I had a fantastic experience here although I did not do a lot of shopping. 100% I will definitely return to this location instead of going to the one in Victoria park. It's much more updated, larger & clean. I saw 4 unused motorized carts. Hot deli food was my breakfast. The BBQ Riblets were (not overly sweet and had a small kick) 8.5/10 Mac and cheese (soft, not baked, great, somewhat strong cheese flavor) 7/10 plantains 9/10. They had a couple tables where I was able to sit and enjoy my meal. The employees were very friendly and gave me a sample To assist me in deciding what I wanted. Nice little clearance section.

At 9:30 PM, one door was already locked, I wanted a cake from behind the bakery counter, but no one was available to get it for us, I got it myself. Went to the self check out lines only and saw a man with his lap licking dog in the freaking grocery cart. The self check out security clerk said or did anything about the dog. The manager finally said something to him, but probably only because I was not happy about it 😕.

Was a decent place. Now there are never any human lanes open and symphony of self check-out robots CONSTANTLY YELLING at everyone about putting scanned items back in the bag area EVEN WHEN THEY ARE THERE. I can’t leave this place where trout being a bad mood. — And the fake sales have gotten ridiculous. Yeah right this gross looking, non-US ribeye with no marbling is normally $25 lb. Annoying.

First time I have been to a Winn-Dixie that I can recall and I enjoyed it. It's a big, spacious and clean store! Inventory is huge, if you need something you'll probably find it here! Service is grade A, in particular a friendly accented gentleman in the deli section and a nice Self-Service checkout fellow! If I could compare it to anything I'd compare it to Frys from AZ, and if I have to go back here, which I probably will, I'll probably get a free membership to get better prices! No complaints!Edit: Took some photos of the store, outside and inside, each isle and stuff like that!

Nice and clean recently renovated. Lovely seating area if you want to have a sub or something from the hot bar. The bakery makes some truly amazing cakes. Have a great special today buy 2 bottles of 19 Crimes wine that’s on sale for $9.99 and you get a free lobster tail! They also make fresh sushi here even to order if you can wait a few minutes. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Parking is never a problem. I highly recommended. They also have a floral department.

Went into this location to purchase a few items. Had just checked my cellphone, and i was at less than 1% battery. Something at the entrance made a noise like someone stole something.I returned a few Kombuchas and Kept 2 that were horrible!The next thing my cellphone allerted a strange noise, and once I plugged my cellphone in to charge it, I saw that my emergency contacts were allerted to my location and Plantation City police had called my cellphone.Someone working in the store set my emergency alarm! Why???Also, has the return not been put back in my bank?????Crazy employees at Publix were robbing me inside the store and in my car. Called themselves Wiccans.My doctors called them narcotics theives and people who eat flesh off of human beings. Physically Threw me off a gurney at the hospital and stabbed me in my wrist. They claimed they were security, patients, and Doctors. Broke my wrist at the hospital!Same people in Davie, Florida, broke my nose when I was attacked in my home!Stole my identification and insurance and robbed my bank accounts by ordering cards to be delivered across the street from my home.

Last 4 times I've been here they have no register lanes open only self checkout. While thats happening they have 5 employees over looking the self checkout? Makes no sense. Last night we were there it was terrible. Majority of the customers are purchasing lots of items during this season and the self checkout isn't built for that. Figure it out, you people suck.

This store can be GOOD but it’s the people who work at this store they have 1 rude disrespectful store manager ELI they have no good customer service at all everytime I come to this store there is no one in the front there be no line open you have people on they phone not paying attention I had stopped this young man who work here n ask if he can help me find where something is he had his headphones in his ear and another thing is the cart NEVER works there is a couple of people that always have good customer service I believe there name is Diego, Angie, Christian, Alexus, Lilly I hope I spelled they name right these people will go out they way to give u the service u need

This Winn dixie is horrible because every time you go to customer service you wait ten minutes on average and that’s if anybody even show up . I have banned this winn dixie and have offered discounts for my employees to do the same . The winn dixie on nobhill is much nicer and not to far away.

I bought my meat at Winn-Dixie while it was on sale and the tenderloin was delicious and the prime rib was incredible they were tender cooked to perfection would buy it again can’t wait gonna go on sale again I’ll be back to buy make sure you’re watching the newspaper and when that prime rib goes on sale or the tenderloin go get it at Winn-Dixie you can’t beat the price

Significantly cheaper than Publix and their produce selection is always well stocked with quality product.Only complaint is that there’s not any baskets to use while shopping. Rarely do I need an entire cart and I feel like it slows me down.

Produce is never really fresh. Lots of fruit flies. Bread reaching expiration date or past on shelves. Never my first choice but close and convenient for limited items.UPDATE: This place updated but it's the same mess. You leave moldy fruit on display (photo). You don't fill up the produce that gets taken. I hate having to rely on this place. Always a let down.

This location is located near my home. I shop here at least 3-4 times a week. Maggie who works the customer service counter is rude and has a nasty attitude. She over talks you. I had an issue with a sale item and as I’m explaining the situation she kept rudely interrupting me and kept telling me the item is incorrect. Not once did she scan the item or gave me an opportunity to explain. This is my third time dealing with her and it’s always an issue. She treats customers horribly. I’ve also seen how she interacts with other customers and it’s always rudely. We all have bad days however I will not be disrespected and spoken to like I’m not a paying customer. She should not be allowed to work with the public. She needs to be trained on CUSTOMER SERVICE as well as allowing people to explain the issue so it can be resolved in a timely and professional manner. I should not have to spend 10 minutes explaining anything if I have a receipt and the sale is still current. What was suppose to be a 20 minute store run turned in to an hour. MAGGIE DO BETTER.

Normally I like shopping here. But today parking lot was flooded and they had no assisted cash registers open. I don't mind doing the self-service when I only have a handful of items but when you have a full cart it's not very easy. I asked a young man standing there if they were going to open up one of the normal cash registers and he just said no. Not very customer-focused if you ask me.

The good: we’ve been going to this store for years. The meat department has really nice people working in there. Today Adam was able to help me with items I’ve been waiting on for a few weeks now. The sushi guy is always so nice and remembers me and what I like. Overall We like Winn Dixie bc they have good salesThe not so good: More often than not the sale items aren’t available the week of the sale. We get rain checks but that’s not the point. Not sure if deliveries are still slow but if you advertise products for sale they should be in store.Also, the young ladies at the customer service desk are very immature and rude. I wouldn’t call that customer service. Maybe they need to be retrained or moved to a different department until they can act civilly with the stores customers. This is a major reason why the 2 stars.Otherwise the store is clean and organized.
