I came in just to let off some steam and play with some cute puppies. Steven helped me and he was awesome! Very kind and knowledgeable about the dogs, asking about myself and generally very attentive. The staff was also very vigilant about cleanliness like sanitation before every dog and switching play areas for every new dog. There was a big leak in the middle of the store but, of course, stuff happens! Aside from that the store was a pleasure to visit :)TLDR; Would definitely come again!

Let me tell you.. it’s expensive getting a dog but Alexandria was very helpful through the process and patient. She went above and beyond with finance options and working with us. She was amazing. Honestly…. The process is like getting a car, I won’t lie. But Alexandria made it very simple and was very understanding. You don’t find much people that will go above and beyond… but she did. We did a lot of work on our end but she did too. It was definitely worth it. For our furbaby 💕

Clean,friendly and helpful staff. Dogs are kept well and they offer a very personalized touch when meeting your future pet. They have competitive cost for designer dogs (puppies) but they also offer financing options.

In January of 2021, my boyfriend and I went to Petland and at first we were just looking but we quickly gave in and decided to play with Sam as soon as we seen him. He was very friendly and playful and Hailey was very helpful to answer all of our questions. We got Sam (now named Sammy) when he was 4 months old and he is now almost 7 months old and he is the best dog ever. Very friendly and playful. We love him so much, and he is such a character and a fun pup to be around. Always puts a smile on our faces every day. Thank you Hailey for your help!

Got the dog we wanted Daniel was very helpful and patient . We had the BEST experience ever with it being our first time . He gave us a lot of information and on what is all needed for our new addition to the family. Overall best experience and customer service . I highly recommend everyone who visits ask for Daniel .

Isabella and Caitlyn were amazing! They helped us find our forever dog and we’re extremely patient with what we were looking for. My partner and I were looking through shelters for the longest but it was difficult finding the perfect fit but after looking through many breeds, we found her!

We had recently lost our beloved dog and decided to go and take a look at the possibility of bring a new baby home . We were greeted by Kat and we informed her of our situation. She was very kind and empathetic and at the same time helping us in the choosing of our new beloved pet. We had such a wonderful experience the staff was incredible very informative about the breed. I took home a beautiful miniature schnauzer I fell in love with in the beginning of October. I couldn't be happier! Every time I go there to get her food the staff is welcoming, friendly, and knowledgable. OMG, Daniel & Caitlin, introduced me to my forever puppy who I named Brooklin. The attention they gave was fantastic. You can tell they truly love & care for aminals. I even went back for some advice about her eating habit & they not only provided me with the needed information, but gave my Brooklin food to make sure she will eat what's given to her at home. This location is much better than the other ones!!If you come in call ahead first and ask if Tamiya or Jamel is available they'll take good care of you.We were sure right away on which puppy we wanted, but they let us play with some of the others first so we wouldn't have any second guesses. The dogs being kept together are very sweet and you can tell they are all socialized with each other well.If you have any questions about the warranties, financing options, or about the dog's parents they got you 100%

I went in to check out the puppies in store and I had a helpful associate, Steven, explain all the things I wanted to know about the puppies. Even before bringing some of the dogs to meet out he mentioned a few things about the character and charisma with his knowledge of being around them so much. Steven was very helpful and I look forward to my further shopping with Petland!!

First time in this store bc I was looking for a local pet store to get specialized dog food. I found something I thought my pet would like and proceeded to check out. I had a 100 dollar bill to which a employee named Lester opened the register to see if he had change for my 100. Keep in mind my purchase was 19.98. He counted right in front of me 80 in 20's, not to mention the tens and fives that were in the drawer and proceeds to tell me he can't do it bc he would be left with no more 20s. I said, so wait a sec, you would rather lose a sale and customer bc you won't have any 20s. His exact answer was, yes. I asked for his name and if a manager was available and if course there was not. I suggest anyone reading this, find somewhere else to get your pet supplies...

Best experience getting a new family member. Alexandra was fantastic the whole time. She explained everything to us. They sent you home with a care package with everything that you need. You also get a lot of benefits when you buy a puppy here. Sure it can be a little pricey but it is totally worth it. Excellent customer service!!!
