I had the worst experience at this Walgreens that I've ever had in my whole life! She is a want to be manager her name is Rebecca. She does not know customer service at all.She could not do a simple return and then would not sell me a product from the store after that and told me to leave. Very rude and disrespectful. Hope no one ever has to deal with her ever. I will not be returning to this location as long as she is there.

Bad customer service and there is no sense of importance wether you do business here or not. I guess they don't care if the store remains open or closes. It wouldn't surprise me if they close at some point. Terrible staff

We stopped in during our family shopping weekend and found everything we wanted and needed. The only reason we don't go to Walgreens is if there's a store sale they still want that idiotic card or your phone number. We sometimes skip coming to the store because of that but this is about our visit this time and we are giving a perfect score. They should give some thought to stopping the idea of that little discount card or phone numbers, we know of several people that say the same thing. We will be back, just not as often.

Do not bother SINDI, she such a rude employee, she has not idea about customer service and she doesn’t have patience at all with clients. I feel bad for the other employees that are near her all day!

Gladys is just wonderful - always bubbly and happy. The manager (I believe her name may be Carol?) is super nice, too. My bonus points didn't scan and she added them to my account without an issue. They also don't give me a hard time with my coupons. Love this Walgreens!

Im convinced the employees at walgreens’ pharmacies are required to be rude and condescending. I just went to drop off a prescription and felt stupid by how they responded to me. I felt like my pharmaceutical needs inconvenienced them. I am soo sorry for needing medication!Gonna stick with publix pharm as much as possible, they don’t treat me like a degenerate.✌️

Ana is amazing!!!!!!!!! (Walgreen’s Shenandoah SR 84) She took the time to help me with a poster order and didn’t leave my side until we got it the way it should be! It came out beautiful , all thanks to the very sweet and lovely Ana !

I absolutely love Gladys , a cashier and sales associate, at this Walgreens. She is so helpful, nice and always asks how me and my boyfriend are doing. she's become like family to the point where I'd invite her to our wedding for sure. she just has to keep encouraging him and putting the idea in his head lol wink wink. (inside joke)

This is my least favorite Walgreens in all of Broward county. One lady there in particular displays the worst customer service that I've ever experienced and is even insulting. I shop at this store only when I have no other choice. Make sure that you never buy anything there that you might need to return as she will find any possible reason to either not accept your return or to give you back the least possible amount for the item. I tried to return a defective item and she refused to issue a refund. I took it back to another Walgreens and they were very courteous and had no problem with accepting the return and issuing a refund. I used to shop at Walgreens all the time where I used to live but I moved and now because this Walgreens is now the closest one to me, I very rarely shop at Walgreens. There are other options out there.

Awful pharmacy. Went for a Covid vaccine.System was down (not the workers’ faults) but they had me show my cards and fill out paperwork multiple times. They weren’t professional about it and I didn’t even want them jabbing me so I just left. Waste of 45 minutes.

One of the worst experiences i have ever had at at walgreens. As i approached the register to pay there was no cashier available, i was in a rush for my kids go to school in the morning so without touching computer or scan gun, i passed my items through the red scanner to punch in my rewards number. I was then confronted by the worst employee named SYLVIA. She responded " so your that much in a rush you couldnt wait" with the upmost disrespectful attitude. She continued to go back and forth with me, the customer in trying to justify why she wasnt properly aware of her duties as a front desk cashier. And ended the conversation with "whatever". As a former walgreens employeed im astonished at how she came at me with out me even saying one word to her. She dosent deserve to work there. SYLVIA has the worst customer service ive ever witnessed.

I have been trying to fill a prescription at this location for over two weeks. There was an issue where the insurance would not fill a one month supply so I was back and forth on my own with Walgreens, my doctor and insurance company which I think should have been dealt with by Walgreens and not the patient . They also do not call to let you know there is an issue. You figure that out when you don’t hear back from them in a couple days. I finally got a call after two weeks that my rx was ready, picked it up , got home and it’s a one month supply when the box and receipt clearly said 3 month. I returned to be told by pharmacist that they made a mistake and Instead of taking responsibility , they then further blamed the doctor that he gave them wrong rx. My thing is even if Dr gave wrong rx isn’t the pharmacy supposed to figure that out and contact the Dr. to correct? They asked me to contact doctor. At one point I was calculating my dosage to explain to the pharmacist . This isn’t right . Please be careful when dealing with them.

I strongly dislike going to the walgreens. It just seems as though all the cashiers are sooo sooo slow and when a discount is suppose to be applied they forget or don't bother to check- assuming the walgreens card would automatically pick up the discounted price. I always have to go back and get a refund or credit.Just a bad experience overall.

Just your local walgreens. They have everything you expect a regular walgreens to have. The only thing is that they're a bit short on staff sometimes.

wow what a terrible pharmacy! The people there was terrible, I don't even want to talk about the manager! The manager a short old lady, who is she, yelling at me like a dog! The manager did not resolve the issue she made the issue worse. People like this shouldn't even be a manager!!!!! If I could give 0 stars thats what it is!

Pharmacy is totally incompetent. I live within a mile of this pharmacy and drive all the way to the Walgreens at Dykes and Sheridan so my prescriptions are filled correctly and timely.

Typical Walgreens. Normally you can get in and it fairly quick. Pharmacy is pretty good, too.
