⚠️ MIGUEL ABUSED MY POOR, OLD DOG!!! 💔 DO NOT call these ANIMAL ABUSERS, disguised as "groomers!!!" 🚫❌️☠️They have ANOTHER address @ 11841 Jefferson Commons Cir apt 2133, Orlando, FL 32826, but it has their same phone # and website, so they are THE SAME ABUSIVE "Honey Pets" as these sick, sorry excuses for humans.Achilles has been limping, very lethargic, refusing food & treats, and unable to jump up ever since this scumbag "groomed" him on Wednesday!!! 🤬 So I called & got him a vet appointment for Friday.He couldn't even jump up into the back seat for his vet appointment because he was so hurt, and had to be lifted into the car. I'm waiting for X-ray results. 🙏 He didn't even WAG his tail when I asked if he wanted a walk, and he hobbled in slow motion, and wanted to go back home after just 15 minutes (we normally walk for 1-3 hours). 😭Achilles' coat was clean, but this FILTH did such a TERRIBLE job chopping off his pawpad fur, that even I could've done a better job! 😒 He also decided to COMPLETELY SHAVE DOWN his underside!!! 😡 EVERYONE KNOWS that you DO NOT SHAVE HUSKIES!!! So I am FURIOUS that he took it upon himself to molest my poor pet & also ruin his fur. 😤This was a case of ANIMAL ABUSE, plain & simple. Miguel was of Latino descent, black hair, dark eyes, tan skin, had a right tattoo sleeve, and other tattoos. He couldn't speak English & talks via Google Translate, to WARN you NOT to give your fur baby to this MONSTER!!! 🙅‍♀️I have uploaded pics of how bad his paws look. I haven't even taken a pic of his underside yet, because he walks away or lies down, as if he's now suddenly scared to have that area exposed. 😔 I will update this review with more pics & info when I can.Miguel needs to not only NEVER go near anyone's precious pet, EVER again, but he deserves to be arrested for ANIMAL ABUSE!!! 😡

Horrible! Please choose another option !It was my dogs first ever getting a haircut or anything so I thought it was a good idea because I heard mobile groomers come to your home and it was convenient for me that day but the day came, a guy came picked her up I wasn’t even called that they where here, he was just standing outside my home waiting. So he picked her up put her in his truck and after a while she was done she had one eye a little red but we thought something got in her eye and he stated that my dog didn’t like the blow dryer that’s all he said and charged me and left. But after 30 min he left that one red eye was super bad, it looked super bloodshot and bruised and almost purplish red. And she was so off and scared for a while until she went back to her playful self. And by the night the blood started to spread to the other eye. And it has been 5 days since and she still has red eyes. I went to the clinic and they said that the guy probably hit her or she fell on her head. And I think it’s just unfair since they are trained for it and the guy didn’t even tell me, so I had to pay for my dogs treatment. Honestly I think you should try another place or just go to a professional shop they almost charge the same because I got the basic and over the phone it was $85 and the guy told me $95. Overall they need better staff because I trusted my dog to the guy and apparently he didn’t take care of her.

I’ve had a great experience with Julian. This is my first time using the company and they executed exactly what I ask for Julian don’t speak English, but he’s very understandable and did a great job and was very patient with my dog. I will be using Julian again thank you guys so much.

Great job with my senior poodle/bichon. They do a thorough job and treat my dog with care due to his age. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star review is due to the price. But overall it’s worth it when you have an older pet.

Tony was great, and he did a great job with our dog. However, we felt ripped off as he greeted us and immediately solicited us for a teeth cleaning, which I stated that the owner told us it was "on the house" for our initial visit, but then he said that he would do a deeper clean for "a little more". That little more ended up being 90 dollars!! I wasn't expecting that. I paid it and gave Tony a tip, but I wasn't happy about that. We ended up paying 206 dollars total for a bath + dental cleaning. That's very expensive.

Gloria showed up on time. Didn't speak English but it didn't bother me at all. I explained the best I could and it worked because my poodle smells good and look fantastic. Gloria picked her up and brought her to my front door, so that let me know she took care of her inside that van. My dog don't let no one touch her especially if miss treated. The last groomer she would take a bathroom stop right outside or inside because she's always nervous and that's why I switch groomers. And this groomer Cost $10 more but I'm well satisfied because my dog was in great care....Gracias Gloria........

I had a terrible experience with honey pets mobile service. It was an old looking van full of dirt and dog hair on every single tool. My first time for my puppy getting groomed . The guy spoke no English and was very rough with the whole experience: I held my puppy while getting the nail trimmed because I wanted to help the guy out. He didn’t know one thing about cutting hair. After he dried my puppy is said enough, paid the guy and left. DO NOT use this company

NEVER TAKE YOUR PET HERE.....EVERNEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEMTHEY STILL HAVEN'T GIVEN ME THE REQUESTED EMAIL ADDRESS OR OWNERS INFORMATION.The pictures below are from two different occasions so if your happy now you won't be for long.We moved to Sawgrass in August of 2020 and started using Honey Pets mobile service shortly after. Up until July 2021 they were fine.  Then I noticed they started using different groomers. In July 2021 the groomer brought my dog back to my house and told me he bumped his head on the table. I said ok, thinking it was nothing but noticed that my dog had a bruises on the top of his head and his right eye was blood shot red with a huge blood clot. I immediately took my do to the Vet to be examined. I notified Honey Pet but didn't make a big deal about it.  We were a little hesitant to use them again but we did in September, but requested a different groomer. That session was fine, not great but ok. A few weeks later my dog's hair grew back so we booked our worst nightmare. I called and scheduled a session the morning of October 18th, I was told someone would be at my house between 2pm and 4pm. The groomer showed up at 4pm. I tried explaining what I wanted but the groomer did not speak English so we had to use his app. After and hour and a half I got worried because it has always only taken an hour for my dog to be groomed. At 5:45pm I went to the truck and knock to see if everything was OK, the groomer asked that I give him 5 minutes.  At 6pm the groomer brought my dog back.  30 minerals after that my son noticed that my dogs left eye kept closing. I watched my dog for about 20 minutes to see if he continued.  He did and it made me nervous we we took him to the Vet. Glad we did, there we chemicals spelled in his eyes. I was given three medications to administer to my dog over the next 48 hours.At the point I was completely heartbroken for my dog and angry at the groomer. $366 later I was sent home with my dog. When I called Honey Pets the next day they asked why I didn't call them first to wash my dog's eye out. Well, if it was that simple do you think they would of given me the medications that they did. My dog has an ulcer in his left eye. I paid $65 for the grooming service and tipped $10.Gloria, who says she was not the owner offered me $355 for the medications and visit. I said that's far....two days later at the follow up appointmentNothing changed in my dog's eye and now he has to be boarded for two days so they could aggressively administer the medications to my dog's eye. That cost me $160.I had to call and pretty much demand my money back after two days. They still owe me $150 and they have the worst accountability EVER.NEVER SEND YOUR DOG TO HONEY PETS

We ❤️ Honey Pets! They are affordable priced, prompt and communicative. The van is impeccably clean and my pups come out looking (and smelling) amazing. They even took both of my dogs - 14 years old and 1 years old at the same time! Highly recommend.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE I had lost my dog for a few hours a lady had grabbed her from outside since my dog was loose coming out of the fence.. she had taken her to this groomer and brought her back I soon as I found out who had taken her besides the point no hate to the sweet lady but honey pets SUCKS AT GROOMING DOGS LET ME TELL YOU THAT they cute her on the thigh and shaved her body for no reason and leaving her head with hair. You can still see the patches of uneven hair. Her tail shaved and now she looks like a rat NEVER GO TO THESE PEOPLE THEY DO A HORRIBLE JOB AND OVER CHARGE.

PLEASE READ THIS. Yesterday they came to groom my dog, and off the bat everything seemed fine. Sadly everything went downhill the second they brought her back to us. We noticed our dog was blinking rapidly and it seemed like she was struggling to open her eyes so we checked it out and the inside of her eyes were pretty much bloodshot. We took her to the vet and they told us she has VERY BAD ULCERS on BOTH OF HER EYES!!!!!!!! We called them (honey pets) back for answers or compensation for the unexpected vet bills, but they weren’t helpful in the slightest. It’s heartbreaking to see my dog in this state due to this companies negligence. Shut down or train your staff rather than putting innocent pets in harm’s way .

First time trying a pet grooming mobile service. The groomer was excellent with my Harley. He is a very difficult dog to work with. But she was very patient and caring. I will definitely recommend their service. Supper happy with the results.

My girlfriend and I walked into honey pets back in April of 2019 to look at their English Bulldog puppies. When we got there we were greeted by a little male, he stole our hearts immediately. My girlfreind was firmly against getting a puppy but after holding this precious boy we had no choice. We walked out with the cutest, most precious part of our family, at that moment he became our Bowie.The last two years we fought for his life. Bowie was the strongest dog I've ever had the gift of being apart of my life.On January 19th, 2021 our Dog Bowie died of lymphoma. The vet performed an examantion and Bowie was gentically depesitioned to get this cancer and his entire bloodline is at risk.My heart is broken, dogs are supposed to live happy full lives and when their time comes you are supposed to be there with them to hold their paw, and tell them their a good boy, that you'll always love them. Bowie wasnt even two years old.He lived a life of constant vet appointments. Constant pain that we had to manange with medication. I will always cherish my time with my Bowster, he was my good boy.I do however encourage everyone to NOT buy a puppy from 'Honey Pets'. Look for a breeder who cares about the health of the animal, not just the money.

Took my Cockapoo here yesterday and when I picked her up, her eyes had Subconjunctival hemorrhages (red burst blood vessels) in each eye. Groomer said she came in that way but I would have definitely noticed. Today, she threw up and the vomit had blood in it. I have a vet appointment first thing tomorrow. Everything prior to her going to the vet was normal. I usually bathe and groom her at home and it's no problem, she loves water. I have to assume that she either had harnesses on too tight, had some trauma, or was too stressed by the groomer since this has never happened before.Since I can't be sure if this was due to willful neglect by the groomer, I am posting this here so that if other customers encounter the same issue, something can be done about it.

We’ve been using Honey Pets for our 2 year old German Shepherd for the last 4 months now. They come all the way over to Davenport with their mobile van. Oreo is a great dog, super sweet and friendly but giving him a bath is a task. But Katrine does a great job with him every single time. He’s warming up to her. He looks so clean and fresh. Thank you so much guys

I made an appointment to have Buddy groomed and could not be happier. He has anxiety and dislikes being groomed. They parked in my driveway and Buddy came back beautiful and was not anxious. I cannot say enough about this mobile service. I would rate them a 10!!! Thank you Elizabeth and friend 👍💕I’ll be using you both again!!

I asked for a schnauzer cut and They completely botched my dogs haircut And charged me 40 dollars more than the price they gave me. Schnauzer are supposed to have the bottom half with hair not the corner of a leg. I will never go to these people again nor recommend them.

Its rare that I write a review. We are a gluten for punishment! We tried them a few times with the same issue happening over and over. We Make up a time for them to come. Which is usually in the morning, and then they Text us saying that person can't come. Or they have to come in the afternoon, and then they come three or four hours after that time.. The last time we asked for a specific person who ended up showing up at 7 PM for a 3 o'clock appointment. He rushed through The Visit with our Mini poodle and my dog seemed to be traumatized from the experience. And then didn't want to eat for the next twenty four hours which never happened before. If you don't believe me try them for yourself!

Mumu has Been going for years. MyDad left there at 9:30 early in the morning no one was there so I was suppose to be in and out. My dad came two hours later . The lady said she’s almost done there was another dog. He said no problem I’ll comeIn a hour. It’s 1 pm the doors are locked no one is answering door . I’mLocked inside doggy jail. MyDad is calling the phone number they answer and says I’m done so he’s like okay I’mHere for Pick up. ……….30 minutes pass it’s 1:30 finally the groomer opens door . I hear him I bark !!!! The guys says …… we haven’t showered her we haven’t touched her . He says why ??? He says there was a dog destroying the back he had to work on him. My dad says but she told Mumu was getting showered she needs another hour ….. and the phone call as well. Thank God he says gimme my dog !!!! He says no no lemmeWork on her I’ll give you discount . My dad says no please it’s been hours she’s been in kennel .? Why didn’t you call me I live 2 minAway. He was pissed. Long story short the lady was very unprofessional she could have called me and not lie twice and keep myDog the kennel all morning.

She felt very comfortable with him & our other dog greeted him with kisses (which is a good sign)🧡our lola is blind & getting older so we are very grateful to have found groomers that are patient & gentle with our old lady

I had such a good experience! I tried to take my cat Charlie to other groomers, and they called me 10 minutes later saying he was not cooperative and they can’t groom him. Honey pets proved them wrong! They were done in 30 minutes or less! He looked and smelled so good. Definitely calling them again.

I hired them for their mobile grooming service for my senior dog. It was his first time getting professionally groomed and they were very considerate and let me stay with my dog so he wouldn't be so scared. They did a wonderful job taking care of my fur baby, all cleaned up and looking handsome.
