This review is specifically for the garden center here as it’s AMAZING, the best one I have seen at any of their stores. They have active, daily, culling & stocking, and watering during the day even in 100+ degree heat. (Seemed like there’s less over-head coverage here than Pembroke. Trust me it’s HOT, but, they’re getting business done!). Anyway, the plants here are obviously VERY well-cared for. Nothing on display is wilted (or dead). Seriously, it’s clean and oh so organized! Makes shopping so much easier. I felt they even had a much better selection of annuals, perennials, large potted plants and trees. I will try to shop here from now on. Even the way the veggies were set up was very comprehensive. I’m considering purchasing two large Monstera plants for my walkway & didn’t see any at Pembroke I would consider (bad shape) but they had four worthwhile candidates here; yay! Also, the cashier at checkout was super efficient, too!Great work guys! 🙌👍👍😉

My visit today was very pleasant as I was treated very well by an Inder an employee that is very knowledgeable, helpful, attentive, and willing to go out of his way to assist a customer. My experience at my local Home Depot is not as pleasant as the one that I had today I congratulate him in his effort that he put in helping me locate exactly what I needed, he went far and beyond the normal assistance you would usually get from someone working an hourly job. Inder Not only assisted me but other customers that walked up to him with questions. Great job keep up the good work we need people like you working at Home Depot and other customer service jobs.

Called lady is rude and said she can’t look up anything she by herself then husband goes next day to get bbq ask to use measure tape and lady looks at him like he is crazy.He ask to get ring up and she gores him so he had to ask twice.We will never go to this one again.Bad Attitudes.We have one around on house in Davie in tower shops and they are so nice and helpful.

Not a fan of Home Depot but if the hire more employees like Jean people would shop there more . He knew what is asking for help figure out a better way to fix my plumbing issues . Got all the parts and pieces I need . The best experience I had with a Home Depot associate. You know the common phrase in Home Depot sorry not my department. But Jean did his thing and I was happy and got what I need without and stress of trying to find it on my own

Today I was at this place to buy a piece of sod, and the customer service was terrible. I spoke with over 5 people trying to get assistance, but no one came to help. I waited for over an hour and a half, with my wife and my 2-year-old baby, but they didn't seem to care at all. When I went to the checkout to call the manager, she was rude and took me to talk to a man who was sitting calmly, not attending to anyone, and he rudely told me to wait because there was someone before me. The manager did nothing to resolve the situation. I ended up leaving without buying anything, and I will never return to this place. I want to warn others to avoid going there and find another place with better service. What I needed wouldn't have taken them more than 5 minutes, but the inhuman and rude treatment was unacceptable.

Today, I had a displeasing experience at Home Depot. The cashier, Victoria, despite not speaking a word, had a clear attitude. As I was trying to pay for my item, the lady attempted to hand me the bag, but I didn't grab it as I was swiping the card. When I went to grab the bag, she slammed it onto the desk. It was very rude, and she did so right in front of my two children, showing no respect towards us customers. I left Home Depot disappointed in my experience. I might as well go to Lowes next time as they may treat me better than how Victoria did.

The most unprofessional group of employees working here. Nobody answers the phone and when they do you are told "I don't know what to do" and then put on hold for 30 minutes or more to only be disconnected.When you walk into the store, the employees can be found gathered together on their phones, eating bread, refusing to help customers and when they do "help" they have attitudes.If you plan on doing an online order, then prepare for your order to come in incomplete with no solutions to anything.Beware!

Maria in the Garden department is wonderful. Her love and knowledge for plants is unmatched. She was extremely helpful, kind, with incredible customer service. The selection at this location is by far my favorite.

Customer service is awful at this location. Do yourself a favor and go to the location down the street at 2300 S University DrDavie, FL 33324 where they actually know how to treat customers. I was there yesterday and everyone was helpful and friendly. Night and day to this store. They just act like they don’t see you.Tried asking a woman that works here if there was anyone that could help us with a plumbing question and as she continued to walk past us she mumbled “ I don’t know, I don’t work in that section.” Never even looked back or offered to help us find the person that could help us.

Had to wait almost 20 minutes in the Pro phone orders line while 5 employees walk around twiddling their thumbs doing nothing. Meanwhile the guy who was handling the line is laughing with a customer with zero urgency. Only one person trained to this in an emtire home depot. Ridiculous.

I dont recommend getting your windows done with homedepot. Besides me initial meeting with Jack, everything was horrible. ARMADO, the contractor lies and patronizes every step of the way, impossible for him to follow up and deliver on unfinished work. The window install is pathetic, i wasnt even provided screens. And the manager, micheal i think, terrible aswell never returns calls or follows up on customer concerns.

03/18/2024 at the phone conversation of 2:34pm with the customer service employee who didnt want to share her name on the phone.I have requested to learn the SOD return policy for the company.She has refused to share info and randomly put me on hold until the response was no return at all after 10 minutes phone call waiting.I have disputed the transaction of $127.76 with the referance number of "D-60209976" american express.I will further make a complaint on florida consumer department for costing my time and not compliying consumers' good intention on business purchases.Their employee was scared enough not to share a first name over the phone and ignorant enough to reach someone knows about the SOD return and warranty policy. Also rude enough to put on 4 random holds within 10 minutes while the customer trying to talk and finish a proper sentence. You will see my claim.

Great hardware store, here you can find anything to repair, improve or build in your house. From plants to appliances, paint, flooring, plumbing, electrical to tools, nails, screws, keys, cleaning supplies, bbq supplies, anything your heart desires. Staff is properly trained and helpful and prices are good. There is also a specialty rental section for your special projects.

Employees are always friendly and helpful. I just can’t stand being badgered my someone outside your store trying to sell me something or get me to sign up for something ever time I leave your store. I’ll purposely buy on Amazon just to avoid being pounced on by some random company every time I leave your store. Girl Scouts or schools I’m fine with but people trying to sell me some ridiculous thing is so off putting.I understand when you have Home Depot employees trying to sell services, I still find it annoying but I get it. 3rd party companies? Why? What manager is getting a kickback from this?

Fixing a bathroom issue- last night I went to store 6341, what a great experience. First I had to reopen a card, I asked Roseline where I should go, she stated not a problem your at customer service I'll help you.Then I needed help with plumbing fixtures jimmy took so much with me I was able to find what I need and made better choices with his suggestion.When checking out my coupon didn't work, clerk got Joann front end specialist I was little concerned because the line got long, she stated your important customer not to worry I'll take care of you.She was with me, got the coupon and had to call to get my approval . What a great experience, truly wish other home Depot stores were amazing as this one was for me. Very please customer 🤓

I recently bought an 80in toolbox from this store, obviously from how big it was I had to get it shipped to my job so I could use it. When it arrived it was destroyed, it had scratches everywhere, the back was caved in, and the top was pushed in so bad the top drawer wouldn't open, which is where they put the keys. Not to mention it was delivered upside down. When I called I was hung up on 5 times so I had to leave work to go in person, when I got there I was given the run around, I was told to go to another store bc they didn't fulfill the order even though I paid there, so I drive 20 minutes to the other store and I was told to go back to the 1st store. At this point I was furious, I get back to the 1st store and was to go back to the other store again. I gave up, so I went home and got the number for the GM. When I talked to the GM I was told I should expect a call the very next day to schedule a pick up for them to pick the box back up and refund me, it has not been 4 days and I still have yet to receive a phone call. This franchise has no respect for their customers and I am fed up. I will NEVER be shopping at Home Depot again.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I asked a store rep for sprinklerite and he pointed out at their phone number on the box told me to call them and they might be able to ship one to me or I can pick one up. I believe I came to home depot not sprinklerite customer service. Going to Lowell’s to pick one up .
