This is an overdue note to thank Nestor for his help a couple months back. What a good experience! I was looking for something to clean out toilet rim holes. He gave his personal recommendations, and even shared what other products he and his wife use at their house. Then he helped me make a spare key. Then he helped me with a couple other items. He was friendly, helpful, but very efficient, and was able to help a couple other customers simultaneously.The checkout person, Jeanie, was also friendly and helpful.I was especially grateful because I had a much less positive experience at a competing large hardware store chain a couple weeks before. I was sold an incorrect part by a disinterested employee who insisted the part was correct. Since meeting Nestor Lowe's is my store.By the way, everything Nestor suggested worked. Thank you!

This store was unbelievably organized. The appliance dept was very well staffed. They were very attentive. I couldn't believe it. It's sad to say that this is rare. That's how all the stores should be. Unfortunately that's not the case specially with their competitors. That's why I purchased my refrigerator from them. Kudos to Lowe's!

I came thru the gardening section and the associate at the cash register didn't look happy at all. I went to purchase weed killer for my lawn. The associate in the area assisted me to reach a product that was all the way back on the shelf. I also bought a new pot to plant a pine tree.I was really looking forward to my military discount to save some money. The cashier told me that there was nothing on the system to indicate I applied for military discount. I provided my DD-214 when I applied for the military discount and all I had to do in the past was to show my driver's license.I didn't feel the associate care to assist me. And I didn't get my military discount.So much for thanking me for my service.

Did an online order for pickup. Recieved an email saying my order was ready for pick up. Drove all the way there to be told they are sold out. How is that, if my order was ready for pick up and my card was charged. Feels like I was just swindled. yes i was refunded for my item but only after wasting my gas and time to go there. And I had to ask for them to refund it now and not later. So annoyed and upset because I missed out on an event because I did not get the product I ordered and it was now sold out everywhere. Lowes should not be able to sell an item that is already sold and ready for pick up. Such a scam.

Shouting out Lynda in paint for going the extra mile to help a community organization get paint supplies needed for a parade float. I haven’t always had the greatest experiences with Lowe’s customer service, but employees like Lynda make this a location I would drive out a little further to shop at. This is hands down the best Lowe's store in broward County. I've been to them all. Easy access is right off of the highway. It's never really busy, Go in get what you need and leave. I've never had to wait in a long line. They have a great staff and the store Is very clean.

Very good! Everything related to home improvement is here, including all nuts, bolts, paints, poles, and more! Truly a good experience. 10/10 would recommend to shop here for appliances instead of online.

Extremely rude customer service or lack there of from employee Eric at the CS counter.This employee initially came around from the back to assist an employee who was already helping me. He did not greet me and immediately grabbed the receipts I handed over to the first employee and went over to a computer. I was looking for a price adjustment (within 30 days). He’s telling the employee “this wasn’t purchased at this store, etc etc” as if I’m not standing a few feet away and he couldn’t communicate that directly to me.He comes over to me and says that the item was ringing up at a different price at their store. I tell him that I purchased the item for a lower price at another Lowe’s but this Lowe’s was closest to me and he said “ok then go back there!” in a condescending tone. No explanation, no professionalism.I ask immediately to speak to a manager as his wannabe tough guy persona was not impressing this guy. He said he was the highest manager on duty (doubt it but ok). I ask him who his superior is and he mentions to me “Edmundo Jara” as the store manager.I will be lodging a formal complaint with Mr. Jara regarding his employee. Unacceptable.This interaction took place Sunday 3/17/24 around 7PM.

I was at this location on Tuesday and was looking for shims and I asked a guy who was in the area for help. He said he wasn’t an expert but he would assist me. I got everything I was looking for and he was very helpful. Great customer service from Luis from MST.

INCREDIBLE!! Bob P from tools & hardware assisted me with plexi glass cut. Not only that! He changed the blade on the machine when other employees said it was broken! That man went above and beyond when he didn’t have to not only does that show top-tier employee attributes, but a person’s character morale, and work ethic. That man deserves a raise you can tell him Steve Riley, owner of Riley repairing renovation said so.!!!!

I have been a Lowe’s fan for years and bought my washer, dryer, dishwasher, counter-tops, tools, paint, everything I needed to build my kitchen and redo my house over the past 6 years. But tonight, I went to return some UNOPENED items totaling $19.74 and was told it was too late (by 3 weeks) and basically too bad. That I should complain to corporate. I looked on the websites return policy and yes, I was 3 weeks late with a receipt, HOWEVER I went to a manager and he told the kid at the return desk to provide a refund on a gift card. Which the policy states, is at the stores discretion. This kid basically decided he didn’t want to do it, and when I asked him to bring the manager over again, he said no a manager can’t do anything. EVEN THOUGH the POLICY says they can.I was planning on spending a bunch on some Christmas clearance but was so annoyed by the attitude, I left.Going to Home Depot since I need a new front door. Will not bother spending my money at Lowes any longer.

Lowe's Home ImprovementDo not purchase your appliances from Lowes. I would highly suggest Fergusons Fort Lauderdale or Best Buy.Incompetent managers and some staff at #loweshomeimprovement. Can't seem to get back to customers in a timely manner. Sitting here with two new sets of washers and dryers that were not installed or installed improperly, the wrong parts sent...and still management can't figure out what is needed. Two months now!

I would say the workers are very nice at the store, but management has a lot to learn about customer service, and teamwork. I feel sorry for the staff at this particular store located in Davie, Florida Dykes and Sheridan Street. Definitely needs better trained management that knows what they’re doing. I will go to Home Depot until this is fixed.

Nice, clean store. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. In the 20 or so minutes we were there, 3 different employees approached us offering to help. I was, however, disappointed in the vegetable and herb plants outside. They were all very dry and wilted. Definitely not worth paying the $5.78 for them. They need to be watered and provided shade. That's the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.
