unfamiliar hands. Well, upon my return (after receiving a call within the hour that they were done), my doxie was sound asleep on a pillow, just as content as could be. Hailey and her staff were amazing, and I’ll definitely return with both dogs! They made us feel comfortable as soon as we walked in the door. And the facility was clean and tidy and overall great! And how sweet that both dogs received a Halloween treat bag! Highly recommended!!!

She makes sure that was you want for the grooming matches what she will do prior to starting ensuring your dogs get the grooming and services you want and expect. I am so happy! We took our large mix breed dog to be de-shedded. He was making white fur balls everywhere in the house and we couldn’t keep up. After we got him back form Hailey’s there are no fur balls. I would def recommend this service if you are having same issues. They were professional, got us right in, and done on time.

Terrible service. The first time I went, there was no problem. Second appointment their systems went down which I understand and they had no record of anyone’s appointments, but they took the dogs anyways. The third appointment I made a month in advance. They would not pick up their phone all week when I tried to call them. Finally I got a confirmation from them on Friday to confirm my appointment for Saturday. Confirmed it about 20 minutes later, I got a text saying appointment cancelled and some other excuse why they couldn’t take my dog. A good business owner would offer to reschedule. I will not use this place again. It would be terrible to have my dogs they’re not be able to get a hold of them, I would look elsewhere

Idk what friends Hailey had on here making fake reviews but this place is a whole lie.Made an appointment with her a week in advance, drove ACROSS TOWN to take my dog to be groomed and after making it all the way home i had to turn around and pick him up immediately because it was canceled last minute. Not only has she NOT tried to make it right now she wont respond on fb or pick up the phone.Seems she only stays in business by the will of whoever spoils her and pays her rent.

My long haired German shepherd dog was brought here last week... and the groomer decided to shave my dog. I have tried calling the business to try and understand why they would do this and they will not call me back. I am still very upset seeing all of my dog's hair gone. Extremely disappointed with this groomer.
