Very very very very nice store . Nice staff and very helpful and professional. I was buying a Christmas gift đ for my dog and I didnât know where stuff was, a member of the staff showed me around the store and I canât thank them enough . It was a very nice shopping experience. The place is very clean and orderly and the bathrooms đ˝were ok. I will say they need to be cleaned a bit more but besides that everything else was perfect . The parking is big and spacious so you will have no problem finding a spot . Lots of items for any type of pet you can imagine . I recently visited PetSmart in search of items for my new puppy and had a positive experience.The store offers a wide range of pet supplies and services for various animals, including dogs, cats, birds, and reptiles.The store is well-organized, making it easy to navigate through the aisles. They have a good selection of pet food, toys, accessories, and grooming products. I was impressed by the variety and quality of the products available.The staff was friendly and helpful. This is our first time in a long time becoming dog owners so it was important to be able to get help if we needed it. The staff was knowledgeable about the different products and offered advice on the pet which products they thought were best for us.They offer professional groomers on-site which makes it convenient to shop while your pet is getting his grooming done. And, with their pet hospital right there in the store you can get your pet checked up, get his shots, and address any other concerns and needs.Another commendable feature is the adoption center within the store. They partner with local animal shelters to facilitate pet adoptions to find these pets a loving home.Whether you're looking for supplies, advice, or a new furry friend, PetSmart is worth a visit.

While waiting in line, customer in front was having issues returning fish and cashier asked for back up. The lady said ânext in line at register 2â so me being behind the current customer, I walk over, only for her to say âshe was last so sheâs nextâ and literally letâs the customer from BEHIND me go first and does not let me proceed while calling the lady whoâs not even paying attention to come in front of me.Since when does ânext in lineâ mean the last person in line? You donât stop a customer and let the back of the line first if you said ânext in lineâ. If you wanted the back end of the line you shouldâve specified âI can take x from x line at register 2â. Then told me to âmake it home safeâ in a tone that made it seem like I did something wrong?This is NOT the first time Iâve run into rude employees at this location, I wasnât able to get a name and she did not sign into the register because the receipt says âCommunity Cashierâ. Please do better.

Worst grooming staff ever. I used to take my dog here they hurt his paws and his paw pads to the point where he was biting them non stop in pain. Iâve told them numerous time not to do that. I took him over to a different pet smart in Kissimmee only to find out that the grooming staff in Davenport put awful behavior notes about my dog. Meanwhile the Kissimmee staff said they donât understand why because he is very well behaved and caused no issues. Clearly the staff here is not trained well on husky behavior. I will NOT be bringing my dog back her I will be taking him to Kissimmee instead where they donât have a problem with him.

Asia was amazing! She walked us through our puppyâs first grooming step-by-step. She even let us come in halfway to show us well well he was doing and to make recommendations. His tail wagged nonstop through the entire haircut. We will definitely be booking with her from now on!

The Vet assistant was great as usual, allowed me to weigh my side kick, he also answered the questions I had concerning his health and also called the Dr at home due to a concern he had with one of my questions. You can't ask for any more customer care then what was received.

I didn't take pictures but love Petsmart and so do my pups!! Just got my Golden Retriever groomed there, and it's definitely cutting down on his shedding. I will be taking him once a month.

The white old lady in the cat area was extremely rude and racist. Didnât make me feel comfortable to be in this pet smart nor buy anything from this store. Do better on who are your workers and how they treat customers. Iâll never be back to this pet smart.

Today was my dog Lunaâs first professional experience with a groomer ever. I really do appreciate Gabbi taking her time and getting her all washed and brushed up. I knew my furr baby would be very anxious her first visit because sheâs never been in an environment like the groomerâs or even around strangers. But again Gabbi, thank you for your patience with her and being very professional. I appreciated the updates as well. Luna will get better, she just has to get use to it. She is a very sweet wild child.

I want to lake this store but the cashiers make it extremely hard. Deborah is HORRIBLE! I came into the store to do a return without a receipt as the cashier told me all my purchases are on my Petsmart membership account which I knew as Iâve had to return before without a receipt. I do not carry paper and donât want that book thatâs printed out so if itâs on my account I do not technically need a receipt. Deborah didnt know how to perform her job so she called Anastasia and said âI have a customer doing a return who doesnât have her receipt and wants me to look it up on her accountâ all while Iâm standing there with customers watching.First of all maâam, itâs your job and itâs not outside of any policy Petsmarts has. Anastasia was very nice and took me to another register at my request to assist and did it without issue.Unfortunately for me and all customers shopping, Deborah is the only cashier so after my return I had to make a purchase and do you know she had the audacity to tell the customer in front of me âmake sure you have your receipt in case you need to return somethingâ she didnât tell any customer that before that and didnât say it to me when it was my turn. If you donât like your job QUIT! I didnât deserve to be treated that way simply trying to return a dog sweater. Sheâs horrible and miserable and you can tell. She needs to be trained on customer service.

I made an appointment with my dog and when I got to the place there were people who spoke Spanish and it seemed like it was very difficult to talk to me, they said they couldn't bathe my dog or cut his nails. because I had to bring a report about my dog but I told them that I had missed work to bring my dog, please help me. The dog has very long nails. Without consulting me they canceled my appointment and I wasted my time. The treatment was very unpleasant. They told me to make an appointment to vaccinate my dog. They asked me for an appointment within 15 days from today, it is a lack of respect and conscience that even though I had an appointment they did not want to help me with my dog and it was only a bath. Sometimes I think that when you don't master a language like them, you are worth the same to us as they are. I will never understand why there are people like that. I imagine they are trying to get money from me, but don't worry, I won't go back to that place. have a very good afternoon.â

I really like all of the PetSmart I have been to. I am so glad that they let you return the dog food if the dogs do not like it that they sell prescription dog food we had to bring back a lot of dog food because our first baby had to be put on a special diet and I am so glad that they sell the prescription food there And the grooming departments are awesome. Also, I have never had a complaint. Iâve been going to Petsmart for years from Washington all the way on down into Florida.

Do not take your dog here to get groomed!! I took my German Shepherd here to get a bath and brush which included a bath, brush, nail trim, ear cleaning, sanitary trim, paw pad trim amongst other things. They did horrible cutting her nails, they didnât trim the hair on her paw pads, they didnât clean her ears literally nothing! On top of the fact that when I was waiting for her for pick up there was a little dog on the table getting groomed and there was blood all over the table because the lady kept trimming the poor dogs nails too short and making her bleed.

Very helpful employee in the small pets department. She answered all our questions about Guinea pigs . 5 stars for her help and patience. This location does seem to run out of products often, like the shipments just dont show. I have had to shop elsewhere due to this. The employees cannot tell you if a product is arriving or not which makes shopping there almost impossible. I buy royal canine for our Yorkshire terrier and they have had no food at times. I switched to chewy.com and they have never been out of anything we have needed for our pets. Gets a little nerve racking when you cannot find the products you need.

I went there today to pick up prescription dog food that my dog desperately needed. I couldnât find it on the shelf even though the website said it was in stock and couldnât find an associate, so I stood in line for about 15 minutes and asked the dark-haired cashier to call an associate help me find the food. She initially refused stating that if it wasnât on the shelf, they didnât have it. I insisted and she reluctantly called an associate, then told me no one was available. Fortunately, a male associate did come out to help me. Five stars for him. He was very friendly and helpful and found a few cans of the food I needed both on the shelf (I had been looking in the wrong place) and a case of it out back. I took away three stars because of the cashierâs reluctance to help me.

Do not recommendMy dog went there today for grooming and had a nose bleeding twice!They were all saying these happened because my dog got stressed with the environment!This never happened before and the groomer was kind of rudeThey didnt finish the jobâŚI took him to Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming at Champions Gate and they did an excellent jobâŚthe attendant was very nice and my dog looks so cute!

Warrick the groomer is AWESOME. They are all great there but Warrick grooms my Male Himalayan cat. He is so gentle with him. We are both luck that Himalayian cats are pretty docile. They just want to be better and want attention so they almost never fuss over bath and haircut.

The employees here are not friendly at all , one employee said that âI donât think we have this item hereâ few minutes later the manager found the item because I had to call her because the employees at this store donât know where the items are . I don't recommend buying any live animals from them HOWEVER... adopting one is fine and I recommend that. I appreciate their rewards programs, their community adoption programs and puppy classes as well as the fact that most stores do have Banfield Veterinary services as well as grooming services. Today I walked in for a new cat collar and bought five $5 stuffed animals; three for my canine niece and nephews, an extra stuffed animal for donation and one more as a gag gift for my brother. Money well spent.
