I just moved to Daytona about 3 years ago and have been bringing my toy poodle here for a long time because it's only a few minutes by where i live. I have always been happy with my dog's haircut but will not be back again after being disrespected after being a loyal customer. Price started at $55 and now up to $100 for a little toy poodle. My neighbor has 2 huge golden doodles and brings them here and told me they pay $100 for them. I am 64 years old and can't always keep up with my poodle's hair due to medical conditions and he doesn't allow me to brush him much so he gets matted and I need to have him groomed. The groomer told me I needed to bring my dog every month so he wouldn't get matted but when I made an appointment and came in a month later she complained that he didn't have enough hair. Also had to cancel twice recently because I was sick with a virus for over a month and unfortunately my dog went a little longer than usual without being groomed so he was matted and this time when I went in the lady was rude to me and charged $100. I understand that dealing with matted dog hair is more work but i have explained my situation multiple times and now since being overcharged and disrespected they have lost a customer.

Shout out to Casey, what an amazing groomer and just a kind person! We are new to the area and have had a hard time finding a groomer for our 10 month shih tzu. He is highly sensitive around the head and face and proves to be a bit of a handful, but Casey was able to take care of him no problem. If you’re wondering if you should bring your pet to this groomer, don’t wait anymore. Your pet will be in good hands! Also, Donna, who helped us at the front desk, was very sweet and welcoming. Their store is in a clean location and filled with all kinds of goodies and treats you can purchase to take home with your pet.

Was there over a year ago and the groomer then did a great job. I've been grooming our dogs at home due to bad groomers.(Won't let anyone touch their nails except for our vet. Ormond Beach Animal Hospital. Thought I would try again. Went there and the groomer came out to see my baby. Had a bad vibe from this person. Both of us were stooped on the floor showing her a little cyst on her shoulder. She tried to pull on my dogs leash and drag her towards her. My dog didn't want anything to do with her. My dog loves people. I told her not to do it. She did again. That was it I picked up my dog and told her I was NOT COMFORTABLE leaving her with you and just walked out the door. P.S. when I called for an appointment. Someone at the LPGA location told me their groomers had quit. Last visit they didn't have a groomer cause they quit. I had to reschedule.Sounds like they can't keep employees.

The staff at this location was very professional, kind and accommodating, I took my Chow Chow who had a traumatizing experience at a different grooming company; Morgan who took care of my dog at the time of my visit handled it perfectly. 10/10 would recommend.

They did an excellent job grooming my pup Dakota. She was not easy. 5 month old 5lbs and not wanting it done. Jen took her time and did wonderful. Dakota came out happy. Thank you!!!

Unless you are willing to be disrespected do NOT bring your animal here! This place has gone completely downhill. Their groomer is rude, obnoxious and has no understanding of her job. Completely unprofessional. I left because with her bad attitude I thought she may harm my pup.Avoid this place!!!

The store has a convenient location but very pricey!!!Seems like when I came here they were out of a lot of items. I was looking for a birthday cake or cookie and birthday hats or clothing or anything to make it special for my baby's 1st birthday but to my disappointment they did not have any.Hopefully the next time they'll have more variety.

I brought my long haired dachshund in to be groomed. They did a marvelous job! He looked so cute when I picked him up. I had made an appointment for 10 am and received a call at 11:00 that he was done. Very pleased with Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming, Daytona Beach!

I took my dog for a grooming today. They were very friendly and definitely dog lovers. I like that they were doing one dog at a time. Told me Graycie would be done in 1 hour and I received the call in 1 hour that she was ready for pickup. Very reasonable as well and highly recommend.

Heather is exceptional. When Bull Run closed, I was frantic to locate a local pet store that carried the dry and wet foods my 8 year old German Shepherd eats. Heather ordered the food but gave me some samples of Fromm to tide me over. She even stayed later to accommodate my estimated arrival time. That is what I consider Great Customer Service.

This is my go-to for Gourmet dog treats in the area unfortunately I have no idea how they're grooming facilities are but each time I've been in there patrons have been thrilled with how they're pets have been attended to.

UPDATE.......I received a phone call today from the owner of Woof Gang on LPGA Blvd; he was extremely professional and apologetic regarding my recent involvement with his small business. He expressed that his business means everything to him and that he was concerned when he heard what myself and others have experienced in his store. He sincerely asked that those of us who didn't receive the customer care that he himself would expect to receive to please give them another chance and that he knew changes had to be made. I won’t get into the details but what I will say is Woof Gang will get a second chance with me ...I thank him from all the fur babies in "The Hood" Please read if you have dog and are considering WOOF GANG BAKERY for grooming!OK...first I’m going to say all those from the dog park who WARNED me ( Tuckers mom, Todos mom, Ellies mom, Gracies mom etc😂)you were right!!! Had appt this morning at Woof Gang Bakery by Latitude for a total grooming. My husband and I both combed our morkie last night and again this morning and just like you said I got call saying he had to be shaved because too matted!! I just had him there 3 weeks ago with another lady for bath and no problems...this groomer was snotty when I got there and got worse over the phone when I questioned her and said I didn’t want him shaved...then she said he snapped at her🤷‍♀️. Maybe he did but I’m thinking it may something to do with her too!! Told her to forget it and I was coming to pick him up. My groomer back home said he has one of the better temperaments of the dogs she does. Long story short...they charged me $40 and still no cut....moral of story I will no longer give them any business including all those treats I used to buy. Now after my total rant😂😂😂can somebody please recommend good groomer in area who loves dogs!!

My mini schnauzer Pugsy, was cut exactly as requested. Dawn is great and Pugsy got a good report card. I give Woof Gang Bakery an A+ for grooming. And the Bakery....best treat ever and had to remind my husband that the cupcakes were for the dogs!

I called to see if the groomer here had any photos of dogs similar to my dogs breed, they said yes, but they don’t have an email so they can’t send them to me. Lol pretty bad customer service if you ask me! Wont be taking my two dogs to get groomed here with no idea how their work looks..

Overall my dogs hair service was great, except that the groomer cut the tip off of my shelties take, which in specifically ask her not to touch.

Ginger got a bath and the mud deshedding. She looked awesome afterwards. Her hair was shiny and all of the loose undercoat was gone. Great job Woof Gang.
