Definitely out go to for bath time. A simple $15 and it's a way easy clean up with fresh towels, dryers and hot/cold water. The store is always clean and well maintained and staff is phenomenal. On the weekends you can always expect to see some sort of community support/outreach with other organizations and adoptions alike to help.

So today I was at pet supermarket at 6pm to buy some worms for my bearded dragon, I’ve been going to this location for years and this was the first time I feel like I had a racist encounter with one of the workers. There was one male working at the register with a customer and on the phone with a client, so I was waiting in line since there was only one register open then one of the workers who is a white female and a face full of acne walks up next to me doesn’t even acknowledge the fact that I’m there and asks the white lady way on the other side by the other registers if she needs help in which the lady responded no someone is helping me. She says okay walks between me to get in the middle of the registers again seeing I have stuff in my hands to get checked out and picks up her jug of water and drinks it and goes to the side doing basically nothing then when another white lady walks behind me to wait in line, she tells the white lady behind me that she can help her. Once again completely ignoring the fact that I’m standing right there in line waiting to be checked out. I think it's important for Pet Supermarket to know about this experience so they can make sure everyone feels welcome and treated with respect when they come to the store regardless what race or color you are. The only reason I am giving two stars is because I’ve been going here for years and never had such an experience and the gentlemen who helped me was very kind.

Took my dog to give him a bath and the drain was full of dog hair, but was not visible. The tub backed up with water and I bathed my dog with water to his knees. I couldn't go to the desk for help and leave my 50 pounds dog in the tub, so when I finished, I had to dry him on the floor and bending to dry him hurt my back. They need to have an employee working by the bathing area or making sure the tubs are free of dogs hairs and not clogged.

They have everything even a groomer and place to bath your dog. The staff is helpful too. I think the tanks for the ferrets etc should be bigger and have more enrichment toys in them....and the rabbits shouldn't be alone.... that's my only advice for these types of pet stores

Bad customer service this guy who works there doesn’t even know how to do price match. I was trying to do a price match on one of the dog treat the first try was $15 and he said he can’t even I have been using it for almost a year then I went on Amazon found for $14 and he denied so he said he could do the first option. He wasted my time for that. I hope they fix this issue.

I always have low expectations for fish care in chain stores, but this seriously broke my heart. Half of the betta in the care of this location are dead, and the ones that weren’t were on the verge of death with hardly any water in dirty cups.

the sad part is this kids closes the store at 7 50, horribleeee... not enough staff in the registers, and some of them clue less about fish products, they gave a product to clear the water that killed my 4 loaches

Second time at the store and today I ask if they will be able to give some water to my dog and they did not what to do they told them hat they have water in the back but not container for my dog to drink water. I was disappointed because this is a Pet store and I was expecting some kind of help in this situation. I wish they could be more helpful. :(

The manager at this pet store WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, I came to purchased a few gold fish for a event. While being help by another worker she came up and asked what was it needed for and closed the top of the fish tank lid in my face and walked away. She hadn’t explained the reason why I couldn’t purchase the fish. I will never shop at this pet store again. It was so unnecessary and uncalled for. Had she explained it and not walked away I would have taken it better. She was not manager material at all. If you can’t do your job the way your supposed to you should seek another position. I wish there was an option not to give one star!

The pet wash facility is amazing. It used to take me 3 hours to shower my dogs now the time is cut by half and they are dry and free of knots. Plus they get a nice treat after. Their rewards program is also great I dont buy mlm y pups food anywhere else.

We come to this store about once or twice a week. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The manager is amazing and always willing to help out. We come here often because we but crickets for a bearded dragon and mice for a snake. I would highly recommend this store to others.

At Pet Supermarket, I always find everything I need for my birds and dog, from special food to toys and accessories. They have a broad and varied stock, catering to both typical and unique pet needs. Their wide product range makes it my preferred store for pet supplies.

So many things wrong with this place. No one offers to help you upon entry because they're all in the back by the fishes talking. Even after seeing you there, they still don't bother to offer you help unless you ask and then look at you like you interrupted them. Staff is not knowledgeable at all of the products or animals they sell. There are dead fishes in almost all of the tanks and almost everything in the store is overpriced by $2 or more compared to other pet stores. The betta fish look like they're dying if not already dead in the dirty containers they're kept in and the manager who was there when I went was extremely rude and not willing to price match. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this place!

Just wanted to write a review to acknowledge a really wonderful, sweet, and attentive employee you have. Her name is Summer. If she isn’t already a manager - she should be. I work in hospitality and her customer service was impeccable and I’m a harsh critic when it comes to these things.The store is short staffed and there were a lot of people. When I walked in she immediately greeted me and told me about the promotions in the store. 4 people must have asked for her help within a minute and she handled it all so kindly and with grace. She also knows a lot about rabbits/bunnies. Being short staffed is NOT easy. Keeping a smile on while short staffed is NOT easy. But summer makes it seem like it is. Give her a promotion, she deserves it.The girl at the register (I didn’t get her name) was also very sweet. Hopefully this location gets full staffing. It’s been pretty tough in these industries!Thanks again Summer!

Visited here a week ago and bought a few things for me and my husbands fur babies. This place has improved so much. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Everyone went above and beyond. Treated us as we were friends not customers. Thank you for not just pointing but showing us around and giving us helpful information. We so appreciate the superb customer service with a smile. Really want to applause the great service of the manager at this store. I bought 2 fish and one of them got killed by my other fish. I explain the situation to the manager and he promptly address the situation and replace the fish for another one. Thanks. Great customer service.

Place moved next door after a great remodel. Interior looks nice. Depending on who you interact with you can get good customer service or not so good. Check out lines are long and slow, seems to have new staff that need to be better trained to move things along a little quicker and not so hangup on whether your membership card scans. Place is clean and organized

Selection is always good but of course my "kids" want more. I walk in for one thing come out with 20. Thank you PetSupermarket for taking all my money. Store is clean, parking for the most part is good (hate the parking lot itself). The doggie bath area is really nice and I love seeing the kitty cats getting adopted.
