Hello I just walked into Walgreens to pick up a prescription greeted by Judith she told me that she’d call me instead of waiting and I opted for that within 1hr she called me telling that my prescription was ready great customer service. Sandra helped me once I arrive at the store to get my meds another great experience with customer service I feel as if I’ve gone back in time where people are nice. Miss Mary the pharmacist excellent people skills she treated me with the utmost professionalism and kindness. I’m taken aback by Davie Fla customer service. I come from miami lakes a neighborhood where kindness decency politeness is dead. People don’t look you in the eyes no honesty no word absolutely bad experience and zero professionalism. I use to be hours on the phone on hold those unlike people at the pharmacy with pick up the phone and literally hang up in me. This is actually really sad to say but I want Walgreens corporate to be aware of what’s happening here. I’m not one to ever say that I feel or get discriminated against but after today it was just unacceptable. I went to this Walgreens location to purchase gift cards for Christmas and was told by Syed that I couldn’t use Apple Pay because I was purchasing gift cards and it requires the physical card. So I used my physical card, with no problem. I went to another Walgreens just now to purchase the remaining gift cards, and was told that it is not a requirement to purchase gift cards with a physical card. I just feel like it’s sick to discriminate someone’s intentions because of the color of their skin and I’m so comfortable within myself that a lawsuit isn’t necessary it’s just sad and I pray for your heart to not assume the worst in people from the color of their skin or your past encounters.

Came in around 11 pm for Breathe Right nasal strips. They're locked up. Guy shows right away, tries about 30 keys. No luck. Another guy tries his keys. No luck. Third guy can't get it open either. Can't get these dangerous nasal strips free. Finally guy #3 managed to pry one box loose. The night is saved but the question is begged - why in the world are harmless nasal strips locked up and why TF does no one have the key? 20 minutes of my life wasted.

Probably the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. We were on hold for 30 minutes and they ended up hanging up. Mind you, this is 7pm at night. Husband and I ended up going into the store and all the pharmacy workers were just standing around. Very unprofessional, very unfriendly.

Have had mostly good luck with the pharmacy here, but FYI if a customer has to leave a medication behind because they can’t afford it sternly repeating how much the medication would cost without insurance and insisting they look at the price on the bag doesn’t suddenly make them able to afford the prescription. Actually it kind of just makes things worse. Maybe don’t do that?

This walgreens is going severely downhill. I have been a customer here for my entire life that i’ve lived in davie, roughly 20 years now, and It is extremely ghetto now with very rude and inconsiderate staff who have no basic manners or customer service skills whatsoever. Just sad! Consider other options over this … only come here if you absolutely have to

I went to this Walgreens to purchase a walker for my mom who recently broke her hip. I wasn't sure if it was going to fit in my mom's condo so I wanted a receipt in case I needed to return it. They refused to give me a printed receipt and advised digital receipts were the only option. Nazia was rude and not helpful. I asked for the manager and Sean arrived with sunglasses on (it was dark outside) and he refused to assist me. He told me to come back on Monday when the store manager was in as he was just a shift manager. What horrible customer service! No wonder Walgreens stores are disappearing throughout the country!

STAY FAR AWAY!!! PLEASE GO TO THE PUBLIX #1606 PHARMACY INSTEAD. didn’t have any of my prescriptions and took insanely long to process. was waiting on hold for 22 minutes to be met with STATIC and background voices and then finally a person on the phone who says “one moment” … I’m now on hold for 25 minutes because I accidentally missed a call about a prescription they may delete from their system. I’m now waiting for 30 minutes and they finally answer again to say “please hold” and put on the egregious elevator music …these people are so rude - act as if it’s YOUR PROBLEM for asking a question and make you feel stupid. don’t have any awareness of your time wasted and treat you like garbage after spending 30+ minutes on the phone. absolutely disgusting way of service. Hope this place shuts down truly as they cause so much mental strain and fatigue. Please PLEASE save yourself and go to another pharmacy - preferably publix (less people, answer the phone ASAP, much kinder, larger array of prescriptions)

If you need medication do not come here. Usually it takes 20-30 minutes to fill a prescription, it took them 25 minutes to tell me they are able to fill it! All the pharmacists are nasty and have attitude. They also like playing games with your medicine

They need new management, they don’t accept phone coupons ($10 dollars coupon)they need coupons on paper at this point that we are on 2023 most people are all digital and they say that they don’t have a way to print it even though they have their photo department. They are becoming digital on what they want not on everything!

No matter what time you go to the pharmacy and no matter what day or what week or what month, 8 out of 10 employees have no enthusiasm, manners, and customer service skills. They have a big turnover. No surprise. The few that are permanent make no effort to acknowledge the fact that they have seen my face many times. Total strangers every single time and you cannot pay them to smile. The pharmacist comes to the window if you have a question as if being annoyed by the interruption. The volume of work is enormous but they still can find ways to be more welcoming and professional. We all have a cross to carry in our own lives and jobs as well, but a healthcare employee should be a lot more welcoming. I know pharmacy work is very boring but you guys would get a lot more out of it if you interacted in a better way with us, the customers.

The manager Dennis Kim and his associate Judith showed extreme prejudice when assisting customers. As a black woman and this is black history month I was offended when Judith came and spoke Spanish to Dennis about a break Dennis was helping a customer and after he finished with her he saw me standing there next with 4 items and ignored me and shooed me to the main register. I ask for the manager and to my surprise he IS the manager and handled my issue with him AGAIN with 0 RESPECT and WALKED AWAY FROM ME! Then walked behind the counter and took the white customers only . This is very disturbing experience as a VISITOR to this state and Walgreens! I would never go back or recommend anyone to

Store Staff and pharmacy are hard workers. They have more work than most people would ever care to handle and they do it with kindness. We had a mix up with our meds being ready today and Carisa went above and beyond to get us ready and on our way. Really grateful for the people in this store.

I wanted to use an e-gift card that I had already previously purchased. Cashier did not know how to charge it. In order to not hold up the line I used my credit card. As I walked out I noticed on the receipt the cashier charged me for the purchase of a new gift card. I went back to get a refund only to be told they couldn’t refund me the purchase even though it was an error on the cashier.

I wish I could give this location a 0, I purchased some items earlier in the day at a different location and when I went to my parents later on I went to return 2 of the items at the location near them. As a previous Walgreens employee I know the lies they tell customers when they assume they are scamming the store and don't want to do a return or exchange. I came in WITH the physical receipt from the same day, and noticed the attitude the lady at the from instantly got, she fake scanned the receipt, then told me I needed to go to the original location to make my return. The shift lead for that night just stood right next to her and said nothing as of what she did and said was ok. They didn't know until I mentioned I use to recently work for Walgreens that I knew they were wrong and they just said bye have a great day extremely sarcastically. The crazy part is I went down the street and returned the items at another location with no problem. Mr. Lang if this is how you train your employees to treat customers I can see why the reviews are so low.

I had the worst experience at this pharmacy with the pharmacist Crystal. She was so rude to me and made me feel stupid and completely belittled me with the way she spoke to me. I believe when someone becomes a pharmacist it is to help people and make people feel better. Not the experience I had with Crystal.

Make sure that you call ahead because they tend to close in the most inconvenient time (morning rush hour.) I know… It’s not open 24/7 as they claim.

Horrible pharmacy. Half the time they post that they had insurance issues with my meds when no other pharmacy has ever had issues with my insurance. Every time I call and wait the 10 minutes on hold, I finally get someone to ask about the "insurance issue" and it goes right through. I'm convinced they just mark "insurance issue" when they don't want to do what little work it takes to file it.They will never have your prescriptions ready in a timely manner. They're either out of stock, claim insurance issues or just take hours to work on uploading it to the system. Anticipate at least 2 hours for prescriptions to be worked on, a chance they're out of stock, and having to call them to get them to actually file it through insurance rather than just marking that there's an issue (if you don't call, they will never try to resolve this "issue")

Hands down the worse pharmacy I've ever been too. The techs are horrible. Even hoping for decent customer service is too much. They're rude. They're curt. They see you standing there and stare at you. They hate answering questions related to your meds. They are just overall horrible!!! I made the decision to move my meds and drive further to avoid going here.

Photo dept is terrible. Needed a photo for a funeral. Said it would be ready same day at 5pm. Picked it up 12pm next day on the way and they said it was never processed bc machine was broken. Nevee got a call or email letting me know. Going to the funeral empty handed. Employee was rude and blamed everyone else but her.

I'll update my review as soon as they fix the camera. Over a week and nothing has changed so now I who am currently disabled have to figure out how to get to the next store to get passport pictures taken. Frustrating because the store is the closest to my house.

Very unprofessional service. The lady at the photo department doesn’t even look at you when you’re speaking to her. They just don’t care. Working as a customer service representative you must teach your employee to have a certain aspect of professionalism.

My go to Walgreens location, regular in store associates are great, but the Pharm techs are hit or miss honestly.Just brace yourself for a bad personality when you go up to that window.The not so good ones have poor communication skills. I was talking to this lady and she hung up the phone and walked away. No “one moment” or “give me a second” or “hold on”The drive thru is quicker than walk ins.
