Angel in the garden center went WAAYYY above and beyond for me tonight. I needed 14 bags of top soil and he made this incredibly easy for me. I tried to tip him and he refused. This man was truly an angel to me tonight and he deserves a promotion and a raise!!

This Winn-Dixie is beautiful inside. Fully stocked shelves. Very clean. The store has a large inventory. Its a very nice store. There's two large picnic tables inside next to the deli you can grab & sit down eat lunch there. Very nice hot case display in the deli department with several different chicken wing options and other hot food. The deli is connected side-by-side to the bakery which has a beautiful cake and dessert display. One of the nicest grocery stores in town.

Great place. Friendly service. I went there to pick up an item. After I told the app I had parked, the app said the item had been picked up. I asked one of the associates about this. He went and checked. He came out a minute or so later with my item. Great and timely setvice.

Hello,I hope everybody is doing better than I am. I am dumbfounded by the service that was given to me at the Davie Location on University drive. I went to purchase a 60 inch Tv Ive been looking at and has been on sale for a while now, and today was the day I finally decided to purchase it. It took TWENTY minutes for the teenage cashier to cash me out because he couldn’t figure out how to work the affirm payment option. Which should be basic training as you guys have a partnership. And instead of asking for some assistance, he continued to try to figure it out himself. Which it shouldn’t be that difficult to work with a POS system, and I understand sometimes they act stupid, but I have been working with them for a long time now and I’ve never been stuck for 20 minutes. Once that whole endeavor was over I bought the TV home , my excitement to unbox it was shattered, like the screen. And the roach that was calling my smart Tv box home scattering across my floor was just a breaking point. I have been a loyal Walmart customer for YEARS, because it beats the other competitors prices by a long shot. But if it prevents a roach infestation, I’ll spend the extra dollars at Target. I went to the store to get the issue rectifed, and nobody seemed to care as they were close to closing. I went home with a cracked TV and I’m still looking for the roach. I wanted to voice my concerns to somebody higher up, to see if you guys can fix this. And I mean this wholeheartedly I am disgusted, disappointed and dissatisfiedI would say thank you, but I have no TV

Good selection of products, not as competitive as it used to be with regards to prices. Som items I could buy at much lower prices from vending machines or gas station grocery shops. Toilets need better maintenance.

Great range of products with good prices. Avoid peak times on Saturday/Sunday as lines are long and there are never enough checkouts open. This is less of a problem at other Walmart stores. Ideal times are close to opening time and closing time.

Has moat of what we need but of course no person in sight to help if you need it and not a person on sight at the registers. Use self check out and have loss prevention pull you Into a room and accuse you of not ringing up one thing on over a hundred dollars worth of groceries. And it was a mistake the whole time, I had paid for everything. I didn't even get a sorry or anything. Just sad and gross now.

I will say this.This Walmart is better than most don't get me wrong it's still trashy customers and angry stuff but it seems a little more organized and safe than most Walmarts I've been to. Closes at 11 pm i got there at 1030pm I till found someone to help me

Whent to do a return and although the store was clean and tidy the wait at customer service for the return was way to long. Also it was a disorganized line and a mess in customer service. And only two associates working the returns/exchanges/ layaway is not very efficient during the holiday season.

After Thanksgiving day, a lot of regular items such as parsley, rosemary, cilantro, etc, were missing from the shelvesAlso, a full stack of storage boxes were, according to the employee, on the wrong shelf with the wrong tag, ( $7.00 difference, and even for him was dificult to see on the tag the item description discrepancy), but nothing could be done about it. So, as I needed the box, I had to pay the price shown by the register, and the "wrong item with the wrong price tag " continued in the same place. By the way, the employees were nice.

If I could give this Walmart location a negative star review, I would. These people are retarded. I will never do the grocery pick up option again in my life. Order placed at 2 o’clock in the afternoon. Got an email at 3:30 saying it was ready. Due to the fact that groceries now cost as much as rent does, I had to wait until I got out of work at 5. 5:15 PM. I am there checked in. Two cars pull up on each side of me. Get their groceries and leave . Two more cars pull up on each side of me get their groceries and leave. By this time, I am trying to speak to the guys coming out, like, I’ve been here for 30 minutes, can you help me? Oh yes, there’s a glitch in the system. Let me get your order. I’ll be back in five minutes. 15 minutes later my groceries were delivered to my car. There were four single With a total of eight items so two products in each bag. (as if I don’t have enough garbage to take care of) That is a whole 45 minutes of my life I will never get back. Never again.

Incorrect pricing @ checkout! Item marked $9.97 on shelf, rang up as $11.97. Cashier & Cashier Supervisor both "argued" that it was $11.97 and insisted the item must have been in the wrong place on the shelf. I went back & took photo of the label on shelf. They continued to argue it was a different item and "their computer" was right. After another floor asst. checked price and item #, they agreed that the item purchased was the same as the $9.97 label on shelf and they would honor the price marked on the shelf. It took more than 25 minutes for them to resolve the problem and were extremely rude. The price difference was a total of $20 difference becase I purchased 10 of these items. Beware that your purchases ring up as the priced marked.

Yesterday on 4/8, I visited this Walmart around 7:30. This Walmart is unfriendly, rude, non helpful. I was looking for pretzel rods which it stated was in Aisle A23 when I looked in that aisle I couldn’t find them, however the app stated this store had them in stock. I ask a lady and she stated if they are not there they are not there, SHE was rude. This is normal for this store. It’s always rude, and unfriendly. I’ve had workers at self checkout give me attitude because the barcode for an item wasn’t working and I’ve needed their assistance. I’m done coming here. The final straw for me was when I went to use my grape tomatoes for my Easter dinner today, and they were black with mold. I am disgusted. This was present on the bottom of the tomato pack so I didn’t see this when purchasing but how is this okay??? To have produce like This, this isn’t the first time with this store and rotten produce I purchased asparagus a few months ago and it was rotten a day after I bought it. I am dissatisfied with this Walmart completely, from the rude customer service to the nasty produce. I am not even going to bother returning these for my money back because I know the customer service will give me a hard time as they are just as rude over there. Walmart doesn’t care. Ever. So it’s not worth it. I’m just mad and disgusted by the unfriendliness and DISGUSTING and unsanitary produce. I had to go to target to find my pretzel rods, and target and publix is where i will shop from now on. this walmart is close to me not even 5 minutes away,but i wont be going back.

To be honest I cant stand Walmart. But there is something about this location that keeps me coming back. I never have to wait in line for longer than 5 minutes at this location. I almost always find what I need. I tried other Walmarts but they don't compare to this one. I don't know what it is, but I love it!

The worst pickup place ever. Waiting for over an hour for my pickup order to get to my car. At the time I’m writing this its been over an hour and still nothing. You call the pickup phone number and noone answers. This is absolutely unacceptable. And worst part is that customer service said because I checked in i have to wait to get my order, I’m unable to come back tomorrow at a better time. So inconvenient because I have other errands to run and could have been doing but I can’t because I’m stuck here in the spot waiting for my order to get to my car. HIRE MORE PEOPLE THIS IS RIDICULOUS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

A warehouse with a large parking space, ample space to walk with your friends or family, the different products that are required to buy. If you want to have lunch, dinner will find alternatives for it. A great variety of products, which you can choose with the time you want. The best prices of florida you will find in general terms.

Did not want to warranty their battery.. As you can clearly see in the photos the date is 12/19. They said computer says 2017. They need a better way to track these batteries. Think twice before buying a Walmart battery.

Always a disappointment with this Walmart. When you order for delivery, they can never find the thins you need or cancel your order and you have to wait for a refund. Products are there, however never on the shelf, and pallets laying around so you are not able to navigate the store.

This Walmart was very crowded the checkout lines were very long. Then after waiting in checkout line went to customer service line for another long wait to get a money order only to be told the system was down, and they didn't know when they would be back up. They could have had someone tell the customers if they wanted money orders or money transfer that the system was down instead of having us wait all that time just to be told the system was down. They can do better.
