Just had one of the best retail experiences I have ever had!!Parinaz and her husband Alex walked me through their entire offering of koi ranging from $100 to $10,000 on the night before their big event in Orlando (their in Miami area) ..They took their time and never made me feel rushed . Went last week with my Girlfriend, ended up buying 7 Koi, amazing variety of Koi's and from different breeders/farmers we are very pleased.... also side note owners were very knowledgeable and very patient with us as to pick just the right ones we wanted... if I could give 10 stars 🌟 I would we will definitely be back especially once we move and have a whole pond to fill 😇 also all the Koi's are well taken care of and our lucky 7 have been amazing thus far so friendly and loving they let us hold/pet them with no struggle and even cuddle up to hands as we rest them in the tank ❤ currently still under quarantine like recommended, we can't wait to add them into our pond with the rest of the family 😊 til next time!!! In 2022 Orlando Koi Show, I bought 3 koi that all died within a week..2023 show I paid more to get Nijikawa Color Genesis sinking pellets and when I got home and took a closer look realized they gave me floating koi food, which is cheaper product. I won't buy from them again.

Bristol owner was extremely patient and helpful , she was very professional , she arranged the shipment to Jamaica 🇯🇲. All arrangements and paperwork was done by her with special care to get them in a short time to Jamaica 🇯🇲. They have a great selection of koi , I'm Very pleased and will always return as a customer.
