What is wrong with Deli section? Employees never pay attention to customers. People wait on the line for a loooong time and no ones care about it. If Sandwich makers join some kind of competition being about slowest work ability, they would win for sure. I don’t find this situation as a normal situation. Getting a meal can’t take 15min. It shouldn’t be. Managers! Pay attention please.

They need to install benches in the deli. It's a normal everyday thing to wait over 30 minutes at this deli for subs or cold cuts. It's honestly ridiculous. Hire more people or train the employees you have! Some of the employees are extremely slow and some have attitudes. It's bad!

Said they are Wiccans! Attacked me saying I stole everything from the store. I did not. The employees stole cash and groceries and personal belongings from me. Aided with attacking my bank accounts and physically attacking me and my home. Very proficient at stealing cars, homes, and chanting brainwashing terrible things to make money.

Publix is so over priced its ridiculous! I spent $600 on two trips to the store this week and didnt even buy any meat (get that from other grocery stores due to superior quality at lower, or same prices.) I tried going to Walmart but got to frustrated and left, going to try Winn Dixie next time...

We have been shopping at this store for so long and almost everytime we are there the things we are looking for are there also and checking out is easy and the customer has been good to us and we even enjoy just looking around sometimes to see if there is something we never bought. So far so Good and 5 stars for this store.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at the Publix store recently. Despite being a loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars at their establishment, I was disheartened to find out that they did not allow me to shop with my emotional support dog. As someone who relies on my dog for emotional support, this refusal was not only inconvenient but also hurtful.I understand that establishments have their policies, but it would have been ideal if Publix could have made an exception given my circumstances. It is important for businesses to demonstrate empathy and compassion towards their customers, especially when it comes to those with disabilities or special needs.Regrettably, due to this incident, I will not be returning to Publix in the future. I had always valued their products and service, but this experience has left me feeling disillusioned. I cannot recommend a store that fails to prioritize the well-being and comfort of its customers.I would encourage Publix to review their policies regarding allowing emotional support animals or consider implementing a more inclusive approach in the future. It would not only benefit individuals like me but also create a more welcoming environment for all customers.In conclusion, if you are someone who relies on the presence of an emotional support animal or feels strongly about inclusive customer service, I would caution against shopping at this particular Publix store.

I have been going to Shenandoah publix for years, over 20 years. Some employees are very helpful and some don't seem to want to work. The deli dept is so bad that employees are not helpful and give you a bad attitude and the meat dept, if you ask a question or asked them to serve you , you get the unsatisfied face as a service. The produce dept do not stock up the displays and quality not so good. I tried key food store in weston and the produce dept is amazing. This publix going very bad in customer service and quality.

I love this Publix and I’ve been going to this Publix for 15 years plus always had good experience, employees are amazing and always helpful except the deli dept. And the not first time with deli dept. Yesterday afternoon around 2:30…. You have 6-7 employees behind the counters and I’m at the sandwich station waiting. One person being helped at deli. I’m Standing there for at least a good 5 minutes and not one person acknowledges me, while several employees are walking back and forth finally I asked can I please be acknowledged. Mgr (Angela) on duty gives me the dirtiest look and mumbles under her breath and then says she thought I was being helped as she continues to walk away, oblivious if I was being helped I wouldn’t of asked for help…. Still waited another couple of minutes until the deli that was helping previous customer comes and assist me, he was great! Not the first time mgr (Angela) is rude and not taking responsibility. As I was waiting for sandwiches to be made another women at the hot case was also waiting for several minutes. Again not one person acknowledged her and line was forming. I said ask for help because I had to wait several minutes without being acknowledged too, another women steps in and stated it’s always at this deli dept “no good customer service”Customer service is what Publix takes pride on but shouldn’t have mgr on duty that doesn’t have same values and does not enforce it.

Waiting in the deli is ridiculous and they don't always acknowledge you even if you're the only one waiting!And when someone finally decides to help you, they are not very friendly especially the older tan skin lady. She is not friendly at all!

I love shopping at this Publix. I have three nearby but I come here several times a week. Everyone is amazing. Today specifically Pedro the cashier went above and beyond with kindness to myself and my son. Love his vibe and attention to customers! Keep up the high level service!!!

Awesome clean... I am aware that the amount of African-Americans that shop in the store are minimal. The amount of stares that my daughter and I received yesterday were hilarious especially my daughter. Mainly from the patrons of which she thought were funny yet odd. I digress when I say that any and all Publix grocery stores that I patron are always clean staff extremely friendly and people are always helpful thank you

Had one of the best experiences tonight at this specific location thanks to Joseph! He walked up to us and asked if we needed any help but we were okay, than he quickly noticed we had our hands full without a cart and he happily offered to get us something right away without any hesitation. People like him and his small but huge act of kindness is what makes any company succeed in every way as well as makes the world a much better place. Great job sir! 🙏👏

This rating is strictly for the online sub ordering. We order frequently and the last 2 times have been beyond disappointing. About 3 weeks ago we ordered online and when we got there at the appointed time subs were not ready. I realize that they do get busy and overwhelmed but that does not excuse rudeness. About 20 minutes or more of waiting we got our subs got them home 2 of the 4 were wrong. The next morning I spoke to the store manager took care of us and I thank him for his courtesy and understanding. However, Yesterday we ordered again and once again subs were not ready. People in the ordering line were taken care of before the online orders were done. Again 25 minutes later we had our subs and when we got home they were not correct. Very disappointed and annoyed

This is my local grocery store and I have always had a pleasant experience. They are very friendly & I can't tell you how often I will be asked if I need assistance if I look lost when searching for something I can't find. Butcher has also gone out of his way to get me what I need if it's not out.
