First off this place cannot get enough 🌟. This place is amazing. We moved to Florida 4 months ago and we needed a new pet store for our piggies and service animal. Our first time there we were greated by Daniel and we told him what we were looking for and he was so eager to help us. Our dog ran into a few problems when we moved here the first thing was really bad dry skin and we went in and Daniel helped us. The second third and fourth time our dog had fleas and we had a hard time getting rid of them but with Daniels help we successfully got rid of them for a reasonable price. We absolutely love going in and seeing Daniels smiling face and he loves our dog like his own. I don't know how much Daniel makes but this guy needs a raise please give him one. He's simply amazing and has the biggest ❤️. He genuinely cares about all animals even if they are not his. We are loyal customers because if him and will continue to be. As soon as we come in and he sees us he comes right to us. Thank you Daniel for all of your help and your hard work!

Great service! Daniel and his staff are very knowledgeable about the store's products and are always available to answer question and to offer suggestions for your pet. I wouldn't shop any where else for my kitties!

Always pleasant experiences. Friendly staff...my boyfriend ended up buying me a ferret for our anniversary, after they let me play with him, and I fell in love. Now he's out of that cage, and has 1 sister, and 2 brothers to play with. He has a great home, and plays all day!!! ❤️❤️

We took our 15 week old Goldie, Cinnamon, into the store for the first time. Of course a little accident, but not a big deal. They understood she is just a little pup and accidents happen. The staff, as always, was amazing. They asked if she could have a treat and were so gentle with her. I can’t wait to take her back for another visit.

The customer service is superb! The store associates are the most knowledgeable associates that I have encountered at ANY pet shop. The animals in store are well cared for. I can tell they personally care for each animal and take their time getting acquainted with them.

My daughter recently took me to her favorite new pet store. I was very impressed with Casey, our sales associate! The entire shop even smelled clean. The fish area was well taken care of & I will definitely buy all my needed fish products there in the future. I’m so happy we found this excellent store for our aquatic hobbies & pet care!

This is a great store. Wonderful treats for dogs. Beautiful dog collars. Nice selection. They welcome your pet if you carry them in with you too. And they gave my fur baby a free treat at the checkout too. We will be regular customers here.

The people that work there are always welcoming and willing to help. I had a couple questions and ended up spending over $100 on my cats food for the month...along with treats and a plug in that's supposed to help my sweet little wild children reach nirvana or a truce of sorts!♡I'll let you know what happens because if the plug in doesn't work I'm signing the new cat up for boot camp!....*update! No boot camp for the newbie thanks to the plug in and a knowledgeable staff!♡ Called ahead to see if a product was on the shelf and the staff held the food at the register without having to ask!! Coolio right?!
