Luckily, I checked with the staff stockers and found out the best days to get the cat food I want for my Janie, who will be 17 Memorial Day weekend. Very good information. I prefer going to the store than ordering on line.

I went in to buy some tissue culture aquarium plants. There was a small selection but more than half of them were cups of mushy sludge, way past expired. I asked one of the staff how often they restock them and he had no idea, not very often apparently. The store was clean and well organized otherwise but I left empty handed.

Given that I just walked out upset and aggravated like I’m not already stressed out about my dog. The customer service from GARRETT was terrible. I even stated I was stressed out because my fur baby got hurt the day prior and I went to this store to try and get stuff to treat. Granted the store is beautiful and I like what’s offered but I didn’t like that individual. I gave cash and then he asked if me and my partner wanted a receipt and Garrett repeatedly ignored my bf saying yes and kept asking me instead? How RUDE! It doesn’t matter who is paying, you need to acknowledge all parties in front of you that’s the point of customer service. Then he’s gong to tell us have a good day after that and didn’t even sympathize with me at the register on top of ignoring? Wow just wow.

Waited 5 minutes at the cash register for "Pablo" to show up, with no apologies once he did. My total was $141.70 and he had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to purchase a 10 cents bag or I could carry my stuff. It wasn't the 10 cents it was more about the principal. I have a business as well and I know how much bags are and how cheap Petco could get them. I ended up not making the purchase and will not return. There are far better options both locally and online that would be more than happy to have my business.

We love coming here to shop for our cats. The store is so clean, and organized. Always easy to find exactly what we are looking for. Like most places, they have a rewards program that offers discounts on stuff we were going to buy anyway. Even with all that, the best part of the store is the friendly staff. Every single staff member I have come in contact with has been knowledgeable and friendly. They are never too busy to answer a question, or simply give a smile. They also let you interact with the cats and kittens that are available for adoption. If we didn't already have 2, we would DEFINITELY consider adopting from this store. Thank you guys for being great, and caring about animals as much as we do!!

I would give them zero stars but I like Petco as a store. I Took my dog to Petco at plantation for a grooming appointment. I had a whole conversation with the manager about my concerns. I mentioned a previous negative experience with a groomer I had and asked that they please ensure the safety of my dog. The manager assured me her stylist was up to the task. She lied. My dog was injured and not an hour into his appointment did I get a call asking me to meet them at the vet. I absolutely will not take my dog back ti this location. In addition, it pales in comparison to the Petco that I frequently visited with a grooming staff that I could trust. Perhaps they should consider retraining their current staff on appropriate safety measures in addition to focusing on overall improvements. Beyond dissapointing!

I had called this location a few minutes before 9 letting them know i needed dog food and if there was any way they can accommodate to me because i had just ran out of food trying to feed my 5 dogs at home. I was super close to the store and told the lady i spoke with that i would be in and out that i know they are are just trying to close the store. The lady on the phone was super rude and told me there was nothing she can do for me. I ended up getting there right at 9 with employees still in the store and this one lady short, pony tail greyish hair was super rude and saw i was waiting outside and waited around a few mins before opening the door. The other employees there were super nice and directed me to get the food which took about 30 seconds. Extremely grateful for the employees there who were nice enough to wait what took only 2 mins to help feed my dogs.

We have been coming to this Petco for years. The store is well stocked, items are easy to find and kept clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Also have used trainer and grooming in past, and happy with results.:)

Drop my dog off you grooming services. I get a call three hours later that my dog has a rash, and she has to be rushed to Coral Springs. I called back the store manager, Alyssa Johnson. She stated that she can’t speak to me over the phone. It’s best that we talk in person I get to Coral Springs a 35 minute drive, to find out that my dog has been injured from the groomer. She has an open wound on her leg . At least be transparent when you’re calling someone in an emergency state. I was so upset I didn’t get the refunded I left with my dog she even lied to the vet to cover her tracks. They were unaware were the dog came from what happen to the dog everything was a confusion ! Wow petco.

I had a rocky start with a certain employee But "Petco" to care of it. I had an Amazing experience here with "shawn" he helped me get everything necessary to make a habitat for new pet, with patience. Hes an important asset to the petco team hear. Everything clean, smells nice got Great attention. Thank you!

For the most part we love Petco. However they do not carry our regular dog food. For that reason I can’t give 5 stars bc I am forced to go Pet supermarket. Other than that we love them 🐶

It's usually a nice place to go to but as of today I'm incredibly disappointed with them, today my daughter lost her cat, we spent just about the whole day looking for her, we decided to print posters and hang them in different locations, A couple of pet clinics, shell gas station, Publix etc... We thought Petco out of all places would be one of the places who would understand but nope... They turned us away smh, we were told that it wasn't allowed and that the manager would be upset.

Every time I go to this store it's disappointing. Never any help around, employees are not friendly, prices are higher than pet supermarket, parking lot is very dark, now you have to pay for bags and I have never received any rewards... don't even know why I give my phone number. I'm done with this store.

I have a miniature poodle. We are visiting from out of town a she needed a bath & cut. THE WORST CUT EVER! If groomers don’t know how to cut poodles SAY SO! I wish I could share a photo. Never again. Ugh!

The Cashier was very nice.I found dental chews Whimzees for my Cairn Terrier I love it for him and he lives them too, but haven't seen for awhile now in various stores I visit. I found them at Petco and they were in sale too !!! I was really very happy!I told the Cashier that, she said Petco always has them. She offered me a rewards member card and I said I was just visiting Plantation, I live in West Palm Beach and she said its o.k there's Petco in WPB too, and I said yes!!!....so I got the rewards card and now I will shop more often at Petco, for sure!!!

The team at the Plantation location are great and always willing to help out. I love that they truly are looking for quality products, so yes it is more costly than other large stores but I’m more confident purchasing things vs scouring the label to see where a product was produced or what’s in it.

Listen.. the people here are always super nice. But it's still a typical Petco.. if you can't meet the requirements for exotic animals then DON'T KEEP THEM! I walk by and see this chameleon in agonizing pain with it's body literally decaying from the mid section down as it tries to crawl with it's remaining limbs. Who knows how long it's been suffering this way, and how long they'll leave it for. The setup for it was far from properly correct... Simply animal abuse. I'm not saying this place should be shut down, just don't keep animals you can't care for, and at least act like you give a damn.
