We wanted Publix subs for dinner tonight and when we went to the Deli this delightful woman named G made my hubby and my sub. Oh my goodness when she was making my hubby’s chicken sub sandwich he and I both said “Wow” at the same time. She literally took her time making his sandwich like she was putting together a work of art. Next it was my turn for my corned beef sub.. once again I was truly impressed by the way she was creating (not making) my sandwich I was extremely impressed. I was like wow! We had Publix subs yesterday and they didn’t look anything like this!! Well here’s a picture of G making my corned beef sub. If you go to the Publix deli I suggest G make your sandwich. She is AMAZING!!

Seemingly always out of at least one thing on your shopping list. Personnel in charge of stocking need to be fired here. Automation should tell you how often things need to be ordered. There's never a day that I come by the store and I can't find something of that I'm looking for.

This is my Publix. Always clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great experience from the cashier's to the butcher shop, produce and all around the store. Carts always available. Enough cashier's so you aren't waiting long to check out.

I have ordered birthday cakes for the last 5 years but unfortunately it is not like before and I will definitely not order a cake there again.They charge $6.25 to add filling but what they add is so little that you can barely see it, much less taste it.They give the option of marble cake but it is 99% vanilla. I really feel that it is not worth what it costs and I feel disappointed with what I received.

I live close, so I’m a regular of this store. I have to said, employees at the hams & cheese section at the evening shift are really nice, friendly and always want to provide you the best experience. Unfortunately I had to stop there this morning. Was a completely nightmare. First I was waiting and one of the lady’s skip me and start taking care to an old guy. I thought to myself “it’s ok” and I didn’t say nothing. Other lady start taking care of me, I ask for “Publix cook ham”, I don’t know what she hearded, she took a big piece of cheese and went to back of the store. I didn’t understand why and where she go so I stay there waiting. After a while, the other lady finish to the old guy and start asking for next customer. I told her “I don’t know what’s happening with the other lady, could you take care of me, you skipped me, I was before the old gentleman”, and then the lady that was taking care of me appears and realice that I don’t want that cheese, I was there for cook ham. She don’t like our misunderstood. She start cutting my ham very fast I ask for very thin cut, and she never show me how my ham is been cutting. When she finish she show me and was very thick. I told her and she said. If is not that you want shave it. I said on shave it. She cut my ham again, and again she didn’t let me check the cut. Very rude and bad attitude for this ladys. I never come back on the morning. They don’t care about your customer satisfaction, they just want to do their work and go home. Btw the place was almost empty.

Came here on a lunch break, waited in line 10mins and I watched a older lady make a online sub order, while her co worker(one lady) was making two subs. Once completed her online sub order,she decided I wasn't important and began making another online order sub after just finishing one. This isn't her first time either doing this. It's happened before.

you guys really need to stop questioning "what I want on my sandwich" after I tell you what I want on it. ALSO, you guys better start dropping prices for EVERYTHING. Who wants to pay $6 for a bag of chips? Who wants to pay $4 for a 2 liter bottle of soda? A whole sub is $10 or so, which is still pretty high in my opinion! Jesus! How broke are you trying to make these people go?

The people at this Publix are so very kind. They helped me find what I was looking for, and every time I passed by an employee, they asked me if I needed help. It is one of my favorite publix's to visit even though I don't live super do it. My husband's parents do though, and they loved it just as much as I do. I just think Publix all around is a great company, but this one happens to be even better because the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience.

This is about the 4th time at this Publix that I go in at dinner time and there is no fried chicken, no chicken wings other than hot and spicy. Just don't understand. This was 5:40pm on a Friday.

I usually find exactly what I'm looking for. Items are always fresh. Whether it be fruits or meat products. There is always available help to direct you to the items you're looking for. The supermarket is very immaculately kept. I can find nothing negative to say about this place. Also everyone appears quite friendly. Puts me in a good mood! Everyone knows that a good attitude goes a long way. Publix employees practice that all day.

Editing my review until I see better training at this facility: I am a regular at this place. Recently one of the workers, Ron, made a snarky joke for no reason at all. We went through the 10 items or less line with 5 items, but we picked up a few more in that little snack rack in the register hall. Ron asked us if the balloons hanging kept us from seeing that it was 10 items or less. I believe respect is very important, and there was no need for that remark when he saw me picking a few snacks literally on the way to him while our stuff was on the line. I might bring this up to a manager because it is not the first time that Ron has made a snarky or inappropriate comment. I will make sure to interact with him again in the near future and escalate as/if necessary.It’s always nice to shop here. Customer service is always great. Pharmacy workers are fast and have great customer service skills. I usually find everything I need and more.

Your employees are excellent! This is not my closest location but it will be my new favorite. They go above and beyond to look up my item and the deli is the best staff I have ever dealt with. I'm in love with this store in Pine Island. I can't wait to ordermy Mother's Day cake.

Today the Wolfpack had a phenomenal shopping experience at this Publix super market. First , the customer service manager Tiffany greeted me and so did her friendly cashier Gessie, who has greeted me for several years now. I proceeded to the milk isle and I was enthralled with the cleanliness and spot on product placement . I learned that the person responsible for such perfection was named Francesca . We were soon joined by assistant manager Phil who I had to commend for the shiny new look here. Not to miss a beat, Phil went above and beyond to help me find the right juice : pineapple lite! . I asked Kayla the bakery manager to educate me on vegan cookies and she stopped icing a cake to walk me to the aisle sign which describes “ vegan” .With her help, I chose vegan chocolate chip cookies. As luck would have it, store manager Giovonni was present as I was leaving . I congratulating him on an outstanding staff -Tiffany , Gessie; Francesca, Phil and Kayla and on the fresh look! Great Job all!!10/20/23 today I want to give a commendation to bakery staff member named Ricky. My wife made homemade pumpkin soup and when I asked Ricky what bread would compliment the soup, he rolled out a fresh baked pumpkin bread roll ! It was the perfect compliment to the soup! Well done Ricky!!

Yesterday’s experience made my long day pleasant. I was reminded that their is still kind and generous people in the world. I had the pleasure of meeting (if I’m not mistaken and apologize if I misspelled her name) Ms.Ingrid! She was there to help me in my time of need. I write this review so Publix truly recognizes this employee. I hope to encounter Ms. Ingrid again on my next visit to show her my true appreciation for her. As should Publix for having an outstanding employee.

Okay wth. I ordered through Instacart for pick up at 10 am and they scheduled my pick up for the following day with no explanation and no way to change it. I waited the day. I scheduled my pick up window from 5-6. At 4:00 pm my order was still not assigned and no one had shopped for me. I called Instacart. They told me there was no issues with my order. At 4:20, no one was assigned and no changes were made. I placed this order to be picked up after work and I leave work at 5 so this was concerning. I can’t drive and answer the shopper at the same time as it is a risk for an accident to happen. I called Instacart yet again because obviously something is wrong with my order. After being placed on hold, the Instacart rep was able to find out what happened. They advised me there was an issue with the store. And no one would let her know what it is. This is very weird and I won’t be using Instacart for this store ever again. I always use it for a lot of places and never have this issue.
