No self checkout the last 3 times I’ve been there & only 2 cashiers with very long lines. They need to change Target run to Target marathon.Who is managing this store & why do they think this is a good idea?

If I could give -5 stars I would. The word employee at self check out, very rude. You have one job to be helpful to your customers and she miserably failed.

I never review large stores or employees but today I had to stop and write about the exceptional customer service provided to me by Brian, Manager, at the Target, Davie, University Drive. I saw a pair of sandals and today was last day for 20% coupon. They had one left in my size and I could not find. He took his time, looked through inventory and BINGO! Got my sandals!!!! I had an exchange and everything he did was with a professional, courteous attitude! Thank you. Spoke to your Supervisor about you. Hope you get a raise. 😊

I was next in line for self checkout and they just closed self checkout in my face without any reason and a full line behind me scrambling to figure out what to do. Unacceptable.Update: it’s a Thursday. There is only one checkout lane open. The only self checkouts have a max limit of ten items. So there’s a long line of people waiting for one cashier.Does anyone work here?The person looking in our carts to police how many items we have should probably be ringing up customers instead.

FINALLY they made self-checkout 10 items or less!! PLEASE!! Keep it that way! Every time I come in here to grab a few things, the self-checkout line is 30 people long and people have 100 items in their carts over flowing and it would take over half and hour just to get to the registers. If they could just hire a few more cashiers to work on the registers it would be great. I give this store 5 stars because I have been shopping here over 15 years and the cashiers have always been so kind and helpful. This Target is a super Target and it has an Ulta Beauty Supply, CVS pharmacy, Eye Doctor (which I have used for many years), Minute Clinic and Starbucks inside. Overall the store is really nice.

My local Target is a complete shopping experience. From dog food to houseware items, pharmacy/cosmetics and the grocery part is just enough! I couldn’t say more about my favorite store. I can get everything I need in one place!

I have been coming here since the day the opened. I went today and the store is nice until you use the restrooms. It’s like being in a public restroom at the beach. Disgusting and the trash bins outside the store are always overflowing with trash. Target is a multibillion dollar business so it would be nice if they put in effort to keep a store clean for its customers.

Great prices, amazing design & Beautiful store! Very clean place and this is a great deal for a store that sells groceries! Customer service is very good and the staff at the vision center are very friendly. Highly recommended for your grocery shopping and also coming soon for your Xmas shopping experience! Also inside this store you will find an Starbucks caffe shop but they not only sell delicious coffee and snacks they also have coffee mugs and other beautiful items that are great for gifts. This store looks awesome! And all the aisles are looking clean,beautiful and the merchandise it’s well stocked. Here you can feel free to shop without the inconvenience of finding pallets of merchandise blocking you for going into the aisles. I always have a great experience shopping here!

My family used to come here multiple times a week for almost 20 years and did much of our shopping at this Target in Davie. I don’t know if Management changed or something else happened, but unless you want to wait in 20 to 30 minute lines, I’d suggest you only go in looking for 10 items or less so you can be in the express lanes. I’ve been doing most of my shopping at Publix now for the last month. We just checked Target out to see if it’s gotten any better and it has not. Taking things out of my cart so I can stick below 10 items and get out of here. Also, the staff is not longer helpful. This is now the same as going to Walmart but with longer lines. I’ve politely let them know on the target website, but have not seen any change.

Today was the third time my pick up order was not ready. Even though the items were said to be available online, they had to cancel half of my order because they didn't have them. I waited for about a half hour. In addition, Target charges for the entire order and the refund takes about 5 days to process. I've been ordering from many Targets across the country habitually. I will not be using this store's service any longer. The staff was also not helpful in resolving the issue and seemed it was appropriate to give me the attitude that I made sure not to give them. Simply ridiculous.

I was very disappointed in the layout for Black History Month. The merchandise that’s normally in the front of the store was way in the back. I had to ask a floor person. Valentine decor and merchandise was front and center. This is very sad that I’m a Black American who’s an avid Target shopper since the day it opened its door, isn’t represented in my neighborhood Target. This was definitely a F-Fail. I also experienced this same issue when Tabitha Brown Collection came to Target 🎯 I was informed that the merchandise didn’t come in on time and it was management decision to not showcase her collection. I thought maybe, it’s possible but now the same thing has happened to the Black History Collection leaves me wondering may it’s just Target in Davie

I would give a 5 stars because I'm always here and their customer service is great at this location, but I wish Target themselves can fix their online order pick ups system. It's understandable that it can get busy with orders but for the minor small things like 1 or 2 items, such as a bag of potatoes, to wait 2 hours for it seems a bit much.

This was my first time coming to this Target, which is located in the Lakeside Town Shops. I only came in to see if they had my favorite chocolate drink, Ovaltine.This store is huge. Not only do they carry your typical items such as clothing, electronics, household essentials, health & beauty items, shoes, grocery, etc. But it also houses a Starbucks, a minute clinic, a CVS Pharmacy, and an optical store. Anyway, they had the ovaltine in stock. I grabbed a bottle and was checked out quickly. I may have to come on one of my days off to fully explore this store. Prices seems reasonable.

Self checkout is 10 items or less and they only have 2 or 3 normal lanes open. Avoid if you are getting more than 10 items unless you want to spend 30 mins waiting in line to checkout!

Target is like Walmart but higher quality clothes, higher quality home goods, and healthier foods more organic choices and of course a bit more expensive, but deserving, a store with generally good taste and more class.

I normally order curbside grocery pick up from Walmart but decided to give Target a try today. BIG MISTAKE!It was a horrible experience. 1. Called the store to tell them my order is for curbside pick up, not "in store" pick up as the email order confirmation showed (I am immuno compromised).I called the store number and the Guest Services/Online Order staff picked up my 1st phone call, I said "Hello" several times but no one responded to me. I could hear them talking so I thought they were assisting another customer, so I held on. After a couple minutes they hung up.I called back and my 2nd call started the same way - they picked up, I said hello several times, no one acknowledged, the phone line remained open for more than 27 minutes. Three employees were talking in the background, a male and 2 females. The things I heard and recorded! Wow!I drove to the store so the manager could hear the open phone line. She listened, pretended to be shocked, went to the back to see who had an open phone line, said she couldn't tell which of the 3 employees had an open phone line. Apologized that I had to hear that type of language.Oddly, the manager never asked for my information, so of course no one will follow up. I'll bet if I RELEASE THIS RECORDED PHONE CALL on social media they will want to talk then.Worst part - I did not receive all of the items that I ordered, AND the ground sausage I received is GRAY and spoiled! Somebody owes me a refund!HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Went to two target locations, waiting 30 minutes to someone to come to the register and nobody showed up. I went to Walmart and bought the item there. Really bad customer service. Davie and Plantation locations. I even called and no one answered.

I have had the absolute worst experience with Target and list location in particular. I placed an online order for school supplies for a back to school give away. They never gave FedEx the order so it never arrived. I tried to call the store to see if they could fill the order. Clearly, their phones don't work. I called over 30 times and no one answered. I tried every department and nothing. I am so done with Target.

I’ve been shopping for years and finally decided to get a red card again. I was approved and received a 40 off your next 40 and over purchase. It was a mission to use the coupon. The self check staff was rude and short with us. After canceling our order sent us to customer service where after over 30 minutes was able to resolve. It’s hard to deal with staff who is not prepared or nice to handle situations that occur. I am glad we gian LT got a great customer service but could have been avoided
