The manager at this location Is a rude black woman that doesn't know how to treat her customer's with respect. I would send My customers to this location all the time, never Again. She lost my Business and then some more.....

OMG!!! This has to the most organized and cleaned Dollar Tree I have ever walked into!! HUGE praise to the manager and employees that work here! Great job guys! 🙌 🙌I wish all Dollar Trees would take a page out of their book!

1 item charged twice when I was getting snacks for storm Ian prep. Schools were closed the next couple days and then it was the weekend so that fact that I did not review my receipt and give a call that same day about the extra charge was held against me and an exchange or refund was not authorized. The manager on duty at 9:30am this morning, Linda, expressed "there was a storm, but the phones were working." I was quite taken back by the difference between the kind cashiers tone and the irritable tone of the supervisor; hiring processes for customer service workers obviously needs reviewed. That being said, I was able to put in an online ticket to the customer service headquarters while I was in the front of the store to assure it was recorded on camera that I had the conversation about the next steps I was taking before moving forward in regards to this experience, as according to some of these other reviews, this is clearly not the first time a double charge has happened and the response has been the same amount of inappropriate communication with customers. We all make mistakes, and as a consumer who can admit that I do not always review my receipts the same day, I would expect the courtesy of the store to be able to admit that on occasion a cashier may double scan an item by accident. For them, it's the difference between losing $1.25 vs losing a hundreds a year because a frequent customer is gone. If it continues, this location will see the difference in little time, the people in this neighborhood review quickly across many web platforms.Edit: Though I still am not happy about the instance above, time has passed since this 1star review and I've been into the location. It seems the organization of the place has gotten better and some of the staff has turned over for the better. I've seen the manager Linda, who has greeted my son and I with a "how are you" and a smile. A little does go a long way and I can appreciate the effort and have updated my star rating.

This location has a ton of very unique items. They're constantly in a state of restocking their shelves because things are leaving just as quickly as they're brought in.I bought some unique energy drinks and waters that I'm excited to try and I've never seen before and I also grabbed a battery operated diffuser and essential eucalyptus oil as well as some awesome candles!I'll definitely be coming back!Update still great with an awesome hard working staff!

I usually do not come to this Dollar Tree even though it is very close to my home because it rarely has anything stocked!! But ... I just went back the other day and they had so many items on the shelves!! For a second I thought I had gone to the wrong Doller Tree. They have so many items that I did not know this store even carried!! So happy I can just come here instead of going to another store further away

They had only one cashier, she was understandably stressed out with a very long line . However , she was extremely rude and condescending . Being under staffed is difficult but there is no excuse for her to speak the way she did to me. Very rude and terrible customer service .

Of all the Dollar Trees we've been to (and trust me the standards here are already quite low) this location is the absolute worst one. Not only did I have to literally open the inventory inside the boxes out in the aisle to find what I was looking for but the staff here is completely rude, unprofessional and after asking me how I was doing and after me proceeding to be honest by letting them know I was annoyed, the cashier completely ignored me, laughed at me and continued to ask the next guy in line how he was doing instead. Ill say it again here like I told the employee, you might hate your job but you should still try and do a good job and if you ask me a question I will answer truthfully, they are not doing a good job at this store at all. The lady I'm front of me left pretty upset after waiting in line and having the cashier walk away from our line to assist someone who walked in with blowing up balloons, there was a full line waiting! The employees could have assisted all customers if they just communicated and worked together, which by the way I suggested but both employees rudely ignored me. Will never be shopping here again!

Ok so I always buy at dollar tree and never had a problem but I hate to see when an employee is being rude to someone, a lady was paying and she didn’t notice that her card didn’t went true because she took it out to fast so she went very rude to the lady telling her hey what are you Doing don’t leave you haven’t pay insinuating she was about to go out without paying and that wasn’t the case she was talking to me because she was buying a product I haven’t try and she got a bit distracted and took it out to fast so there is no need to be rude just say sorry but it didn’t get it, so I told the employee that she doesn’t have to be rude and she can say it in a better tone so she responded back by saying guest have to be nice and the worse thing is we where Being nice I just told her that she should say it in a better tone and she started saying no you are rude because you are getting into her business and also kept talking over me saying yata yataa yata because she saw I was explaining the lady what happen in Spanish , of course I defended the other lady she couldn’t understand wat she wanted because she was saying it badly any way sad to see people can still be mean and in giving terrible service

I had previous experience where they shorted me on merchandise. I let by gone be bygones and shop there again. Tonight I made a purchase and proceeded home. Upon arriving home my credit card processor displayed balance which as not accurate and no wonder when I went to shop at additional store I came up short. Here they had double charged me for the same purchase. At cashier he had said my purchase was declined. So I provided my credit card again and paid. Be wary of this unscrupulous operation. I stopped in here shortly after 9 AM one weekday morning, the store was fairly quiet.This Dollar Tree is located in a strip mall, parking shouldn't be a problem here.I mainly stopped in here to pick up greeting cards. They have a lot that are 2 for a buck or $1 each, you will definitely save money by stocking up on these here.There was an item of the week by the front door, they had solar powered flamingos or hula girls. Super cute!This Dollar Tree was well stocked. They had plenty of the colorful organizer bins that I love. Nice selection of kids beach toys too. I saw some gardening supplies as well.As always, they had a nice selection of party supplies. I like that they have gift bags for $1 as well.Decent selection of office supplies.I always like picking up cleaning supplies here, it's a bit cheaper than Walmart.Unfortunately, they only had one cashier working. She was friendly and efficient though.

Horrible service , waited 29 mins in line then some lady with red dreads decided to close the line and say to jump to the next register and wait behind the last client ! Like wth! This store has been an absolute dump the last few times I’ve been in it. Empty boxes left in the aisles & piled up near the front of the store. Boxes left open in aisles not stocked on shelves. Incredibly dirty.

Would not even rate it 1 star. Employees could not assist me at all. With finding something and blowing up balloons. Disrespectful. Terrible customer service. No carts, no helium, no scotch tape while employees are all mostly hanging out in the back.

Went to this location just before 6 pm yesterday and the doors were locked. Called the location three times. No answer. There was no sign on any windows indicating that they’d be closed three hours before the posted close time. There were a dozen other people waiting to go inside and people kept pulling up asking what was going on. We all had to shrug and say “we think they’re closed but there’s no way to say for sure.” Will not go to this location again.

I was upset I did not see any trees with dollars!! This place was false Advertising! But there were some nice homegoods and Christmas decorations cheap. The cashiers were friendly but the holiday area sure was wiped out.

Just went in there to shop and had to leave everything. The employee stocking shelves was not wearing a face mask. This store apparently doesn't care about mandatory face masks during covid. I won't be coming back here.

I feel very upset about the way I was treated by one of the cashiers, I arrived less than a month ago to this country, I logically get confused on the coins, and by accident I paid with one of the coins of my country and the cashier made me feel like i was trying to cheat, and the worst thing of all is that She comment with the other clients who were in line.
